Description
は、その表面の少なくとも一部をフッ化水素酸を含む溶液を用いてエッチングする方法を開示されている。
また、本発明の本体の好ましい態様としては、
セラミック材料から作られる本体であって、
該本体はその一体化部分として本体の表面から所定の深さまで伸びている表面領域を含み、
該表面領域はナトリウム及びカリウムを含まず、
該表面領域はマグネシウム成分で豊富化されており、それにより親水性表面部位を形成しており、
前記マグネシウム成分が表面領域のセラミック材料中に統合されている、本体である。
、マグネシウム成分が親水性をもたらすために非常に重要である場合には、マグネシウム成分の割合は最も高い。
a)マグネシウム塩、酸化マグネシウム、水酸化マグネシウム、金属マグネシウム及びゲルを含有しているマグネシウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つのマグネシウム化合物を基礎のガラスセラミック本体の表面上に塗布すること;
b)基礎のセラミック本体をその表面に塗布されたマグネシウム化合物とともに200℃より高い温度で熱処理して、それによりマグネシウム化合物ベースのマグネシウム成分がセラミック材料に拡散すること
を含む。
したがって、水溶液で洗い流すことはマグネシウム成分を除去しないという意味で、マグネシウム成分とセラミック体との安定した結合が形成される。
してそれにより本体の表面領域に統合されるマグネシウム種に使用される。

合物の塗布は、例えば、浸漬(soaking)/液浸、浸し塗(dipping)又はドロップキャスティング(drop casting)によって、粉体への埋め込みによって、スピンコーティング、電気泳動法、サンドブラスティングの使用によって、又はプラズマ侵入イオン注入法(PIII)によって実施できる。
機械加工された表面、約1mmの厚さ及び約5mmの直径を有するイットリア安定化ジルコニアのディスク(CeramTec AG製のMZ111 HIP)を使用した。
ディスクを、超音波を使用しながらDeconex 15 PFで5分間清浄し、プラズマ処理に付した。具体的には、プラズマ処理は次のパラメーター:出力35W、6sccm酸素ガスフロー[sccm:立方センチメートル毎分;1sccm=常圧(すなわち、1013mbar)で1cm3/分、圧力≒0.1mbar、時間2.5分]を使用し
ながら、“フェムト(Femto)”(Diener Electronics Gmb
H + Co.KG,Ebhausen)型の装置を用いて行った。
1:1の質量比でMgCO3を水と混合して調製したMgCO3スラリーを約1乃至2mmの厚さでディスクに塗布した。
その表面に塗布されたスラリーを付けたディクスを2時間1150℃で加熱し、その後空気中で冷却した。冷却した試料をその後、純粋を使用しながら洗い流し、アルゴン気流下乾燥した。
ディスクの表面の化学組成及び表面領域を、X線光電子分光法(XPS)を使用しながら測定した。XPS分析には、材料の深さの関数として正規化された原子百分率の測定が含まれる。この目的を達成するために、試料の表面材料を、アルゴンスパッタガンを使用しながら取り去り、そして異なる深さでXPSスペクトルを取った。スパッタリングの間、材料を均質に取り去るため、試料を回転した。
3つの試料に対して、接触角を液滴法(EasyDrop DSA20 E,Kruss GmbH)に従い、純粋を用いて測定した。0.3μLの滴径を選んだ。接触角は円形断片関数(circular segment function)を表面上に置かれた液滴の外形に適合することにより計算した[“円適合法(circle fitting method)”]。
実験室の空気に暴露した時間の関数としての接触角の結果を以下に示す:

Claims (20)
- セラミック材料から作られる本体であって、
該本体はその一体化部分として本体の表面から所定の深さまで伸びている表面領域を含み、
該表面領域はナトリウム及びカリウムを含まず、
該表面領域はマグネシウム成分で豊富化されており、それにより親水性表面部位を形成しており、
前記マグネシウム成分が表面領域のセラミック材料中に統合されている、本体。
- 前記マグネシウム成分がマグネシウムイオン又は酸化マグネシウムである、請求項1に記載の本体。
- 前記表面領域は最大でも10μmの深さに伸びる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の本体。
- 前記表面領域中のマグネシウム成分の割合が前記本体の該表面領域以外の部分におけるマグネシウム成分より高い、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の本体。
- 前記マグネシウム成分の割合が所定の深さから本体の表面に向かって連続的に増加する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の本体。
- 前記親水性表面部位が90°未満の接触角によって定義される、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の本体。
- 前記セラミック本体がインプラントである、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の本体。
- 前記セラミック本体が歯科用インプラントである、請求項7に記載の本体。
- 前記親水性表面部位が骨と接触することを目的とする本体の部分に少なくとも形成される、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の本体。
- 前記親水性表面部位が軟組織と接触することを目的とする本体の部分に少なくとも形成される、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の本体。
- 前記親水性表面部位が本体の全表面に形成される、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の本体。
- 前記セラミック材料がジルコニアを含む、請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の本体。
- 前記セラミック材料がイットリア安定化ジルコニアを含む、請求項12に記載の本体。
- 少なくとも前記親水性表面部位の一部は表面粗さ処理により得られる増加した表面粗さを有する、請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の本体。
- 請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック材料から作られる本体の親水性を向上する方法であって、
該方法は次の工程
a)マグネシウム塩、酸化マグネシウム、水酸化マグネシウム、金属マグネシウム及びゲルを含有しているマグネシウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つのマグネシウム化合物を基礎のガラスセラミック本体の表面上に塗布すること、並びに
b)基礎のセラミック本体をその表面に塗布されたマグネシウム化合物とともに200℃より高い温度で熱処理して、それによりマグネシウム化合物ベースのマグネシウム成分がセラミック材料に拡散すること
を含む、方法。 - 前記工程a)のマグネシウム化合物はMgCO3、Mg(NO3)2、MgCl2、MgSO4、酢酸マグネシウムからなる群から選ばれる、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記マグネシウム化合物はMgCO 3 及び/又はMgCl 2 である、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)の後、未処理のマグネシウム化合物は液体で洗い流すこと、気流、ブラッシング、酸洗浄及び/又は酸磨きにより本体の表面から除去される、請求項15乃至請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 洗い流すために使用される前記液体は純水又は水溶液である、請求項18に記載の方法。
- インプラントとしての使用のための、請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の本体。
