Description
脊柱管狭窄の他の原因としては、椎間板の収縮が挙げられ、これによって、椎間板の間隙が狭くなり、アニュラスが膨れ上がり、急激に広がり、脊髄に圧力が印加される。椎間関節の変形性関節症により、関節が拡大するか、又は椎骨が互いにずれ、また脊髄を圧縮する可能性がある。また、靱帯の伸張及び肥厚などによってもたらされる椎骨間の不安定さにより、脊髄及び神経根への圧力が生じ得る。
本発明による椎弓形成プレートは、充填した骨移植片を収容部72に容易に挿入するように少なくとも1つの開口部76を有してもよい。
Claims (8)
- 第1椎弓プレートと、
第2椎弓プレートと、
前記第1椎弓プレートと前記第2椎弓プレートとに取り付けられるケージと、を備え、
前記ケージは、前記第1椎弓プレートが当該ケージに対して角度的および平行移動的に移動できるよう、前記ケージに前記第1椎弓プレートを取り付けるための第1溝付きヒンジを含み、
前記ケージは、前記第2椎弓プレートが当該ケージに対して角度的および平行移動的に移動できるよう、前記ケージに前記第2椎弓プレートを取り付けるための第2溝付きヒンジを含む、連接型椎弓形成デバイス。 - 前記第1椎弓プレートおよび前記第2椎弓プレートの少なくとも1つは、骨留め具を収容するために適した1つ又は複数の開口部を含む、請求項1に記載の連接型椎弓形成デバイス。
- 前記第1椎弓プレートおよび前記第2椎弓プレートの少なくとも1つの椎弓プレートの内面に対して取り付けられる少なくとも1つの骨支柱を更に含む、請求項1に記載の連接型椎弓形成デバイス。
- 前記第1椎弓プレートおよび前記第2椎弓プレートの少なくとも1つがチタンを含む、請求項1に記載の連接型椎弓形成デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の連接型椎弓形成デバイス、並びに
椎弓形成術における前記デバイスの使用説明書、1つ又は複数の骨留め具又はネジ、及びネジ回しからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの追加構成部品
を含むキット。 - 前記第1溝付きヒンジは、前記第1椎弓プレートに係合するよう構成された第1ヒンジピンを含む、請求項1に記載の連接型椎弓形成デバイス。
- 前記第2溝付きヒンジは、前記第2椎弓プレートに係合するよう構成された第2ヒンジピンを含む、請求項6に記載の連接型椎弓形成デバイス。
- 前記骨支柱は、椎弓と外側塊との間の骨融合又は骨再生を容易にするよう構成される、請求項3に記載の連接型椎弓形成デバイス。
