Claims (20)
- 空洞のあるう蝕の診断における使用のための局所用口腔内溶液組成物であって、
(a)ヨウ素化合物である造影剤、及び
(b)医薬的に許容し得る担体を含む、組成物。 - 前記局所用口腔内溶液組成物が対象の1または複数の歯に投与され、そして前記診断の一部として1または複数の歯の放射線画像が作成される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記造影剤は、ヨウ化ナトリウム、ヨウ化カリウム、ヨウ化マグネシウム、ヨウ化カルシウム、ジアトリゾエート、およびこれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択されるヨウ素化合物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ヨウ素化合物は、ヨウ化ナトリウムおよびヨウ化カリウムからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記医薬的に許容し得る担体は、蒸留水、脱イオン水、または精製水を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ヨウ素化合物は局所用口腔内溶液組成物中に、約0.5mol/L〜約9mol/Lの範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ヨウ素化合物は局所用口腔内溶液組成物中に、約2mol/L〜約8mol/Lの範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ヨウ素化合物は局所用口腔内溶液組成物中に、約4mol/L〜約7mol/Lの範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ヨウ素化合物は局所用口腔内溶液組成物中に、約5.5mol/L〜約6.5mol/Lの範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ヨウ素化合物は局所用口腔内溶液組成物中に、約6mol/Lの濃度で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物は、界面活性剤、浸透促進剤、増粘剤、緩衝剤、噴射剤、結合剤、充填剤、潤滑剤、希釈剤、風味改質剤、甘味剤、着色剤、および味マスキング剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記局所用口腔内溶液組成物を対象の1または複数の歯に投与した後、診断の一部として1または複数の歯の放射線画像を作成する前に該局所用口腔内溶液組成物を約1秒〜約30分間吸収させる、請求項2〜11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記1または複数の歯が空洞のあるう蝕を含む場合、前記放射線画像が、造影剤から産生される白い不透明の領域を含む、請求項2〜12のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 空洞のあるう蝕の診断における使用のための局所用口腔内溶液組成物であって、
(a)ヨウ化ナトリウム、および
(b)蒸留水を含み、
前記ヨウ化ナトリウムが、組成物中に約0.5mol/L〜約9mol/Lの範囲の濃度で存在するか、または硫酸バリウムが、組成物中に約45%w/w〜約60%w/wの範囲の濃度で存在することを特徴とする、組成物。 - 前記ヨウ素化合物は局所用口腔内溶液組成物中に、約2mol/L〜約8mol/Lの範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- 前記ヨウ素化合物は局所用口腔内溶液組成物中に、約4mol/L〜約7mol/Lの範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- 前記ヨウ素化合物は局所用口腔内溶液組成物中に、約5.5mol/L〜約6.5mol/Lの範囲の濃度で存在する、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- 前記ヨウ素化合物は局所用口腔内溶液組成物中に、約6mol/Lの濃度で存在する、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- 界面活性剤、浸透促進剤、増粘剤、緩衝剤、噴射剤、結合剤、充填剤、潤滑剤、希釈剤、風味改質剤、甘味剤、着色剤、および味マスキング剤をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- (a)請求項1に記載の局所用口腔内溶液組成物と、
(b)注射器、容器、噴霧器、ブラシ、スワブ、トレイ、またはこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、少なくとも1種の適用付属品、とを含むキット。
