Description
Claims (8)
- トレイキャリアアセンブリであって、
カードが搭載される、電子機器のカードソケットに挿入し、かつ該カードソケットから引き抜くための電子機器用のカードトレイであって、
前記カードを取り付けるためのカード取り付け穴または取り付け凹部が上に形成された、非金属材料で作製されたトレイ本体と、
金属枠部分であって、その断面が前記トレイ本体の前部から突出するように前記トレイ本体に連結される、金属枠部分と、を備える、電子機器用のカードトレイと、
キャリア本体であって、その上に前記カードトレイが取り付けられるトレイ取り付け穴または取り付け凹部が形成され、トレイ接続部分が前記トレイ取り付け穴または取り付け凹部の内部に向かって突出して形成されて、それが前記カードトレイの前端部分から突出する前記金属枠部分に接続されるか、または前記カードトレイのハンドル部分とカード取り付け部分の連結領域に接続されるようになる、キャリア本体と、を備える、トレイキャリアアセンブリ。 - 電子機器用のカードトレイであって、
非金属材料から成るトレイ本体であって、前面及び両側の側面を画定する前端部分を有するトレイ本体と、
該トレイ本体に連結された金属枠部分であって、トレイ本体の前端部分の前面から外方に突出する前部、及び、トレイ本体の前端部分の側面から外方に突出する側部を有する枠本体を有し、該枠本体の前部及び側部が略U字状の形状となるように前記枠本体の前部及び側部は互いに一体的に形成されている、金属枠部分とを備え、
該金属枠部分はトレイ本体にインサート成形されている、カードトレイ。 - 前記枠本体の前部及び側部は、前記トレイ本体の前端部分の前面及び側面の形状に直接に対応する形状を有する、請求項2に記載のカードトレイ。
- 前記枠本体の前部及び側部は、前記トレイ本体の前端部分の上部に位置する、請求項2に記載のカードトレイ。
- 前記枠本体の前部及び側部は、前記トレイ本体の前端部分の下部に位置する、請求項2に記載のカードトレイ。
- 前記枠本体の前部及び側部は、前記トレイ本体の前端部分の中部に位置する、請求項2に記載のカードトレイ。
- トレイキャリアアセンブリであって、
電子機器用のカードトレイであって、トレイ本体と金属枠部分を有し、前記トレイ本体は非金属材料から成り、前記トレイ本体は前面及び両側の側面を画定する前端部分を有し、前記金属枠部分はトレイ本体に連結され、前記金属枠部分は、トレイ本体の前端部分の前面から外方に突出する前部、及び、トレイ本体の前端部分の側面から外方に突出する側部を有する枠本体を有し、該枠本体の前部及び側部が略U字状の形状となるように前記枠本体の前部及び側部は互いに一体的に形成されている、カードトレイと、
トレイ取り付け穴を画定するキャリア本体であって、該キャリア本体に前記カードトレイが取り付けられ、前記キャリア本体は、トレイ取り付け穴内に突出する少なくとも1つのトレイ接続部分を画定し、該少なくとも1つのトレイ接続部分は金属枠部分に連結される、キャリア本体とを備える、トレイキャリアアセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのトレイ接続部分は枠本体の前部に接続される、請求項7に記載のトレイキャリアアセンブリ。
