Description

The present invention relates to a joinery such as an inner window or a partition of a double window, and more particularly to a joinery that attaches an upper frame to a vertical frame after attaching the vertical frame at a construction site to frame the joinery frame.

Ordinary joinery is attached to the mounting opening in a state in which the joinery frame is framed, but in joinery such as inner windows of double windows, left and right vertical frames are attached to the mounting opening at the construction site, and then the upper frame, The lower frame may be attached to the left and right vertical frames to frame the joinery frame.
For example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, after the left and right vertical frames are attached, the other end of the upper frame is inserted once so that one side end of the upper frame is swallowed into the opening of one vertical frame. There has been proposed a joinery for framing a joinery frame by lifting and sliding the part and inserting it into the opening of the other vertical frame and attaching the upper frame to the vertical frame.

Japanese Patent No. 3525534

In order to frame the joinery frame by attaching the upper frame to the vertical frame as described above, it is necessary to process the opening into which the end of the upper frame is inserted into the vertical frame, and the processing of the vertical frame is troublesome.
In order to attach the upper frame to the vertical frame, the first operation in which the upper frame is inclined and inserted into the opening of one vertical frame, the second operation in which the diagonal upper frame is horizontal, The third operation of moving the upper frame and inserting it into the opening of the other vertical frame is necessary, and the third operation prevents the upper frame from coming out of the opening of one vertical frame. The work of framing the joinery frame is very cumbersome and time consuming to perform carefully.

The object of the present invention is to attach a vertical frame to a mounting opening at a construction site, and then attach an upper frame to the vertical frame so that the joinery frame can be easily framed in a short time. It is to make the joinery so that there is no need for processing.

The joinery of the present invention is a joinery having a joinery frame with an upper frame attached between upper portions of left and right vertical frames,
The left and right vertical frames open inward so as to face each other, and the longitudinal end of the upper frame has an inward recess that is movable in the vertical direction,
A vertical frame cap that covers the upper part of the indoor side surface and the outdoor side surface of the vertical frame is movably attached to the upper part of the left and right vertical frames,
The upper frame can be mounted so that it can be moved in the vertical direction in the inward recesses of the left and right vertical frames fixedly attached to the vertical inner surface of the mounting opening having at least a vertical inner surface and an upper inner surface for attaching the joinery frame. And by moving upwards, it can interfere with the vertical frame cap and move upward with the vertical frame cap,
It is a joinery characterized in that a joinery frame is formed by fixing the upper frame to the upper inner surface of the attachment opening with a fixture.

In the joinery of the present invention, the vertical frame cap has an upper frame support part,
The upper frame support portion is in a support posture in which the upper frame is always supported so as not to fall, and the upper frame is brought into contact with the upper frame support portion by moving the upper frame from the bottom along the inward recess of the vertical frame. When the upper frame support portion is displaced to the support release posture, and the upper frame moves above the upper frame support portion, the upper frame support portion can be returned to the support posture.
In this way, by moving the upper frame upward along the inward concave portion of the vertical frame, the upper frame comes into contact with the upper frame support part and is displaced to the support release posture, and the upper frame is more than the upper frame support part. When the upper frame is moved upward, the upper frame support part returns to the support posture and prevents the upper frame from falling. Therefore, when the upper frame is fixed to the upper inner surface of the mounting opening with a fixing tool, the upper frame is held by hand. There is no need to attach the upper frame to the upper inner surface.

The joinery of the present invention has a concave portion that is continuous in the longitudinal direction and opened to the same inner side as the inward recess on the bottom surface of the inward recess of the vertical frame,
The vertical frame cap has a mounting portion that is movable in the vertical direction in the recessed portion,
With the upper frame support portion attached to the attachment portion and the attachment portion attached to the recessed portion of the vertical frame, the upper frame support portion can protrude inward from the bottom surface of the inward recess.
In this way, the vertical frame cap can be easily attached to the vertical frame by fitting the attachment part into the recessed part, and the upper frame support part can be supported so as not to fall by projecting to the upper frame side. .

In the joinery of the present invention, the vertical frame cap has an upper frame contact portion with which an upper portion of the upper frame contacts,
By moving the upper frame upward along the inward concave portion of the vertical frame, the upper part of the upper frame comes into contact with the upper frame contact part, and the vertical frame cap can be moved upward together with the upper frame.
If it does in this way, a vertical frame cap can be reliably moved upwards with an upper frame.

The joinery of the present invention, on the upper surface of the upper frame, forming a concave groove into which the upper frame contact portion of the vertical frame cap fits,
The upper frame contact portion can be prevented from protruding upward from the upper surface of the upper frame.
In this way, it is possible to attach the upper frame and the vertical frame cap in contact with the upper inner surface of the mounting opening, and a gap is generated between the vertical frame cap, the upper frame and the upper inner surface of the mounting opening. I can not.

According to the present invention, the vertical frame is attached to the vertical inner surface of the mounting opening at the construction site, and then the upper frame is fitted into the inward recess of the vertical frame and moved upward to move the upper frame together with the vertical frame cap. Since it can be fixed and attached to the inner surface with a fastener, the joinery frame can be easily and quickly framed.
Moreover, since the gap produced in the corners of the vertical frame and the upper frame is hidden by the vertical frame cap, the appearance is good.
Moreover, there is no need to process the frame in the vertical frame and the upper frame.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the upper frame 20 includes a main body portion 21, an indoor inward portion 22 facing the inside of the finding direction provided at the indoor side end and the outdoor side end of the main body portion 21, and the outdoor inward portion. 23, the dimension between the indoor inward portion 22 and the outdoor inward portion 23, that is, the expected dimension, is approximately the same as the expected opening dimension of the inward recess 14 of the vertical frame 10.
The main body 21 is provided with a shoji guide 24 facing inward in the direction of finding, and has a concave groove 25 that opens outward in the direction of finding.
The upper frame 20 can be attached so that the end in the longitudinal direction can move in the inward recess 14 of the vertical frame 10 in the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, it is fitted and attached so that it can move in the vertical direction and does not move in the prospective direction.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the lower frame 30 has a main body portion 31, an indoor inward portion 32, and an outdoor inward portion 33, similar to the upper frame 20, and a shoji guide rail 34 is provided on the main body portion 31. It is.
The lower frame 30 is fitted and attached so that the end portion in the longitudinal direction can move in the vertical direction in the inward recess 14 of the vertical frame 10 and does not move in the prospective direction.

The vertical frame cap 5 is movable in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) at the upper end portion (one longitudinal end portion) of the vertical frame 10, and the upper part of the indoor inward portion 12 and the outdoor outward portion 13 of the vertical frame 10, that is, the vertical frame. It is attached so that the upper part of 10 indoor side surfaces and outdoor side surfaces may be covered.
The vertical frame cap 5 projects inwardly from the inner side surface 12a of the vertical frame 10 in the direction of finding the indoor inward portion 12 and the inner side surface 13a of the outdoor side inward portion 13 in the direction of finding, and the indoor inward portion 22 of the upper frame 20; The longitudinal direction end of the outdoor inward portion 23, that is, the indoor side surface of the upper frame 20 and the longitudinal direction end of the outdoor side surface are covered.
The vertical frame cap 5 abuts on the upper frame 20 and moves the upper frame 20 upward along the vertical frame 10 so that the vertical frame cap 5 moves upward together with the upper frame 20 along the vertical frame 10. is there.

Next, the operation of attaching the window frame 3a of the inner window 3 in the attachment frame 4 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 6, the left and right vertical frames 10 are attached to the left and right vertical frame members 40, the lower end surfaces thereof are in contact with the lower frame member 42, and the inward recesses 14 are opposed to each other, and are fixed by the fixing tool 43. And attach.
The vertical frame cap 5 is attached to the upper end of the vertical frame 10 in advance. The vertical frame cap 5 may be attached after the vertical frame 10 is attached to the vertical frame member 40.

By making the upper frame 20 oblique with respect to the horizontal, both ends in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 20 are opposed to the inward recessed portion 14 beyond the inner side surface 12a of the indoor inward portion 12 of the left and right vertical frames 10, and the state Then, as shown in FIG. 7 with the upper frame 20 being horizontal, both ends in the longitudinal direction are fitted into the inward recesses 14 of the left and right vertical frames 10.
Then, the upper frame 20 is moved upward along the inwardly recessed portion 14 of the vertical frame 10. When the upper frame 20 interferes with the vertical frame cap 5, the upper frame 20 is further moved upward together with the vertical frame cap 5, and as shown in FIG. It contacts the upper frame member 41 of the mounting frame 4.
In this state, the upper frame 20 is fixedly attached to the upper frame member 41 with the fixing tool 44.

As shown in FIG. 9, the lower frame 30 is attached to the lower frame member 42 of the mounting frame 4 in the same manner as the upper frame 20, and is fixed by a fixing tool 45.

Thus, the upper frame 20 and the lower frame 30 are fitted into the inward recesses 14 of the left and right vertical frames 10 fixedly attached to the left and right vertical frame members 40, and moved upward and downward to move the upper frame member 41 and the lower frame. Since the window frame 3a is framed by being fixed to the material 42, it can be simply framed in a short time.

Even when the length (longitudinal dimension) of the vertical frame 10 is shorter than the length (longitudinal dimension) of the vertical frame member 40, the upper frame 20 can be attached in contact with the upper frame member 41. There is no gap between the upper frame 20 and the upper frame 20.
That is, the length between the upper frame member 41 and the lower frame member 42 of the mounting frame 4 (the vertical dimension of the mounting opening) is measured (measured) at the construction site, and the length of the vertical frame 10 is adjusted to that dimension. Although the vertical frame 10 may interfere with the upper frame material 41 and the lower frame material 42 due to measurement errors or cutting length errors, the vertical frame 10 may be measured. Since the vertical frame 10 can be attached to the vertical frame material 40 without interfering with the upper frame material 41 and the lower frame material 42 by cutting to a length shorter than the above dimension, the upper frame 20 is The upper frame 20 moves upward along the inward recess 14 of the frame 10 so that the upper frame 20 contacts the upper frame member 41.

As described above, when the upper frame 20 is moved upward along the inward concave portion 14 of the vertical frame 10, the upper frame 20 protrudes upward from the vertical frame 10, and a gap is generated between the corners of the vertical frame 10 and the upper frame 20. However, since the indoor side surface and the outdoor side surface of the vertical frame 10 are covered with the vertical frame cap 5 and the end of the upper frame 20 is fitted to the vertical frame cap 5, the vertical frame 10 and the upper frame 20. Since the gap generated in the corner portion is covered with the vertical frame cap 5 and is not visible from the outside, the appearance is good.

In addition, since the processing for framing the vertical frame 10 and the upper frame 20 is unnecessary, the processing cost can be reduced.

Next, details of the vertical frame cap 5 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 10, the vertical frame cap 5 has the same length as the expected size of the main body 11 of the vertical frame 10 and the same width as the found size of the main body 11, and the longitudinal length of the main body 50. The indoor side cover part 51 and the outdoor side cover part 52 which are integrally provided toward one side in the width direction are provided with cover parts 53 having a substantially U-shaped planar shape at both ends in the direction.
A pair of attachment portions 54 are provided downward on the lower surface of the main body portion 50 of the cover portion 53 near both sides in the longitudinal direction, and an intermediate attachment portion 55 is provided downward on the lower surface of the main body portion 50 in the longitudinal direction.
A pair of upper frame abutting portions 56 facing one side in the width direction is provided on one side surface of the main body portion 50 of the cover portion 53 at intervals in the longitudinal direction.

As shown in FIG. 11, the vertical frame cap 5 has an indoor covering portion 51 in contact with the indoor side surface (surface) of the indoor inward portion 12 of the vertical frame 10, and an outdoor covering portion 52 is an outdoor inward portion of the vertical frame 10. 13 of the vertical frame 10 so that the attachment portion 54 fits into the recessed portion 15 of the vertical frame 10 and the intermediate attachment portion 55 fits into the concave groove 16 of the vertical frame 10. It is attached to the upper end part so as to be movable in the vertical direction without moving in the prospective direction and the finding direction.

The attachment portion 54 is provided with an upper frame support portion 57 that supports the upper frame 20 so as not to fall. The upper frame support portion 57 is held in a support posture that protrudes to one side with respect to one side surface in the width direction of the mounting portion 54, and on the other side than one side surface in the width direction of the mounting portion 54 when an external force is applied. It elastically deforms to one of the support release postures, and returns to the support posture elastically when the external force disappears.

For example, an opening 58 is formed in one side plate 54a in the width direction of the mounting portion 54, and the lower end of the substantially frame-shaped upper frame support portion 57 is directed upward at the lower end opening surface 58a of the opening 58, and the upper end thereof 57a is provided integrally so as to be in a support posture protruding to one side in the width direction from the one side plate 54a in the width direction.
When an external force directed to the other side in the width direction is applied to the upper end portion 57a, the upper end portion 57a is in a support release posture that is flush with the one side surface 54a in the width direction.

As shown in FIG. 11, the upper frame support portion 57 of the vertical frame cap 5 is positioned below the upper frame contact portion 56, and the upper frame 20 is fitted in the inward recess 14 of the vertical frame 10, The frame support part 57 (upper end part 57 a) faces the upper surface 21 a of the main body part 21 of the upper frame 20.
Accordingly, by moving the upper frame 20 upward along the inward recess 14 of the vertical frame 10 from the state shown in FIG. 11, the upper surface 21a of the main body portion 21 of the upper frame 20 becomes the upper frame as shown in FIG. An external force is applied to the upper frame support portion 57 in contact with the support portion 57, and is elastically deformed to a support release posture.
Then, when the main body portion 21 of the upper frame 20 moves upward beyond the upper frame support portion 57, the upper frame support portion 57 returns to the support posture as shown in FIG. 13, and the lower surface 21b of the main body portion 21 becomes the upper frame. Opposite to the support portion 57, the lower surface 21b of the main body portion 21 comes into contact with the upper frame support portion 57 by releasing the hand from the upper frame 20, and supports the upper frame 20 so as not to fall.

Since it is like this, when attaching the upper frame 20 to the upper frame material 41 of the mounting frame 4 with the fixing tool 44 as shown in FIG. 14, it is not necessary to support the upper frame 20 by hand. The fixing work by the tool 44 can be facilitated.

As shown in FIG. 11, the upper frame abutting portion 56 of the vertical frame cap 5 is formed in the groove 25 of the main body portion 21 of the upper frame 20 in a state where the upper frame 20 is fitted in the inward concave portion 14 of the vertical frame 10. Located directly above.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 13, the upper frame 20 supported by the upper frame support member 57 is moved upward along the inward concave portion 14 of the vertical frame 10, so that the upper frame 20 is inwardly concave in the vertical frame 10. 14, the upper frame contact portion 56 is fitted into the concave groove 25 of the upper frame 20, and when the upper frame 20 is further moved upward, as shown in FIG. The bottom frame 25 a comes into contact with the lower surface 56 a of the upper frame contact portion 56 and the vertical frame cap 5 moves upward together with the upper frame 20.

In a state where the vertical frame cap 5 moves upward together with the upper frame 20, as shown in FIG. 14, the upper surface 20a of the upper frame 20 and the upper surface 5a of the vertical frame cap 5 are flush with each other.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 14, the upper surface 5 a of the vertical frame cap 5 is attached to the upper frame member 41 in a state where the upper frame 20 is fixedly attached to the upper frame member 41 of the attachment frame 4 with the fixing tool 44. Since there is no gap between the upper frame member 41 and the vertical frame cap 5, the appearance is good.

Although the above-mentioned embodiment is about the window frame 3a of the inner window 3 of a double window, it can also be used as a fitting frame such as another window frame.
For example, when the left and right columns, the ceiling and the floor are used as mounting openings, the vertical frame 10 is mounted on the left and right columns, and the upper frame 30 is mounted on the left and right vertical frames 10 to form a window frame, as in a partition. Can be framed as described above.
In this case, the lower frame 30 may not be used. That is, the mounting opening only needs to have at least a vertical inner surface and an upper inner surface.
Moreover, although the inner window 3 of the above-mentioned embodiment is made of an aluminum alloy, it may be made of a resin or a composite of an aluminum alloy and a resin.
