本発明は医療機器およびその導入のためのシステムに一般的に関する。ある局面では、発明は、超音波誘導下で血管フィルタなどの血管装置を経皮的に導入するためのシステムおよび方法、ならびにその中で有用な送達構成要素およびインプラント特徴に関する。

- 回収可能な血管フィルタであって、
血管の中の塞栓物を捉えるように構成されるフィルタ構造と、
フィルタ構造に接続される、血管からの血管フィルタの回収のための回収構造と、
フィルタ上の第1の音波発生マーカと、
フィルタ上の第2の音波発生マーカとを備え、
第1および第2の音波発生マーカは、第1の音波発生マーカと第2の音波発生マーカとの間の回収構造捕捉区域を画定する第1および第2の音波発生マーカの別々の離間された超音波画像を生成するように動作可能であり、
第1および第2の音波発生マーカは、IVUS画像化、外部超音波画像化、またはその両方による視覚化が可能となる距離だけ離隔される、フィルタ。 - 大静脈フィルタである、請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
