Description

The present invention relates to a noise absorber.

As a method for collectively removing noise superimposed on a wire bundle, a method of covering the periphery with a magnetic material (ferrite core) after accommodating the wire bundle in a flexible bellows-like corrugated tube is widely known. Yes. In Patent Document 1 below, ring-shaped ferrite cores divided into two parts are housed in resin cases and connected via a hinge portion so that the ferrite core can be easily attached to a corrugated tube containing a wire bundle. Technology is disclosed.

However, since the ferrite core is heavy, there is a problem that the mounting position is easily shifted under an environment with vibration. As a countermeasure, a method in which a resin case containing a ferrite core is carefully taped around a corrugated tube is employed, but there is a problem that the operation is complicated.

This invention is completed based on the above situations, Comprising: It aims at providing the noise absorber which improved the fixability to a corrugated tube.

A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described.

(1) The noise absorber of the present invention is
The holder pair is composed of a main body portion that can accommodate the ferrite core pair, and an extending piece that extends from the main body portion along the longitudinal direction of the corrugated tube,
It is preferable that the locking portion is formed on the inner surface side of the extending piece.
According to this configuration, since the extending piece provided with the locking portion on the inner surface side is formed so as to extend along the longitudinal direction of the corrugated tube, the locking portion is engaged with an arbitrary valley portion of the corrugated tube. What is necessary is just to stop, and the freedom degree of the fixing work of a noise absorber is improved.

(2) The noise absorber of the present invention is
The extending pieces extend from the main body portion in opposite directions while being along the longitudinal direction of the corrugated tube,
It is preferable that the engaging portions are arranged at a plurality of locations in accordance with the pitch of the valley portions of the corrugated tube in each extending piece.
According to this structure, since many latching places of a corrugated tube and a latching | locking part can be taken, the fixability of a noise absorber is further improved.

(3) The noise absorber of the present invention is:
It is preferable that the extending piece is biased so that a tip end thereof is pressed toward the corrugated tube, and the locking portion is arranged at least at the tip end of the extending piece.
According to this structure, since the latching | locking part is provided in the front-end | tip part of the extension piece, and it is urged | biased so that it may be pressed against the corrugated tube side, a noise absorber becomes more difficult to shift.

Next, Example 1 that embodies the noise absorber of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

<実施例1>
<Example 1>
The noise absorber according to the present embodiment includes a ferrite core pair 20 and a holder 30 and is attached to a corrugated tube 10 that houses an electric wire bundle (wire harness) WH. In the following description, in the front-rear direction, the left side in FIG. 1 is the front side and the right side is the rear side.

The corrugated tube 10 is made of synthetic resin and is formed in a long cylindrical shape. The outer peripheral surface of the corrugated tube 10 is formed in a bellows shape in which the peak portions 12 and the valley portions 11 are alternately repeated, and has flexibility. An electric wire bundle WH is inserted into the corrugated tube 10.

The ferrite core pair 20 is formed by dividing an annular ferrite into two along a plane passing through the diameter. Further, the split surface 22 of both ferrite core pairs 20 is mirror-finished. The diameter of the hollow portion of the combined ferrite core pair 20 is set to be approximately equal to the diameter of the corrugated tube 10. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, resin ribs 21 made of resin are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the ferrite core pair 20 at a constant pitch along the axial direction. The formation pitch of the resin ribs 21 is set to be equal to the formation pitch of the trough portions 11 of the corrugated tube 10 and can be engaged with the trough portions 11 of the corrugated tube 10 without a substantial gap.

The holder 30 is made of synthetic resin, and is divided into two along a plane passing through the diameter to form holder pairs (first holder pair 31A, second holder pair 31B) 31A, 31B. Both holder pairs 31 </ b> A and 31 </ b> B are connected to each other by a hinge portion 32 so as to be opened and closed. Each holder pair 31A, 31B is composed of main body portions 35A, 35B that can accommodate the ferrite core pair 20, and extending pieces 33A, 33B. And the accommodation space which can accommodate the ferrite core pair 20 almost without a gap is formed inside the main body portions 35A and 35B.

As shown in FIG. 3, the second holder pair 31B is provided with a pair of lock protrusions R1 on the edge opposite to the hinge part 32, and the first holder pair 31A has the same lock protrusions. A pair of substantially frame-like lock arms R2 that can be engaged with R1 are provided. When the holder pairs 31A and 31B are aligned, the lock arm R2 provided on the first holder pair 31A engages with the lock protrusion R1 provided on the second holder pair 31B, and the combined state is established. Maintained. And in this united state, the insertion hole 31H which can penetrate the corrugated tube 10 is formed in the approximate center part of the holder 30 (FIG. 3). Further, the diameter of the insertion hole 31 </ b> H is set substantially equal to the outer diameter of the peak portion 12 of the corrugated tube 10.

The first and second holder pairs 31A and 31B have two extending pieces (first front extending pieces) in the front-rear direction from the edge portions of the insertion holes 31H on the front and rear surfaces of the main body portions 35A and 35B. 33AF, first rear extension piece 33AB, second front extension piece 33BF, second rear extension piece 33BB) 33 are extended (FIG. 2). Each of the extending pieces 33 has a semi-cylindrical shape, and ribs (locking portions) 34 are repeatedly formed on the inner peripheral surface along the extending direction. Further, the ribs 34 are formed at the same pitch as the pitches of the valleys 11 of the corrugated tube 10, and can be engaged with the valleys 11 of the corrugated tube 10 with substantially no gap, like the resin ribs 21.

Then, as shown in FIG. 4, lock protrusions R1 are formed at the front ends of the second front extension piece 33BF and the second rear extension piece 33BB extending from the main body portion 35B of the second holder pair 31B. Has been. In addition, a substantially frame-like lock that can be engaged with the locking protrusion R1 is provided at the front end of the first front extension piece 33AF and the first rear extension piece 33AB extending from the main body portion 35A of the first holder pair 31A. Each arm R2 is formed.

Next, an example of a procedure for attaching the noise absorber to the corrugated tube 10 will be described. First, the ferrite core pair 20 is accommodated in the main body portions 35A and 35B of the holder pairs 31A and 31B. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3, while the corrugated tube 10 is inserted through the insertion hole 31H, both the holder pair 31A and 31B are closed around the hinge portion 32, and the lock arm of the first holder pair 31A is closed. R2 is engaged with the lock projection R1 of the second holder pair 31B. At this time, the split surfaces 22 of the ferrite core pair 20 are in close contact with each other without a gap. Further, the resin rib 21 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the ferrite core 20 engages with the valley portion 11 of the corrugated tube 10, and the positional deviation of the ferrite core pair 20 is restricted.

Next, the extending piece 33 extending from the front and rear surfaces of the main body portions 35A and 35B of the holder pairs 31A and 31B is brought into close contact with the corrugated tube 10. Since each extending piece 33 is semi-cylindrical, first extending pieces 33AF and 33AB extending from the first holder pair 31A and second extending pieces 33BF and 33BB extending from the second holder pair 31B are provided. By aligning, the outer peripheral surface of the corrugated tube 10 is substantially covered. Further, ribs 34 are repeatedly formed on the inner peripheral surface of each extending piece 33, and they engage with the valley portions 11 of the corrugated tube 10 and are in close contact with each other with almost no gap. Thereby, the position shift of the holder 30 in the front-rear direction is restricted. Finally, the locking arms R2 provided at the distal ends of the first extending pieces 33AF, 33AB are engaged with the locking projections R1 provided at the distal ends of the second extending pieces 33BF, 33BB to lock each other. To do. At this time, both the extended pieces 33 are urged against the corrugated tube 10 in a compressed manner. This completes the installation work of the noise absorber.

Next, the operation and effect of the present embodiment will be described.

A semi-cylindrical extending piece 33 is formed to extend along the corrugated tube 10 in the holder pair 31A, 31B that accommodates the ferrite core pair 20. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the holder 30 can be prevented from falling off the corrugated tube 10 by locking the holder pair 31A, 31B. Further, since the rib 34 that can be engaged with the valley portion 11 of the corrugated tube 10 without substantial gap is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the extending piece 33, the positional deviation in the axial direction of the noise absorber is restricted, The fixability of the noise absorber can be improved.

Moreover, since the rib 34 is repeatedly formed in the extension piece 33 along the extension direction, many engagement parts with respect to the trough part 11 of the corrugated tube 10 can be taken, and the noise absorber is more misaligned. It becomes difficult.

In addition, since four extension pieces 33 are formed to extend from both side surfaces of the main body portions 35A and 35B of the holder pair 31A and 31B, they extend to only one side surface of the main body portions 35A and 35B of the holder pair 31A and 31B. Compared with the case where the protruding piece 33 is provided, high fixability is exhibited.

Further, since the resin ribs 21 that can be engaged with the valley portions 11 of the corrugated tube 10 without substantial gaps are repeatedly formed on the inner peripheral surfaces of the ferrite core pair 20, it is possible to prevent the positional deviation of the ferrite core pair 20 itself. Accordingly, the noise removal function by the ferrite core can be stabilized.

Further, the second extending pieces 33BF and 33BB extending from the main body portion 35B of the second holder pair 31B, and the first extending pieces 33AF and 33AB extending from the main body portion 35A of the first holder pair 31A. The front end portion 34A is formed with a lock projection R1 and a lock arm R2 that can be engaged with the lock projection R1, and by locking these, the extended pieces 33 are located on the corrugated tube 10 side. Since it is biased, the fixability of the noise absorber is further enhanced.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a noise absorber that is highly fixed to the corrugated tube 10.
