Claims (14)
- − 少なくとも部分的に円筒状又は環状のキャリア上に配置された、一次光を放射する発光素子のアレイであって、前記キャリアは、前記キャリアによって少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれた内部空間に面した内部表面と、外部表面と、を有し、前記発光素子が、前記内部空間に向かって光を放射するように、前記発光素子の発光面が内側に面した状態で配置されている、発光素子のアレイと、
− 管状波長変換部材によって部分的に取り囲まれた内部空間に面した光受容内部封体部表面と、外部封体部表面と、を含む封体部本体を有する前記管状波長変換部材であって、前記光受容内部封体部表面を介して前記発光素子によって放射された光を受容するために、前記キャリアに隣接して配置され、前記発光素子によって放射された一次光の一部を二次光に変換し、前記二次光を、前記内部封体部表面及び前記外部封体部表面から放射し、前記一次光の一部を変換なしで伝送する、管状波長変換部材と、
を含む、発光装置。 - 前記管状波長変換部材は、開放型管状構造を形成する、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記管状波長変換部材は円錐形又は切頭円錐形を有する、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記キャリア及び前記管状波長変換部材は、同じ又は類似の形状及びサイズの断面積を持つ、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記キャリアは、前記管状波長変換部材と揃えられて管状アセンブリを形成する、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記キャリアは、前記管状波長変換部材の開端部に配置されている、請求項5に記載の発光装置。
- 前記キャリアは、前記管状波長変換部材の前記封体部本体の一部に配置されるか、又は当該一部を形成するように配置されている、請求項5に記載の発光装置。
- 前記発光素子によって放射された光を前記管状波長変換部材の前記光受容内部封体部表面の方向に誘導するため、前記キャリア上に少なくとも1つの光方向転換素子が設けられている、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 各発光素子は光方向転換素子を具備する、請求項8に記載の発光装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光方向転換素子は、1つの発光素子によって放射された光を別の発光素子から離れる方に誘導する、請求項8に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光方向転換素子は反射器である、請求項10に記載の発光装置。
- 前記キャリアの内部表面は少なくとも部分的に反射性である、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記管状波長変換部材とは逆側に面した側において前記キャリアに接続されたヒートスプレッダを更に含む、請求項6に記載の発光装置。
- 少なくとも部分的に透明な封体部によって少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれた、請求項1乃至13に何れか一項に記載の発光装置を含む、ランプ。
