Description
The present invention relates to a sedimentation transport apparatus and a sedimentation transport method for sucking and transporting a sedimentary solid together with a liquid.
Sediment transportation facilities in sedimentation ponds such as sewage treatment facilities and human waste treatment facilities contain sediment, gravel, metal deposits, etc., and are in an environment that generates strong odors. Accordingly, it has been demanded to remove sand sediment automatically, without problems such as clogging, with a high lift, a long transport distance, energy saving, efficient and safe removal.
In Patent Document 1, a solid-liquid collection tank and a suction transport pipe are evacuated by a vacuum apparatus to suck a solid-liquid mixture containing sand and water into the suction transport pipe, and below the sucked solid-liquid mixture. A technique is disclosed in which a transport water column is formed in a suction transport pipe by opening to the atmosphere, and the transport water column (solid-liquid mixture) is transported to a solid-liquid recovery tank by a pressure difference between atmospheric pressure and vacuum pressure. . However, in the case of the vacuum suction method, there is a problem that the higher the lift and the longer the transport distance, the worse the transport efficiency.
This invention is made | formed in view of the problem of the prior art mentioned above, and an object of this invention is to provide the sedimentation transport apparatus which can transport sedimentation efficiently.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a sand settling device according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. 1 to 6, the same or corresponding components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a sand sediment transport apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the sand transport apparatus includes a vacuum device (decompression device) 1 such as a vacuum pump, a solid /
An
Further, an
A sand
Next, the operation of pulling up the sediment deposited on the bottom of the
The suction transport pipe 4 has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the first solid-
When the solid-liquid mixture is sucked into the suction transport pipe 4, the
Next, the atmospheric
The
When the
When the solid-liquid mixture is transported from the solid-
When the
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the vacuum device 1, the solid-
The sedimentation transport apparatus according to the present embodiment has a configuration in which the solid-
Since the sand contained in the solid-liquid mixture has a sedimentation property, the sand contained in the solid-liquid mixture accumulates at the bottom of the solid-
FIG. 2 is a view showing an example in which an
In the present embodiment, the
In order to prevent sedimentation and / or blockage of the
As shown in FIG. 3, an
When increasing the intake amount of the supernatant water, the elevating
As shown in FIG. 4, the
FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating another example of the stirrer. As shown in FIG. 5, a
The stirrer shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 stirs the sedimentation sediment deposited on the bottom of the solid-
By sucking the sand in the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
In the present embodiment, the solid-liquid mixture is transported from the
