Description
蒸気圧力釜10の凝縮水の排出口は第三管路41によって水槽40に接続し、水槽40の底部に汚水排出管が設けられ、接続管23の入口は第四管路42によって水槽40の上部に接続する。
蒸気圧力釜10に蒸気圧力釜10内の最高圧力を制御することに用いる安全弁13が設けられる。
Claims (9)
- 蒸気供給装置と、蒸気圧力養生に用いられる蒸気圧力釜とを含む新型太陽エネルギー蒸気圧力設備であって、
前記蒸気供給装置は、太陽エネルギー加熱装置であり、室外に固定的に設置され、
内部に、下端が閉塞し、上端が開口し、且つ上端が真空管から延出する直管状の管状水タンクがそれぞれ挿着され、且つ前記管状水タンクの上端の外表面と真空管の上端内壁との間が密封される複数の真空管と、それぞれ前記管状水タンクの上端に連通し、入口は前記蒸気圧力釜の凝縮水の排水口に接続し、出口はコンプレッサーを経由して前記蒸気圧力釜の蒸気入口に接続する接続管と、を含み、
前記管状水タンクは負圧に保たれることを特徴とする新型太陽エネルギー蒸気圧力設備。 - 前記複数の真空管が一列に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の新型太陽エネルギー蒸気圧力設備。
- 前記複数の真空管が複数列に設置され、アレイ式に配置され、各列の前記管状水タンクに接続される接続管は順に首尾に接続して直列構造又は網状構造に接続することを特徴とする請求項1記載の新型太陽エネルギー蒸気圧力設備。
- 前記真空管が上下方向で又は傾斜して設置されることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の新型太陽エネルギー蒸気圧力設備。
- 第一入口が第一管路により前記接続管の出口に接続され、第二入口が大気に接続される切替弁が前記コンプレッサーの入口に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の新型太陽エネルギー蒸気圧力設備。
- 前記コンプレッサーの出口は第一流量制御弁が設けられる第二管路により前記蒸気圧力釜の蒸気入口に接続することを特徴とする請求項1記載の新型太陽エネルギー蒸気圧力設備。
- 前記凝縮水の排出口は第三管路により底部に汚水排出管が設けられる水槽に接続し、前記接続管の入口は第四管路により前記水槽の上部に接続することを特徴とする請求項1記載の新型太陽エネルギー蒸気圧力設備。
- 前記蒸気圧力釜に蒸気圧力釜内の最高圧力を制御することに用いる安全弁が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の新型太陽エネルギー蒸気圧力設備。
- 前記管状水タンクに水を補充する補水管を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の新型太陽エネルギー蒸気圧力設備。
