Claims (3)
- 内部に熱媒流通経路を持たず、外部熱源なしに室温大気圧環境下で使用する水素吸蔵合金タンクにおいて、
チタン鉄合金から成る水素吸蔵合金の粉末を充填した密閉タンクで、
筒状のタンク本体は鉄鋼材料から成り、その内壁面が銅被膜で被われ、
前記タンク本体の内部に、中心空洞部を形成する小円筒体の外周に、挿入するタンク本体の内周壁面まで放射状に伸び、かつ小円筒体の軸方向に伸びたフィンを多数有する中空フィンが嵌められており、
前記中空フィンは少なくとも外周層が銅から成り、
当該中空フィンの各フィンにより区切られた各小室に前記水素吸蔵合金が充填されていることを特徴とする、水素吸蔵合金用タンク。 - 前記中空フィンが銅製であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水素吸蔵合金タンク。
- 前記銅被膜は、銅溶射被膜であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水素吸蔵合金タンク。
