図1ないし図2にスタンディングパウチの1例を示す。パウチ8はフィルムが袋状に形成されその下部に「マチ」が形成されている。そしてその外周でフィルムが溶着されて溶着部分81となっている。左右の溶着部分83の下部はマチを形成するフィルムも一体的に溶着され、4枚溶着部82となっている
図3ないし図4は第一実施例を示すものである。
図1ないし図2に示すようなパウチ8の底部形状を自立形状のまま保ち、かつパウチ収納部4の中央にパウチ底部の溶着部分81、82に係合する突起41を設けることで、転倒時にもパウチ8が自重潰れをしにくくなり、内容液の漏出がしにくくなる。またこの突起41は吸上げパイプ先端71とほぼ接する高さにありパイプ先端71との間にパウチ底部のフィルムを挟み込む。 パウチ底部の最深部で吸上げパイプ7と接することで、パウチに残留する液剤を最少にする。また突起41により転倒時にもパウチ底部形状が保たれて、正立に戻した時の最深部からの吸い上げ機能を保つ働きをする。
また使用中にパウチ8内に負圧が発生するとパウチを形成するフィルムが近接または密着し液剤が毛管現象により残留しやすくなるが、パウチ8の底部形状が突起41により規制されているため、フィルムの近接又は密着も抑制でき、液剤の残留を可及的に減少できる。
容器内の減圧を防ぐため、吐出した液剤の容積分だけ外気を導入することが望ましいが、飛散水がパウチに浸入する可能性を出来る限り少なくするため、ポンプ容器の上部ではステム11の摺動部、ポンプ-容器蓋接合部とも水を遮断する構造とする一方、下部ではパウチ開口部より十分に低い位置で空気取り入れ穴42を設けて積極的に外気を取り入れる構造として負圧発生による上部の密閉破れを防止する、しかも下部空気取り入れ穴42から飛散水が浸入しても底部から排出するように水抜き穴43をも設け、万一にも侵入した水や結露が貯まらないようにして、転倒などさせた場合で もパウチ開口部に侵入水が触れないようにする。
パウチの開口部を高い位置に固定するため固定具6を設ける。液剤の吐出につれてパウチが潰れてフィルム密着により液剤が毛管現象で残留するのを防ぐために、パウチ内部に外気を導入するように固定具6またはポンプには外気流入経路を設けるが、この流入経路から転倒時にも液剤が漏出しないよう、逆流防止弁あるいはポンプ上部に達する長い管路51のいずれかを設ける。
吸上げパイプ7の長さを前述の突起41の中央にほぼ接する長さに設け、パイプ先端を水平カットのうえ71の例のような倒立王冠形状とし、パウチの深部から残留をほとんど なく吸上げできるパイプとする。
図5は突起41の変形例を示すものである。第一実施例では突起41をパウチ収納部4の底部形状で形成したが、図のようなリブで形成しても良い。
図10はリブ形状の変形例を示すものである。この突起41は中央部が直線状のV字形状に切り欠かれることでパウチ底部のフィルムを同形状にするものである。これによりパウチ底部の最も低い領域が小さくなり、より液剤の残留を少なくできる。
