Claims (13)
- 医療プローブであって、
マルチルーメン挿入体を有するカニューレと、
前記マルチルーメン挿入体のマルチファイバルーメン内に配される、少なくとも2つのストレートカットされた光ファイバと、
を有し、前記マルチファイバルーメンの形状及びサイズは、前記少なくとも2つの光ファイバの方向が互いに固定されるように、前記少なくとも2つの光ファイバに合わせて適応され、
前記カニューレ及び前記マルチルーメン挿入体は、ベベルカットされた端部を有する、医療プローブ。 - 前記少なくとも2つの光ファイバが、蛍光検出用のソースファイバ及び検出器ファイバを含む、請求項1に記載の医療プローブ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの光ファイバが、最小のファイバコア距離を有するように互いに対し配置される、請求項1に記載の医療プローブ。
- 前記マルチルーメン挿入体の前記マルチファイバルーメンが、3つの光ファイバを収容する、請求項1に記載の医療プローブ。
- 前記マルチルーメン挿入体は、前記カニューレのベベルの角度より小さい角度でベベルカットされる、請求項1に記載の医療プローブ。
- 前記マルチファイバルーメンが、金属コーティング又は低い自己蛍光を有するコーティングで、少なくとも部分的にコーティングされる、請求項1に記載の医療プローブ。
- 前記医療プローブは、生検ニードル、アブレーションニードル又はカテーテルを含む、請求項1に記載の医療プローブ。
- 請求項1に記載の医療プローブと、
前記医療プローブが接続されることが可能な光学コンソールと、
を有する光学計測システムであって、
前記光学コンソールは、少なくとも2つの光ファイバのうち1つの光ファイバを通じて、前記医療プローブの遠位端へ光が供給されることを可能にする光源を有し、散乱光は、前記少なくとも2つの光ファイバのうち少なくとも1つの他の光ファイバによって、前記光学コンソールの検出器へ向けてガイドされる、光学計測システム。 - 前記検出器が、前記少なくとも2つの光ファイバのうち前記少なくとも1つの他の光ファイバを通じて、組織で生成された蛍光を検出するように適応される、請求項8に記載の光学計測システム。
- 前記光源及び前記検出器の少なくとも一方が、波長選択性に提供する、請求項8に記載の光学計測システム。
- 前記検出器は、検出フィルタを使用して励起光をフィルタ除去するように適応される、請求項8に記載の光学計測システム。
- 前記システムは、ファイバスイッチ、ビームスプリッタ、及び集束光学素子をもつダイクロイックビームコンバイナのうち少なくとも1つを設けることによって、蛍光測定を拡散反射率測定と組み合わせるように適応され、前記少なくとも2つの光ファイバのうち1つが、蛍光を測定するための励起光及び拡散反射率のための光を伝播する、請求項8に記載の光学計測システム。
- 前記システムは、異なる組織タイプを区別するために組織光学特性を導出するように適応される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
