Description
Claims (15)
- LED電球であって、
前記LED電球の長手方向に延在する軸を中心に配置された、少なくとも1つの電気コンタクトを有する接続基部と、
前記接続基部上の支持体と、
前記支持体に結合された、且つ前記軸のまわりに配置された複数のLEDであって、前記LEDのそれぞれが、LED光出力を生成し、且つ前記電気コンタクトに電気的に結合される前記複数のLEDと、
複数の狭ビーム光学片であって、前記複数の狭ビーム光学片のそれぞれが、前記LEDの前記LED光出力における少なくともいくらかと交差するように、対応する前記LEDの1つに隣接して設けられ、交差された前記LED光出力が、いずれかの交差されないLED光出力と結合することによって、修正されたLED光出力を形成し、前記修正されたLED光出力が、前記LED光出力より狭いビーム角であり、前記狭ビーム光学片が、前記軸から外れて配置され、前記LEDのそれぞれからのLED光出力の向きを、各LEDの中央LED光出力軸に対して非対称的に変える、前記複数の狭ビーム光学片と、
前記軸と交差する散乱光学構造部であって、前記軸に沿った方向に前記LEDからオフセットされる前記散乱光学構造部と、
前記散乱光学構造部に結合されて前記散乱光学構造部を支持する実装構造部と、
少なくとも前記散乱光学構造部を囲む半透明バルブ構造部と、を含み、
前記修正されたLED光出力の大部分が、前記散乱光学構造部に入射し、前記修正されたLED光出力の少なくともいくらかが、前記散乱光学構造部を通って透過され、
前記散乱光学構造部が、前記修正されたLED光出力を、前記半透明バルブ構造部を通って外に散乱させる、
LED電球。 - 前記散乱光学構造部が、マルチファセット環状周囲を含む、請求項1に記載のLED電球。
- 前記散乱光学構造部が、前記周囲の内部の、おおむね前記LEDに面する、引っ込んだ凸状下面を含む、請求項2に記載のLED電球。
- 前記LEDが、互いにほぼ平面関係で実装される、請求項1に記載のLED電球。
- 前記実装構造部が、隣接する前記LEDから前記軸に沿って延在する単一の柱である、請求項1に記載のLED電球。
- 前記柱が、前記光学片と前記散乱光学構造部との間で凹面であり反射性である、請求項5に記載のLED電球。
- 前記修正されたLED光出力が、11度未満のビーム角を有する、請求項1に記載のLED電球。
- 少なくとも1つの電気コンタクトを有する接続基部であって、長手方向に延在するバルブ軸に中心を置かれた前記接続基部と、
前記接続基部上の支持体と、
前記バルブ軸のまわりにほぼ対称的に配置された複数のLEDであって、前記LEDのそれぞれが、LED光出力を生成する前記複数のLEDと、
前記バルブ軸に中心を置かれた、且つ前記LEDからオフセットされた散乱光学構造部と、
前記支持体に結合された、且つ前記散乱光学構造部に結合されて前記散乱光学構造部を支持する実装構造部と、
前記バルブ軸から外れて配置された複数の狭ビーム光学片であって、前記複数の狭ビーム光学片のそれぞれが、前記LEDの前記LED光出力の少なくともいくらかと交差するように、対応する前記LEDの1つに隣接して設けられた、前記複数の狭ビーム光学片と、
少なくとも前記散乱光学構造部を囲む半透明バルブ構造部と、を含み、
交差された前記LED光出力が、いずれかの交差されない前記LED光出力と結合することによって、0〜20度のビーム角を有する修正されたLED光出力を形成し、
前記修正されたLED光出力のほぼ大部分が、前記散乱光学構造部及び前記実装構造部の少なくとも1つに入射し、
前記修正されたLED光出力の少なくともいくらかが、前記散乱光学構造部を通って透過され、
前記散乱光学構造部が、前記修正されたLED光出力を、前記半透明バルブ構造部を通って外に散乱させる、
LED電球。 - 前記接続基部がエジソン型である、請求項8に記載のLED電球。
- 前記LEDを囲む、且つ前記光学片を保持するベゼル構造部を更に含む、請求項8に記載のLED電球。
- 前記散乱光学構造部が、おおむね前記LEDに面する、引っ込んだ凸状下面を含む、請求項8に記載のLED電球。
- 前記散乱光学構造部が、前記凸状下面の反対側に、引っ込んだ凹面を含む、請求項11に記載のLED電球。
- 前記実装構造部が半透明である、請求項8に記載のLED電球。
- 前記実装構造部が反射性である、請求項13に記載のLED電球。
- 前記散乱光学構造部に結合された第1の磁気構造部、並びに前記散乱光学構造部及び前記第1の磁気構造部から垂直にオフセットされた第2の磁気構造部を更に含み、前記第1の磁気構造部及び前記第2の磁気構造部が、互いに対して磁気的に反対に配置され、これによって、前記第1の磁気構造部及び前記散乱光学構造部が、前記第2の磁気構造部から反発されるようにする、請求項8に記載のLED電球。
