Description
Claims (11)
- 人の動作及び向きをモニタリングするためのデバイスであって、
時間に渡って画像を得るためのイメージングユニットと、
前記人の周囲から画像を得るために前記イメージングユニットを保持するための保持手段であって、前記保持手段は、前記イメージングユニットが前記人から見て外を向くように、前記人上に前記イメージングユニットを配置するためのホルダを有する、保持手段と、
前記人の加速度及び/又は周期的動作を検出するために、得られた画像における、光の静的なマーク又は光の強度の勾配の周期的変位を検出するように構成される処理ユニットとを有する、デバイス。 - 前記イメージングユニットは、静止画像カメラ、ビデオカメラ及び/又は赤外線カメラを用いて静止画像又はビデオデータを得るために、連続的に又は定期的に画像を得るように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記画像が遠隔からアクセスされるのを可能にするための接続を更に有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 人の動作及び向きをモニタリングするためのデバイスであって、
時間に渡って画像を得るためのイメージングユニットと、
前記人の周囲から画像を得るために前記イメージングユニットを保持するための保持手段であって、前記保持手段は、前記イメージングユニットが前記人から見て外を向くように、前記人上に前記イメージングユニットを配置するためのホルダを有する、保持手段と、
続いて得られた画像の変化を検出することにより前記人の動作及び向きを検出するための処理ユニットとを有し、
前記ホルダは、前記イメージングユニットが前記人の周囲からの画像を得るために前記人の胸部から見て外を向くように、前記人の胸部上に、前記イメージングユニットを配置するように構成され、
前記処理ユニットは、続いて得られた画像の変化を検出することにより呼吸によりもたらされた前記人の胸部の周期的動作を検出し、前記人の胸部の検出された動作から前記人の呼吸数及び/又は呼吸量を決定するように構成される、デバイス。 - 前記処理ユニットは、続いて得られた画像における、変化の強度から、前記人の呼吸量を決定するように構成される、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記イメージングユニットは、前記人の周囲の画像を個別に得るために前記ホルダ上に設けられた少なくとも2つのイメージング要素を有し、
前記処理ユニットは、前記の個別に得られた画像の変化の差分を解析することにより前記人の呼吸量を決定するように構成される、請求項4に記載のデバイス。 - 前記ホルダは、車両のシートベルトに固定され、
前記処理ユニットは、得られた画像から、前記シートベルトにより固定されている人の手の動作を検出し、前記人の手の検出された動作、並びに、前記人の決定された呼吸数及び/又は呼吸量から、前記人の嗜眠状態を検出するように構成される、請求項4に記載のデバイス。 - 人の動作及び向きをモニタリングするための方法であって、
前記人の周囲から画像を得るために前記人上に配置されており且つ前記人から見て外を向いているイメージングユニットにより、時間に渡って画像を得るステップと、
前記人の加速度及び/又は周期的動作を検出するために、得られた画像における、光の静的なマーク又は光の強度の勾配の周期的変位を検出するステップとを有する、方法。 - 人の動作及び向きをモニタリングするためのデバイスにおける使用のためのプロセッサであって、
時間に渡って前記人の周囲から画像を得るための、前記人上に配置されており且つ前記人から見て外を向いているイメージングユニットを有し、
当該プロセッサは、前記人の加速度及び/又は周期的動作を検出するために、得られた画像における、光の静的なマーク又は光の強度の勾配の周期的変位を検出するように構成される、プロセッサ。 - 人の動作及び向きをモニタリングするためのデバイスにおける使用のための処理方法であって、前記デバイスは、時間に渡って人の周囲から画像を得るための、前記人上に配置されており且つ前記人から見て外を向いているイメージングユニットを有し、当該処理方法は、前記人の加速度及び/又は周期的動作を検出するために、得られた画像における、光の静的なマーク又は光の強度の勾配の周期的変位を検出するステップを有する、処理方法。
- コンピュータプログラムがコンピュータ上で実行されたときに、前記コンピュータが請求項10に記載の方法のステップを実行することをもたらすためのプログラムコード手段を有する、コンピュータプログラム。
