Claims (15)
- 重量物のハンドリングに用いられるデバイスであって、
複数の単一構成部品を備えた三次元フレームワークと、但し、前記複数の単一構成部品の少なくとも一部が、少なくとも一つのプラグ手段を有した平面エレメントであり、前記少なくとも一部の単一構成部品が前記プラグ手段により前記三次元フレームワークとして組み立てられる、
前記フレームワークを覆う、繊維強化プラスチックから製造されたカバーと、
オブジェクトの生産に用いられるとともに前記重量物を形成する部品をハンドリングするハンドリング・ユニットを、前記三次元フレームワークにマウントするために用いられる少なくとも一つのマウンティング・ユニットと、
からなる、前記デバイス。 - 前記複数の単一構成部品の全てが、少なくとも一つのプラグ手段からなる平面エレメントであり、前記単一構成部品の全てが前記プラグ手段により前記三次元フレームワークとして組み立てられる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記単一構成部品が、平面エレメントであり、前記平面エレメントが、前記単一構成部品を形状係止的に前記三次元フレームワークとして組み立てるための嵌合プラグ手段、及び/または前記平面エレメントを曲縁で曲げ易くするための材料ヒンジを有する、請求項1または2記載のデバイス。
- 前記単一構成部品が、ストラップまたは貫通開口として構成される少なくとも一つのプラグ手段を有し、前記プラグ手段は、ツールを必要とせずに、一つの単一構成部品のストラップが、他の単一構成部品の一つの貫通開口へ差し込まれた後、前記他の単一構成部品に留められるよう構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスの前記フレームワークの前記単一構成部品が縁凹部を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハンドリング・ユニットが機械式または流体式ハンドリング・ユニットであり、
前記フレームワークが少なくとも一つのカンチレバー・アームを有し、前記カンチレバー・アームの端部に、前記少なくとも一つのマウンティング・ユニットによって前記機械式または流体式ハンドリング・ユニットが配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。 - 前記デバイスが、前記オブジェクトの製作に使用可能な部品のハンドリングのために相互作用する複数のハンドリング・ユニットからなる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記繊維強化プラスチックが、炭素ファイバー、ガラス繊維、玄武岩ファイバー及び連続的なエンドレス繊維強化有機材料からなるグループから選択される少なくとも一つからなる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、容器を製作するための部品の、及び/または容器のボディを製作する際に前記容器の部品を締め付けるためのクランピング・フレームのハンドリングを行う、及び/または、前記デバイスは、前記デバイスが空間的に移動可能なよう、前記デバイスを可動デバイスに結合させるためのカプリング・ユニットを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- オブジェクトを製作するための生産プラントであって、
請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス、
少なくとも一つのマウンティング・ユニットに取り付けられた少なくとも一つのハンドリング・ユニット、及び
前記デバイスを空間的に移動させるための可動デバイスからなる、前記生産プラント。 - 重量物ハンドリング用デバイスの製作方法であって、
オブジェクトの生産に用いられるとともに前記重量物を形成する部品をハンドリングするハンドリング・ユニット用に、少なくとも一つのマウンティング・ユニットが配置される三次元フレームワークを構成するように単一構成部品を組み立てるステップと、但し、前記単一構成部品の少なくとも一部が、少なくとも一つのプラグ手段を有した平面エレメントであり、前記少なくとも一部の単一構成部品が前記プラグ手段により前記三次元フレームワークとして組み立てられる、
前記三次元フレームワークの周りにファイバー材を付着させるステップと、
前記ファイバー材上に樹脂を適用するステップと、
前記樹脂・ファイバー複合材を、前記フレームワークのカバーとしての繊維強化プラスチックとして硬化させるステップと、
からなる、前記方法。 - 前記組み立てるステップが、ツールなしで、前記三次元フレームワークを構築するよう、前記単一構成部品の嵌合プラグ手段を形状係止的に取り付けることによって実行される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- さらに、レーザ、ミリング・ユニット、打抜機及び水ビーム・カッティング・ユニットからなるグループから選択される少なくとも一つによって、平面材料から複数の単一構成部品を切削するステップからなる、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記ファイバー材を付着させるステップが、前記三次元フレームワークを管状ファイバー材で覆うことからなる、請求項11から13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ファイバー材を付着させるステップが、前記デバイスを空間的に移動させるための可動デバイスに前記デバイスを取り付けるのに利用される開口が露出されるように実行される、請求項11から14のいずれかに記載の方法。
