Description
Claims (6)
- ステントを経皮的に配備するためのデリバリシステムであって、
前記ステントを支持するように構成された内部シャフト組立体と、
前記内部シャフト組立体に結合され、前記ステントに選択的に係合するように構成されたアタッチメント機構と、
前記内部シャフト組立体上を摺動可能に設けられ、前記アタッチメント機構に係合した前記ステントを収縮状態で収容するように構成されたデリバリシースカプセルと、を備え、
前記アタッチメント機構は、前記デリバリシースが後退させられたときに前記内部シャフト組立体に対して枢動するようになっており、
前記アタッチメント機構は、前記内部シャフト組立体に結合されたケーシングと、前記ステントに係合する指部を有し、スロットを画成するラグと、前記ケーシングを前記ラグに結合させるアクスルと、を有し、前記ラグは、前記アクスル周りに、かつ、前記内部シャフト組立体に対して枢動するようになっており、
さらに、前記ラグは、前記内部シャフト組立体が前記スロット内に受け入れられるように配置されている、
ことを特徴とするデリバリシステム。 - 前記ラグは、前記ステントに係合するように構成された2つの指部を備えている、
請求項1に記載のデリバリシステム。 - 前記内部シャフト組立体は前記ステントを支持する支持チューブを含み、前記支持チューブは前記スロット内に受け入れられる、
請求項1に記載のデリバリシステム。 - 前記ケーシングは、前記内部シャフト組立体に係合するように構成されている締結要素を備えている、
請求項1に記載のデリバリシステム。 - 前記ケーシングは、キャビティを有し、さらに、前記ラグは前記キャビティ内に配置されている、
請求項1に記載のデリバリシステム。 - 前記ラグは、前記デリバリシステムの支持チューブを内部に収容するようになっている楕円状スロットを備えている、
