Claims (27)
- 骨植込み型医療装置の表面の改質方法であって、

第2の加速中性ビームを形成するステップと、
前記医療装置の表面の少なくとも第2の部分に第2に照射して表面の前記少なくとも第2の部分を清掃するステップと、
をさらに備える請求項1の方法。 - 前記第1の照射ステップが、マスクを採用して、照射される前記被覆表面領域の前記少なくとも一部を制御する請求項1の方法。
- 前記第1の照射ステップが、前記第1の加速中性ビームに対して前記医療装置を位置決めして、照射される前記被覆表面領域の前記少なくとも一部を制御することをさらに備える請求項1の方法。
- 前記医療装置の表面に1つまたはそれ以上の穴を形成するステップと、
前記1つまたはそれ以上の穴の少なくとも1つに治療薬を装填するステップと、
少なくとも1つの装填穴内の前記治療薬の露出表面に第3の加速中性ビームを第3に照射して、前記露出表面にバリア層を形成するステップと、
をさらに備える請求項1の方法。 - 前記第3の加速中性ビームが加速ガスクラスタイオンビームから得られる請求項11の方法。
- 前記バリア層が治療薬の溶出速度を制御する請求項11の方法。
- 前記バリア層が前記穴への流体の内方拡散速度を制御する請求項11の方法。
- 骨への接着性を改善するための骨植込み型医療装置の表面の改質方法であって、
前記医療装置の表面に1つまたはそれ以上の穴を形成するステップと、
前記1つまたはそれ以上の穴のうち少なくとも1つに第1の治療用骨誘導剤を第1に装填するステップと、
少なくとも1つの装填穴内の前記第1の治療薬の露出表面に、イオンが分離されたガスクラスタイオンビームから得られる第1の加速中性ビームを第1に照射して、前記少なくとも1つの装填穴の前記露出表面に、前記第1の治療用骨誘導剤の溶出速度を制御し、及び経時的な骨成長を促進するための第1のバリア層を形成するステップと、
を備える、方法。 - 前記1つまたはそれ以上の穴が表面に所定パターンで配置され、所定の配分プランに従い表面に前記第1の治療用骨誘導剤を配分する請求項15の方法。
- 前記1つまたはそれ以上の穴のうち少なくとも1つに前記第1の治療用骨誘導剤と異なる第2の治療薬が装填される請求項15の方法。
- 前記1つまたはそれ以上の穴のうち少なくとも1つに、前記1つまたはそれ以上の穴のうち少なくとも1つの別の穴に装填される前記第1の治療用骨誘導剤の第2の量と異なる前記第1の治療用骨誘導剤の第1の量が装填される請求項16の方法。
- 前記第1の装填ステップが前記少なくとも1つの穴を完全には充填せず、前記第1の照射ステップ後、
前記少なくとも1つの不完全充填穴に前記第1のバリア層を覆う第2の治療薬を第2に装填するステップと、
少なくとも1つの第2の装填穴内の前記第2の治療薬の露出表面に第2の加速中性ビームを第2に照射して、前記少なくとも1つの装填穴の前記露出表面に第2のバリア層を形成するステップと、
をさらに備える請求項15の方法。 - 前記第1のバリア層および前記第2のバリア層が前記第1および第2の治療薬の溶出速度を制御するため異なる特性を有する、請求項19の方法。
- 前記第2の加速中性ビームが第2のガスクラスタイオンビームから得られる請求項19の方法。
- 表面を有する骨植込み型医療装置であって、前記表面の少なくとも一部が、前記表面の少なくとも一部に埋め込まれる骨誘導剤の分子および/または解離生成物を備える浅層を備え、前記骨誘導剤の分子および/または解離生成物は、イオンが分離されたガスクラスタイオンビームから形成された加速中性ビームにより前記浅層に注入されている、医療装置。
- 前記医療装置の表面がチタン、チタニア、またはジルコニアを備える請求項22の医療装置。
- 治療薬を含有する前記医療装置の表面の1つまたはそれ以上の穴と、
前記1つまたはそれ以上の穴に含有される前記治療薬の1つまたはそれ以上の表面上の少なくとも1つまたはそれ以上のバリア層と、
をさらに備え、
少なくとも1つまたはそれ以上のバリア層が治療薬の少なくとも1つの溶出速度を制御する請求項22の医療装置。 - 表面を有する骨植込み型医療装置であって、前記表面の少なくとも一部が、
治療薬を含有する前記医療装置の表面の1つまたはそれ以上の穴と、
前記1つまたはそれ以上の穴に含有された前記治療薬の1つまたはそれ以上の表面上の少なくとも1つまたはそれ以上のバリア層と、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つまたはそれ以上のバリア層が治療薬の少なくとも1つの溶出速度を制御し、且つイオンが分離されたガスクラスタイオンビームから形成された加速中性ビームにより変質された治療薬を含む、医療装置。 - 前記医療装置の表面がチタン、チタニア、またはジルコニアを備える請求項25の医療装置。
- 前記1つまたはそれ以上の穴が表面に所定パターンで配置され、所定の配分プランに従い表面に前記治療薬を配分する請求項25の医療装置。
