Claims (13)
- 拡張状態のときに冠状静脈洞の内壁に係合するように構成された拡張式バルーン装置を含む遠位端部分と、
前記拡張式バルーン装置の遠位にある遠位位置まで延在する、第1の圧力を検出する第1の圧力センサ管腔と、
前記拡張式バルーン装置の近位にある近位位置まで延在する、第2の圧力を検出する第2の圧力センサ管腔とを備え、
前記第1の圧力センサ管腔及び前記第2の圧力センサ管腔が、前記第1の圧力と前記第2の圧力との差が前記遠位端部分に沿って前記バルーン装置の遠位の領域から前記バルーン装置の近位の領域まで通る血液の流量を示すように互いに配置され、
前記拡張式バルーン装置が、血液が前記遠位端部分に沿って前記バルーン装置の遠位の前記領域から前記バルーン装置の近位の前記領域まで通るときに、継続的に拡張したままになるように構成された安定化バルーンを備え、
前記拡張式バルーン装置が前記冠状静脈洞中で拡張しているときに前記冠状静脈洞中に延在するように前記拡張式バルーン装置の遠位に配置された遠位ポートと、
前記拡張式バルーン装置が前記冠状静脈洞中で拡張しているときに右心房と流体連絡するように前記拡張式バルーン装置の近位に配置された流出ポートであって、前記遠位端部分が、前記遠位ポートから前記流出ポートまでの流体流路を少なくとも部分的に画定する、流出ポートと、
前記遠位ポートから前記流出ポートまでの前記流路に配置された可動式内側部材であって、前記遠位ポートから前記流出ポートまでの前記流路が閉塞される第1の位置と、前記遠位ポートから前記流出ポートまでの前記流路が開いている第2の位置との間で調節される可動式内側部材と
をさらに備える、
冠状静脈洞閉塞カテーテル。 - 前記拡張式バルーン装置が、圧力制御式冠状静脈洞閉塞を行うように前記冠状静脈洞に配置されたときに収縮状態と前記拡張状態との間で間欠的に調節するように構成される、請求項1に記載された冠状静脈洞閉塞カテーテル。
- 近位のハブ部分から前記拡張式バルーン装置の遠位に配置された前記遠位ポートまで延在する流体搬送管腔をさらに備え、前記流体搬送管腔が、前記拡張式バルーン装置が前記冠状静脈洞中で拡張しているときに心筋保護液又は血液を前記冠状静脈洞に搬送するように構成される、請求項1に記載された冠状静脈洞閉塞カテーテル。
- 前記近位のハブ部分が、人工心肺から延在する複数の流体ライン又はセンサ・ラインに接続可能である、請求項1に記載された冠状静脈洞閉塞カテーテル。
- 前記可動式内側部材が、前記拡張式バルーン装置が前記冠状静脈洞の内壁に接して継続的に拡張したままで、前記冠状静脈洞から前記右心房までの血流を間欠的に開放するように、前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間で繰り返し移動可能である、請求項1に記載された冠状静脈洞閉塞カテーテル。
- 近位のハブ部分と、前記近位のハブ部分から前記拡張式バルーン装置の内部に配置された1つ又は複数の開口部まで延在するバルーン流体管腔と、前記近位のハブ部分から前記拡張式バルーン装置の内部に配置された1つ又は複数の開口部まで延在するバルーン圧力モニタリング管腔とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載された冠状静脈洞閉塞カテーテル。
- 前記第1の圧力センサ管腔が、前記近位のハブ部分から前記拡張式バルーン装置の遠位に配置された開口部まで延在する冠状静脈洞圧管腔であり、前記第2の圧力センサ管腔が、前記近位のハブ部分から前記拡張式バルーン装置の近位に配置された開口部まで延在する心房圧センサ管腔である、請求項1に記載された冠状静脈洞閉塞カテーテル。
- 前記第1の圧力センサ管腔及び前記第2の圧力センサ管腔のうちの少なくとも一方が、血圧を圧力センサ・トランスデューサに伝達する、流体で満たされた圧力伝達通路になるように構成される、請求項1に記載された冠状静脈洞閉塞カテーテル。
- 前記第1の圧力センサ管腔及び前記第2の圧力センサ管腔のうちの少なくとも一方が、前記第1の圧力センサ管腔及び前記第2の圧力センサ管腔のうちの少なくとも一方の遠位端に配置された圧力センサ・トランスデューサを含む、請求項1に記載された冠状静脈洞閉塞カテーテル。
- 前記拡張式バルーン装置がオフ・ポンプ心臓手術中に前記冠状静脈洞中で拡張しているときに前記冠状静脈洞を間欠的に閉塞するように構成される、請求項1に記載された冠状静脈洞閉塞カテーテル。
- 近位のハブ部分から前記拡張式バルーン装置の遠位に配置された前記遠位ポートまで延在する流体搬送管腔をさらに備え、前記流体搬送管腔が、前記拡張式バルーン装置が前記オフ・ポンプ心臓手術中に前記冠状静脈洞中で拡張しているときに逆行潅流血液を前記冠状静脈洞に搬送するように構成される、請求項10に記載された冠状静脈洞閉塞カテーテル。
- 前記拡張式バルーン装置が経皮的冠状動脈インターベンション処置中に前記冠状静脈洞中で拡張しているときに前記冠状静脈洞を間欠的に閉塞するように構成される、請求項1に記載された冠状静脈洞閉塞カテーテル。
- 近位のハブ部分から前記拡張式バルーン装置の遠位に配置された前記遠位ポートまで延在する流体搬送管腔をさらに備え、前記流体搬送管腔が、前記拡張式バルーン装置が前記経皮的冠状動脈インターベンション処置中に前記冠状静脈洞中で拡張しているときに逆行潅流血液を前記冠状静脈洞に搬送するように構成される、請求項12に記載された冠状静脈洞閉塞カテーテル。
