Claims (17)
- パネルを製作するための処理法であって、
膨張可能発泡材料の構成素材を部分硬化済み調合済み高分子材料とするように連続式に調合する連続形成装置内に膨張可能発泡材料の構成素材を導入する工程と、
連続形成装置の連続形成方向に対する横断方向で一定の断面形状を有する連続フォームが製作されるように連続形成装置によって調合済み高分子材料を連続的に形成する工程と、
プレフォームが製作されるように連続フォームの一部分を変形する工程と、さらに
プレフォームを制限体積内部で硬化させてプレフォームを膨張させ前記制限体積によって異なる密度を有するゾーンを備えるパネルを製作する工程と、
を含む処理法。 - 前記プレフォームは連続フォームと異なる断面形状を有する、請求項1に記載の処理法。
- 前記制限体積によってさらにパネルの前記ゾーンに対して異なる厚さを有させている、請求項1又は2に記載の処理法。
- 前記連続形成装置は押出装置である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の処理法。
- 前記膨張可能発泡材料の構成素材は押出装置の内部で組み合わされる液体と固体の構成素材から成る、請求項4に記載の処理法。
- 前記変形工程はモールド内で実行されている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の処理法。
- 前記硬化工程はモールド内で実行されておりかつ前記制限体積はモールド内部のモールドキャビティである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の処理法。
- 前記パネルはアブレイダブルパネルである、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の処理法。
- アブレイダブルパネルをターボファンエンジンのファン区画内にシュラウドアセンブリの一部として据え付ける工程をさらに含む請求項8に記載の処理法。
- ターボファンエンジンのファン区画内にアブレイダブルシールを形成するために一体に組み上げるように適合させたアブレイダブルパネルを製作するための処理法であって、
膨張可能発泡材料の構成素材を部分硬化済み調合済み高分子材料とするように連続式に調合する押出装置内に膨張可能発泡材料の構成素材を導入する工程と、
押出装置の連続形成方向に対する横断方向で一定の断面形状を有する連続フォームが製作されるように押出装置によって調合済み高分子材料を連続的に形成する工程と、
連続フォームと異なる断面形状を有するプレフォームが製作されるように連続フォームの一部分を変形する工程と、さらに
プレフォームを制限体積内部で硬化させてプレフォームを膨張させ前記制限体積によって異なる密度を有する少なくとも2つのゾーンを有するパネルを製作する工程と、
を含む処理法。 - 前記制限体積によってさらにパネルの前記少なくとも2つのゾーンに対して異なる厚さを有させている、請求項10に記載の処理法。
- 前記膨張可能発泡材料の構成素材は押出装置の内部で組み合わされる液体と固体の構成素材から成る、請求項10又は11に記載の処理法。
- 前記変形工程はモールド内で実行されている、請求項10乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の処理法。
- 前記硬化工程はモールド内で実行されておりかつ前記制限体積はモールド内部のモールドキャビティである、請求項10に記載の処理法。
- 前記モールドキャビティは、プレフォームのより薄い区画がプレフォームのより厚い区画と比べてより大きく膨張するようなサイズ設定とし、その結果としてパネルのより薄い区画から製作された第1のゾーンにパネルのより厚い区画から製作された第2のゾーンと比べてより低い密度を有させている、請求項14に記載の処理法。
- 前記膨張可能発泡材料の構成素材はエポキシ樹脂系、ポリブタジエン、少なくとも1つのファイバ材料及び少なくとも1つの起泡剤から成る、請求項10乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の処理法。
- アブレイダブルパネルをターボファンエンジンのファン区画内にシュラウドアセンブリの一部として据え付ける工程をさらに含む請求項10乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の処理法。
