Claims (11)
- 複合部品の真空処理のためのエッジ・ブリーザーであって、
前記複合部品のエッジの周囲に配置されるように適用される材料のスリーブを含み、
前記材料のスリーブが、多孔質であり復元力があり柔軟であって、編み上げ材料で形成されており、
前記複合部品の角部分の周囲が、前記スリーブ自体の上に前記スリーブが折り畳められた前記スリーブで包み込まれている、
エッジ・ブリーザー。 - 複合部品の真空処理のためのエッジ・ブリーザーであって、
前記複合部品のエッジの周囲に配置されるように適用される材料のスリーブを含み、
前記材料のスリーブが、多孔質であり復元力があり柔軟であって、編み上げ材料で形成されており、
前記複合部品の角部分の周囲が、前記複合部品の角で湾曲された前記スリーブで包み込まれている、
エッジ・ブリーザー。 - 前記材料のスリーブが間隙を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のエッジ・ブリーザー。
- 前記材料のスリーブが、前記複合部品上で真空引きが行われた場合に、空気及び揮発性物質を通すことができる複数の間隙を含んでいる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のエッジ・ブリーザー。
- 前記編み上げ材料が編み上げられた繊維によって形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のエッジ・ブリーザー。
- 前記編み上げられた繊維が熱可塑性物質を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のエッジ・ブリーザー。
- 前記熱可塑性物質がナイロン、PET、ポリオレフィン及びPVCのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項6に記載のエッジ・ブリーザー。
- 前記材料のスリーブが、復元力があり、高温で編み上げられた繊維によって形成されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のエッジ・ブリーザー。
- 柔軟性のある真空バッグによって圧縮される複合部品から空気及び揮発性物質を逃すことを可能にする方法であって、
前記バック内の前記複合部品の周囲に多孔質の材料からなるスリーブを配置するステップと、
前記スリーブを介して前記複合部品のエッジから空気及び揮発性物質を通すことを可能にするステップと、
前記スリーブをスリーブ自体の上に折り畳むことによって、前記複合部品の角部分の周囲に前記スリーブを包み込むステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 柔軟性のある真空バッグによって圧縮される複合部品から空気及び揮発性物質を逃すことを可能にする方法であって、
前記バック内の前記複合部品の周囲に多孔質の材料からなるスリーブを配置するステップと、
前記スリーブを介して前記複合部品のエッジから空気及び揮発性物質を通すことを可能にするステップと、
前記スリーブを前記の角部分で湾曲させていくことによって、前記複合部品の角部分の周囲に前記スリーブを包み込むステップと、
を含む方法。 - 複数の前記複合部品を連続的に処理するため、前記スリーブをブリーザーとして再使用するステップをさらに含む、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
