Claims (5)
- 血管ないし体腔にカテーテルを導入するための針組立体であって、
前端と後端とを有し、前記カテーテルを前記前端より前方に支持する首部を備えたハンドルと、
穿刺により前記カテーテルを案内する針と、
前記針に固定され、前記ハンドルに摺動可能に嵌合し、前記針を前記ハンドルから露出せしめる第1の位置と前記針を前記ハンドル内に格納する第2の位置との間で移動可能な針ハブと、
前記針ハブを前記第1の位置に一時的に留め置く留置手段と、
前記ハンドルに結合し、前記前端より前方に突出して前記針を部分的に遮蔽する遮蔽体と、
を備え、
前記首部は前記遮蔽体と係合するべく構成された鉤爪を備え、前記遮蔽体は前記鉤爪と係合することにより位置決めされている、針組立体。 - 請求項1の針組立体であって、前記首部は前記首部より径方向外方または内方に突出した顎部を備え、前記遮蔽体は前記顎部と係合するための爪を備えた、針組立体。
- 請求項1または2の針組立体であって、さらに、
前記針ハブを前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に向けて付勢する付勢手段と、
前記針ハブを前記第2の位置に向けて初動させる初動手段と、
を備えた針組立体。 - 請求項3の針組立体であって、さらに、
前記ハンドルに嵌合して前記ハンドルの側面から頭を露出させたボタンを備え、
前記初動手段は前記ボタンの押下運動を前記第2の位置に向けた運動に変換するカム機構である、針組立体。 - 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項の針組立体であって、前記ハンドルは、外筒と、前記外筒に同軸に固定された内筒と、逆血を受容するべく前記内筒と前記外筒との間に確保されたフラッシュチャンバと、を備え、前記針ハブと前記内筒は、前記逆血を前記フラッシュチャンバへ導く連通路を備えた、針組立体。
