Description
Claims (7)
- デコーダにより実現される復号化方法であって、
ビットストリームにおける第1の情報を抽出するステップと、
前記第1の情報に従って彩度成分イントラ予測モードを判定するステップと、
前記第1の情報に従って前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードが判定できない場合、前記ビットストリームにおける第2の情報を抽出するステップと、
前記第2の情報に従って前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードを判定するステップと、
を有し、
前記第1の情報は、前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードがDMモードであるかを示す情報を有し、
前記第2の情報は、前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードの残りのモードを示すのに使用され、前記残りのモードは、前記第1の情報に従って判定可能なモード以外の利用可能な彩度成分イントラ予測モードの1つであり、
前記第2の情報が2の長さを有する固定長(FL)コードにより搬送されるとき、前記ビットストリームにおける第2の情報を抽出し、前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードを判定するステップは、前記ビットストリームにおけるFLコードを抽出し、前記FLコードを利用することによって残りのモードを判定し、前記残りのモードを前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードとして利用することを含む方法。 - 前記第1の情報がバイナリフラグによって搬送されるDM情報を含むとき、前記DM情報は、前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードがDMモードであるか否かを示すのに使用され、
当該方法は、
前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードがDMモードであることを前記DM情報が示していると判定されると、前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードとして前記DMモードを使用するステップ、又は、
前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードがDMモードではないことを前記DM情報が示していると判定されると、前記ビットストリームにおける前記第2の情報を抽出し、前記第2の情報に従って前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードを判定するステップ
を有する、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ビットストリームにおける前記第2の情報を抽出するステップは、等確率バイパスモードを使用することによって、前記ビットストリームにおける前記FLコードを抽出することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 復号化装置であって、
ビットストリームにおける第1の情報を抽出するよう構成される第1の抽出ユニットと、
前記第1の抽出ユニットにより抽出される前記第1の情報に従って彩度成分イントラ予測モードを判定するよう構成される第1の決定ユニットと、
前記第1の決定ユニットが前記第1の情報に従って前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードを判定できないとき、前記ビットストリームにおける第2の情報を抽出するよう構成される第2の抽出ユニットと、
前記第2の抽出ユニットにより抽出された前記第2の情報に従って前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードを判定するよう構成される第2の決定ユニットと、
を有し、
前記第1の情報は、前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードがDMモードであるかを示す情報を含み、
前記第2の情報は、前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードの残りのモードを示すのに使用され、前記残りのモードは、前記第1の情報に従って判定可能なモード以外の利用可能な彩度成分イントラ予測モードの1つであり、
前記第2の情報が2の長さを有する固定長(FL)コードにより搬送されるとき、前記第2の抽出ユニットは、前記ビットストリームにおける前記FLコードを抽出するよう構成され、前記第2の決定ユニットは、前記第2の抽出ユニットにより抽出された前記FLコードを利用することによって残りのモードを決定し、前記残りのモードを前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードとして利用するよう構成される装置。 - 前記第1の抽出ユニットにより抽出された前記第1の情報が、バイナリフラグによって搬送されるDM情報であって、前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードがDMモードであるか否かを示すために使用されるDM情報を含むとき、
前記第1の決定ユニットは、前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードがDMモードであることを前記DM情報が示していると判定されると、前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードとして前記DMモードを使用するように構成されるか、又は、
前記第2の抽出ユニットは、前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードがDMモードではないことを前記DM情報が示していると判定するとき、前記ビットストリームにおける前記第2の情報を抽出するように構成され、
前記第2の決定ユニットは、前記第2の抽出ユニットによって抽出された前記第2の情報に従って前記彩度成分イントラ予測モードを判定するように構成される、請求項4記載の装置。 - 前記第2の抽出ユニットは、等確率バイパスモードを使用することによって、1つのFLコードによって搬送される前記第2の情報を抽出するように構成される、請求項5記載の装置。
- 復号化装置のメモリに格納されるプログラムであって、当該プログラムは、前記復号化装置のプロセッサに請求項1乃至3何れか一項記載の方法を実行させるプログラム。
