Description
Claims (17)
- 触媒粒子をガスから除去するための装置であって、
ガス中に浮遊する触媒粒子を含む流動層を収容するように配置される下側領域と、前記流動層から分散されるガスおよび同伴触媒粒子を受けるように配置される上側領域と、前記流動層を収容する前記下側領域へガスを供給するためのガス入口とを有する圧力容器と、
前記流動層から分散されるガスおよび同伴粒子を受けるために前記圧力容器に接続されるフィルタアセンブリであり、前記フィルタアセンブリは、入口と、第1および第2の出口と、複数のフィルタチューブとを含み、前記各フィルタチューブは、透過性のフィルタ媒体を含む円筒壁と、入口端と、供給側と、該供給側から前記フィルタ媒体によって分離される濾過物側とを有し、前記各フィルタチューブは、前記フィルタチューブの前記入口端に取り付けられる加速器チューブを有しており、前記フィルタアセンブリは、前記供給側から前記加速器チューブ、前記フィルタチューブ及び前記フィルタ媒体を通って前記濾過物側へ向かう前記入口と前記第1の出口との間の第1の流路と、前記フィルタ媒体の前記供給側に接線方向で沿う前記入口と前記第2の出口との間の第2の流路とを規定し、少なくとも1つのフィルタチューブの前記供給側に対して触媒粒子を偏向させるために前記少なくとも1つのフィルタチューブの前記供給側内にあるいは当該フィルタチューブの前記供給側に沿ってダイバータが配置される、フィルタアセンブリと、
入口と出口とを有するディップ脚であり、前記フィルタアセンブリの前記第2の出口が前記ディップ脚の前記入口に流体的に接続される、ディップ脚と、
を備える装置。 - 前記フィルタアセンブリが前記圧力容器の前記上側領域内で支持され、前記ディップ脚が前記フィルタアセンブリよりも下側で前記圧力容器内に支持され、前記圧力容器は、前記フィルタアセンブリの前記第1の出口と流体連通する濾過ガス出口を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ディップ脚の前記出口は、前記流動層を収容する前記下側領域内へ触媒粒子を排出するように前記圧力容器内に配置される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタアセンブリおよび前記ディップ脚が前記圧力容器の外側の別個のハウジング内に配置され、前記ディップ脚が前記フィルタアセンブリよりも下側に配置され、前記フィルタアセンブリの前記入口が前記圧力容器の前記上側領域と流体連通し、前記ハウジングは、前記フィルタアセンブリの前記第1の出口と流体連通する濾過ガス出口を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ディップ脚の前記出口は、前記流動層を収容する前記圧力容器の前記下側領域と流体連通する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタアセンブリが第1および第2のチューブシートを含み、複数のフィルタチューブが前記第1および第2のシート間で支持され、前記各フィルタチューブがフィルタ媒体を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ媒体の供給側が前記各フィルタチューブの内側を含み、前記フィルタ媒体の濾過物側が前記各フィルタチューブの外側を含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記各フィルタチューブが両側の開放端を有する、請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ媒体と前記フィルタアセンブリの前記第1の出口との間の前記第1の流路内に配置される安全フィルタを更に備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力容器が再生容器を構成する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記再生容器は、該再生容器の前記下側領域に再生触媒粒子出口を含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記再生容器の前記ガス入口に接続される高温ガス供給源を更に備える、請求項10または11に記載の装置。
- 触媒粒子をガスから除去するための装置であって、
ガス中に浮遊する触媒粒子を含む流動層を収容するように配置される下側領域と、前記流動層から分散されるガスおよび同伴触媒粒子を受けるように配置される上側領域と、前記流動層を収容する前記下側領域へガスを供給するためのガス入口と、前記下側領域内の再生触媒粒子出口と、前記上側領域内の濾過ガス出口とを有する再生容器と、
前記流動層から分散されるガスおよび同伴触媒粒子を受けるために前記再生容器の前記上側領域内で支持されるフィルタアセンブリであり、前記フィルタアセンブリは、入口と、第1および第2の出口と、複数のフィルタチューブとを含み、前記各フィルタチューブは、透過性のフィルタ媒体を含む円筒壁と、入口端と、供給側と、該供給側から前記フィルタ媒体によって分離される濾過物側とを有し、前記各フィルタチューブは、前記フィルタチューブの前記入口端に取り付けられる加速器チューブを有しており、前記フィルタアセンブリは、前記供給側から前記加速器チューブ、前記フィルタチューブ及び前記フィルタ媒体を通って前記濾過物側へ向かう前記入口と前記第1の出口との間の第1の流路を規定し、前記第1の出口が前記再生容器の前記濾過ガス出口と流体連通し、前記フィルタアセンブリは、前記フィルタ媒体の前記供給側に接線方向で沿う前記入口と前記第2の出口との間の第2の流路を更に規定し、少なくとも1つのフィルタチューブの前記供給側に対して触媒粒子を偏向させるために前記少なくとも1つのフィルタチューブの前記供給側内にあるいは当該フィルタチューブの前記供給側に沿ってダイバータが配置される、フィルタアセンブリと、
前記フィルタアセンブリよりも下側で前記再生容器内に支持されるディップ脚であり、前記ディップ脚が入口と出口とを有し、前記フィルタアセンブリの前記第2の出口が前記ディップ脚の前記入口に流体的に接続され、前記ディップ脚の前記出口は、前記流動層を収容する前記下側領域へ触媒粒子を排出するように配置される、ディップ脚と、
を備える装置。 - 前記フィルタアセンブリは、上側および下側のチューブシートと、前記上側および下側のチューブシート間で垂直に支持される複数のフィルタチューブとを含み、前記各フィルタチューブがフィルタ媒体を含む、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ媒体の供給側が前記各フィルタチューブの内側を含み、前記フィルタ媒体の濾過物側が前記各フィルタチューブの外側を含む、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記各フィルタチューブが両側の開放端を有する、請求項14または15に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタアセンブリは、前記フィルタ媒体と前記フィルタアセンブリの前記第1の出口との間の前記第1の流路内に配置される安全フィルタを更に含む、請求項13〜16のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
