Claims (3)
- アルカリ電解水で水溶性切削油剤を希釈して得る切削加工用又は研磨加工用の水溶性冷却液の製造装置であって、
前記製造装置が、軟水器と、強アルカリ電解水タンクと、水溶性切削油剤タンクと、希釈機構とからなり、
前記希釈機構が、前記軟水器から前記強アルカリ電解水タンクへの流路と、前記強アルカリ電解水タンクから前記水溶性切削油剤タンクへの流路に設けられていることを特徴とするアルカリ電解水で水溶性切削油剤を希釈して得る切削加工用又は研磨加工用の水溶性冷却液の製造装置。 - 浄水フィルターが、前記軟水器から前記強アルカリ電解水タンクへの流路に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルカリ電解水で水溶性切削油剤を希釈して得る切削加工用又は研磨加工用の水溶性冷却液の製造装置。
- アルカリ電解水で水溶性切削油剤を希釈して得る切削加工用又は研磨加工用の水溶性冷却液の製造方法であって、
前記水溶性切削油剤が、強アルカリ電解水を軟水又は浄水で希釈して得た希釈強アルカリ電解水によって希釈されることを特徴とするアルカリ電解水で水溶性切削油剤を希釈して得る切削加工用又は研磨加工用の水溶性冷却液の製造方法。
