Claims (5)
- 拡管工程によって外径に波形形状が形成された鋼管であって、
前記波形形状の振幅及び波長をそれぞれa,wとしたとき、a/wの値が0.038%以下の範囲内にあることを特徴とする鋼管。 - ティモシェンコの座屈波長λに対する前記波形形状の波長wの比w/λの値が0.8より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の鋼管。
- 請求項1又は2記載の鋼管を用いて形成されていることを特徴とする鋼管構造物。
- 拡管工程によって外径に波形形状が形成された鋼管の製造方法であって、
前記拡管工程において、前記波形形状の振幅及び波長をそれぞれa,wとしたとき、a/wの値が0.038%以下の範囲内になるように前記波形形状を形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする鋼管の製造方法。 - 拡管工程によって外径に波形形状が形成された鋼管の設計方法であって、
製造する鋼管の外径及び板厚に対応するパラメータD1,D2,α,βの値を用いて製造する鋼管におけるティモシェンコの座屈波長λに対する前記波形形状の波長wの比w/λと座屈時曲げ角度との関係を表す以下に示す数式(1)を構築し、該数式(1)を用いて前記比w/λと座屈時曲げ角度との関係を評価し、評価結果に基づいて波形形状の波長w及び振幅aを決定するステップを含むことを特徴とする鋼管の設計方法。
