Claims (18)
- a)少なくとも2つの電極と、ここで、前記電極のうちの少なくとも1つは元素または金属複合物の剥離ナノチューブを含有し、電気活性のナノスケールの粒子または層が静電結合または共有結合のうちの少なくとも1つにより前記剥離ナノチューブに付着され;
b)各々が前記電極のいずれか一方と接触し、または前記各電極も集電装置として機能する、少なくとも2つの集電装置とを含む、エネルギー貯蔵装置。 - a)少なくとも2つの電極と、ここで、前記電極のうちの少なくとも1つは元素または金属複合物の剥離ナノチューブを含有し、電気活性のナノスケールの粒子または層が静電結合または共有結合のうちの少なくとも1つにより前記剥離ナノチューブに付着され;
b)各々が前記電極のいずれか一方と接触し、または前記各電極も集電装置として機能する、少なくとも2つの集電装置と;
d)前記電極の間に配置された電解質とを含む、エネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記剥離ナノチューブは単壁カーボンナノチューブである、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記剥離ナノチューブは単壁カーボンナノチューブである、請求項2に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記電極または集電装置が、0.2ミクロメートルよりも長い前記剥離ナノチューブを含む、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記電極または集電装置が、0.2ミクロメートルよりも長い前記剥離ナノチューブを含む、請求項2に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記剥離ナノチューブを含む少なくとも1つの前記電極が、電解質である界面活性剤に接触されている、請求項2に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記剥離ナノチューブが配向されている、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記剥離ナノチューブが配向されている、請求項2に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 導電性ポリマーが前記剥離ナノチューブと混合されている、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 導電性ポリマーが前記剥離ナノチューブと混合されている、請求項2に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- a)少なくとも2つの電極と、ここで、前記電極のうちの少なくとも1つは元素または金属複合物の剥離ナノチューブを含有し、電気活性のナノスケールの粒子または層が静電結合または共有結合のうちの少なくとも1つにより前記剥離ナノチューブに付着され;
b)リチウム塩を含む電解質とを含む、エネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記剥離ナノチューブは単壁カーボンナノチューブである、請求項12に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記剥離ナノチューブの長さが、0. 2ミクロメーターを超える、請求項12に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記剥離ナノチューブが配向されている、請求項12に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 電気活性のナノスケールの粒子または層が静電結合または共有結合のうちの少なくとも1つにより付着した、元素または金属複合物の剥離ナノチューブを媒体に分散させて、少なくとも2つの電極のうちの少なくとも1つの電極を形成することと、
電解質として作用するもうひとつの媒体に前記少なくとも2つの電極のうちの少なくとも1つの電極を接合することとを含む、エネルギー貯蔵装置の作製方法。 - 前記接合を多層ダイまたは多層形成装置を通す共押出しを用いて行う、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 電気活性のナノスケールの粒子及び層が静電結合または共有結合のうちの少なくとも1つにより付着した、元素または金属複合物の剥離ナノチューブを含有する、少なくとも2つの電極のうちの少なくとも1つの電極を備えたエネルギー貯蔵装置であって、前記少なくとも2つの電極のうちの少なくとも1つの電極は、前記剥離ナノチューブを含まない電極に比べて増強した強度および丈夫さを有する、前記エネルギー貯蔵装置。
