Claims (8)
- ガスを吸収できる固体の反応物質(2)の貯蔵槽を有する反応装置(1)であって、前記反応物質(2)および前記ガスは、両者が同時に存在すると、前記反応物質(2)による前記ガスの吸収を起こす化学反応の対象になり、前記反応物質がガスを吸収すると、前記反応物質に当接する加熱手段(17)が作動することで、前記反応物質に吸収されたガスが脱着される逆の化学反応の対象になり、
前記反応装置(1)は、内ジャケット(8)および内ジャケット(8)にガラス繊維、炭素繊維、もしくは合成繊維を巻き付け、熱硬化性樹脂または可塑性樹脂に含浸して形成された外ジャケット(9)を備えること、
前記外ジャケット(9)は、前記反応物質(2)を収容する気密性の前記内ジャケット(8)を内包し、前記加熱手段(17)は、前記内ジャケット(8)と前記外ジャケット(9)との間に配置されること、
前記反応装置(1)は、さらに、前記反応装置(1)内へのガス拡散手段である、概ね前記反応装置(1)の長手軸(yy’)に沿って前記反応物質(2)の中心に配置された拡散器(13)、および前記反応装置(1)の中心部近傍で前記拡散器(13)の周囲に配置される付属加熱手段を備えること、を特徴とする、反応装置(1)。 - 前記内ジャケット(8)は、金属製であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反応装置(1)。
- 前記内ジャケット(8)は、2つの素子、すなわち頭部(8b)および前記頭部(8b)を受容するように上部が開口している本体部(8a)で構成され、前記反応物質(2)を前記本体部(8a)に挿入した後、前記頭部(8b)は、気密性を保つように前記本体部(8a)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のうちいずれか一項に記載の反応装置(1)。
- 前記加熱手段(17)は、前記内ジャケット(8)の外面に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の反応装置(1)。
- 前記加熱手段(17)は、前記内ジャケット(8)の外面に概ね螺旋状に巻き付けられた少なくとも1つの電気抵抗で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の反応装置(1)。
- 前記加熱手段(17)は、加熱布で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の反応装置(1)。
- 前記内ジャケット(8)の外周表面には螺旋状の溝が彫られ、該溝内に加熱用の電気抵抗が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反応装置(1)。
- 前記反応装置(1)は、筒形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の反応装置(1)。
