Description

この発明は市販のアルミニウム箔を用いて家庭用グリル網上に適当な大きさにカットした
アルミニウム箔を置き、本発明品を用いて転がし網上にアルミニウム箔を波形に成形する。
これによりグリル網や受皿等の汚れの軽減をはかり使用ごとにアルミニウム箔を
取替えるだけで洗浄せず継続して繰り返しグリル調理を可能とさせるものである。

特許文献2では1溝ずつ押しつけないと成形できず面倒であり、押し加減は
使い手により違うため困難を要しアルミニウム箔自体が破損する可能性もあり誰もが、
簡単に扱えるとまでいえない課題、問題点がある。
アルミニウム箔は安易に成形できるが崩れやすく破れやすい性質を持つため
上記特許文献では解決できない。

加工し易い木材が適す。
アルミニウム箔成形ローラーの軸となる芯はグリル網の棒(12)ほどの厚み半分ほど
(板状を重ねる為)の板状(1)図2を参考にし、均等に4等分にカット、さらに斜めに
1/8カットし、形状が同じ台形を8枚作る。
図3より板状(1)を組立てる際、1と2の斜めカットした面がエル角になり
2と3の垂直にカットした面の側面が溝(10)になる。
(溝(10)になる面は、 4と5、 6と7の側面、 8の垂直側と1の垂直側)
カットした板状(1)を1から8の形状を図4のように配置し組立芯を作るこの組立芯が
ローラー(15)軸の芯(16)となる。
板状(1)からの組立方法は一例であり本発明品の軸図4に形状に出来るものであればよい。
芯(16)の溝(10)の厚みはグリル網棒(12)ほどの厚み(C)を要し、
円筒(9)はグリル網の棒と棒にはまるほどの大きさ(D)の物を要する。
芯(16)をそれぞれ組立て、4つのエル角に配した面に円筒(9)を固定する。
仕上げに角をおとし丸みをもたせアルミニウム箔の破損予防にもなり見た目も美しい。

ハンドル棒(13)を付けるとこで利用者の使い勝手が向上する。
