Description
Claims (9)
- それぞれが第1の端部(3)および第2の端部(4)を有する、内部を冷却液が通る複数の磁気熱量効果素子(2)と、
各磁気熱量効果素子(2)を変動磁場下に置くことにより、各磁気熱量効果素子(2)に加熱サイクルおよび冷却サイクルを交互に生成させる磁気アレイと、
第1の端部(3)の方向から第2の端部(4)の方向に又はこの逆方向に、交互に前記変動磁場と同期させて、各磁気熱量効果素子(2)を通る冷却液を操作する駆動手段と、
ある加熱サイクルまたは冷却サイクルが起こる間は、冷却液が一方向に通過して磁気熱量効果素子(2)の一方の端部(3、4)に入り、別の冷却サイクルまたは加熱サイクルが起こる間は、冷却液が前記一方向と逆方向に通過して磁気熱量効果素子(2)の前記一方の端部(3、4)から出ることにより、各磁気熱量効果素子(2)によって生成される熱エネルギーを、磁気熱量効果素子(2)の外部装置との間で交換する少なくとも1つの交換手段(15、25、35、35’、45)と、
前記少なくとも1つの交換手段(15、25、35、35’、45)は、各磁気熱量効果素子(2)の端部(3、4)の少なくとも1つと隣接して、前記端部(3、4)の少なくとも1つと前記端部(3、4)の少なくとも1つの側にある冷却液の駆動手段(7)との間にそれぞれ配置され、それぞれが複数の冷却液の通路(9)を有する複数の熱移動領域(8)と、を備える熱発生器であって、
前記熱発生器は、複数の磁気熱量効果素子(2)がリング状に配置される円形構造を有し、前記交換手段(15、25、35、35’、45)はリング状であり、前記交換手段(15、25、35、35’、45)は、各々が複数の磁気熱量効果素子(2)の1つの前に配置される熱移動領域(8)を備え、熱移動領域(8)の各々は、冷却液用の複数の通路(9)、及び少なくとも1つの導管(16、46)で形成される、前記外部装置からくる外部の流体が流れる少なくとも1つの回路(11)を有することを特徴とする熱発生器。 - 前記導管(16)は、筒状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱発生器。
- 前記導管(16)は、前記交換手段に形成される孔で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱発生器。
- 前記導管(46)は、溝で画定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱発生器。
- 前記外部装置からくる外部の流体が交互に逆方向に流れる少なくとも2つの回路(11、11’)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱発生器。
- 交換手段(15、25、35、35’、45)は、その外周に翼を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱発生器。
- 磁気熱量効果素子(2)は、少なくとも2つの磁気熱量効果材料(21、22)を有し、磁気熱量効果材料(21、22)は、連続的に配置されて少なくとも2つの連続する熱的段階を形成し、共通の冷却液の駆動手段(7’)によって流体的に連結していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱発生器。
- 交換手段(15、25、35、35’、45)は、断熱材の層で被覆されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の熱発生器。
- 磁気熱量効果素子(2)がリング状に配置される環状構造である前記熱発生器において、交換手段(15、25、35、35’、45)がリング状の形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱発生器。
