Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种LED灯泡的透光罩。它包括由透光材料形成的罩体,其特征在于:于透光材料内掺入有可使光散射的散射粒子,于罩体的内表面设有可使光折射及反射的微结构。本实用新型通过散射粒子对增强光的散射,使光照均匀,避免产生明暗区域,并且通过罩体的内表面(即入光面)的微结构对光进行充分的折射及反射,实现扩大出射光的出射角度,使光照更加均匀,出射光更柔和避免刺眼照射。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED灯泡的透光罩。
背景技术
现有的LED灯泡,例如如图1所示的LED球泡灯,其一般包括透光罩101、LED灯板(图中未示出)、散热外壳102、电源驱动模块(图中未示出)和带外螺纹的灯头103。LED灯板上的LED灯发出的光经透光罩101后射出,其出射光的出射角度一般只有120°,光照范围有限,造成光照不均匀,甚至产生明暗区域,视觉效果不佳,装饰性差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种可使LED灯泡的光照更均匀的LED灯泡的透光罩。
上述目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
一种LED灯泡的透光罩,包括由透光材料形成的罩体,其特征在于:于透光材料内掺入有可使光散射的散射粒子,于罩体的内表面设有可使光折射及反射的微结构。
本实用新型通过散射粒子对增强光的散射,使光照均匀,避免产生明暗区域,并且通过罩体的内表面(即入光面)的微结构对光进行充分的折射及反射,实现扩大出射光的出射角度,使光照更加均匀,出射光更柔和避免刺眼照射。
上述技术方案可采用如下措施作进一步的改进:
所述微结构由若干突起或凹陷的二次光学结构组成,所述突起或凹陷为球面状、方锥体状、棱状、圆锥状或者柱面状。
所述散射粒子为光扩散剂。
所述透光材料为PC、PMMA、PS、ABS或者PVC。
所述罩体呈半球形或自由曲面,所述罩体的内表面为球面或非球面。
所述透光罩还包括多个围绕罩体的中心布置的卡钩,各卡钩包括从罩体的边缘向下延伸的弹性臂和设于弹性臂的自由端并朝向罩体的中心凸设的钩头,通过设置卡钩可方便透光罩的装配。
所述LED灯泡至少包括散热器、LED灯板、压圈和螺丝,所述LED灯板包括基板和设于基板上的多个LED灯,所述散热器包括一安装面,所述压圈将基板压在散热器的安装面上,螺丝将压圈锁定于散热器上,所述透光罩的钩头抵压于压圈的底部,所述透光罩的罩体的边缘抵压于压圈的顶部,通过扣合方式安装透光罩,结构简单,装配方便快捷。
本实用新型可使LED灯泡的光照更均匀的LED,出射光更柔和避免刺眼照射。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型中所提及到的“多个”的含义是指2个以上。
如图2至图6所示,一种LED灯泡的透光罩,包括由透光材料形成的罩体1,于透光材料内掺入有可使光散射的散射粒子2,于罩体的内表面11设有可使光折射及反射的微结构3。本实施例中,所述罩体的内表面11为入光面,所述罩体的外表面12为出光面。
所述微结构3由若干突起或凹陷的二次光学结构组成,所述突起或凹陷为球面状、方锥体状、棱状、圆锥状或者柱面状。当然,所述微结构也可以是其它能够达到类似折射及反射效果从而使光线出射角度得到扩大效果的微结构。采用此结构的好处是:改善光线折射及反射角度,使出光角度变大。
所述散射粒子2为光扩散剂。
所述透光材料为PC、PMMA、PS、ABS或者PVC等。
所述透光罩还包括多个围绕罩体1的中心布置的卡钩4,各卡钩4包括从罩体的边缘13向下延伸的弹性臂41和设于弹性臂的自由端并朝向罩体的中心凸设的钩头42。
所述罩体1呈半球形,所述罩体的内表面11为球面。
所述散射粒子为无机光扩散剂,例如纳米硫酸钡,碳酸钙,二氧化硅等。所述散射粒子也可以是有机光扩散剂主要有压克力型,苯乙烯型,丙烯酸树脂型的等。
罩体1的下部设有被罩体的边缘13围绕的开口14。
如图6所示,以一颗LED灯5产生的光束为示例,该颗LED灯产生的光线经罩体内表面的微结构进行折射和反射,经散射粒子进行散射,使出射光的出射角度得到扩大。图6只示出了一颗LED灯的光照效果图,然而,实际上本实施例所述的透光罩可以应用更多颗LED灯。
如图7和图8所示,所述LED灯泡至少包括散热器6、LED灯板7、压圈8和螺丝9,所述LED灯板包括基板71和设于基板上的多个LED灯72,所述散热器6包括一安装面61,所述压圈8将基板71压在散热器的安装面61上,螺丝9将压圈8锁定于散热器6上,所述透光罩的钩头42抵压于压圈8的底部,所述透光罩的罩体的边缘13抵压于压圈8的顶部。
Claims (7)
1.一种LED灯泡的透光罩,包括由透光材料形成的罩体,其特征在于:于透光材料内掺入有可使光散射的散射粒子,于罩体的内表面设有可使光折射及反射的微结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡的透光罩,其特征在于:所述微结构由若干突起或凹陷的二次光学结构组成,所述突起或凹陷为球面状、方锥体状、棱状、圆锥状或者柱面状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡的透光罩,其特征在于:所述散射粒子为光扩散剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡的透光罩,其特征在于:所述透光材料为PC、PMMA、PS、ABS或者PVC。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡的透光罩,其特征在于:所述罩体呈半球形或自由曲面,所述罩体的内表面为球面或非球面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡的透光罩,其特征在于:所述透光罩还包括多个围绕罩体的中心布置的卡钩,各卡钩包括从罩体的边缘向下延伸的弹性臂和设于弹性臂的自由端并朝向罩体的中心凸设的钩头。
7.根据权利要求6所述的LED灯泡的透光罩,其特征在于:
所述LED灯泡至少包括散热器、LED灯板、压圈和螺丝,所述LED灯板包括基板和设于基板上的多个LED灯,所述散热器包括一安装面,所述压圈将基板压在散热器的安装面上,螺丝将压圈锁定于散热器上,所述透光罩的钩头抵压于压圈的底部,所述透光罩的罩体的边缘抵压于压圈的顶部。
