Description

The present invention relates to a joint structure of a cleaning tool, and more particularly to a joint structure of a cleaning tool that rotatably connects a handle to a cleaning head.

For example, as a cleaning tool for cleaning the floor surface, various cleaning tools are known which include a cleaning head to which a mop or a cleaning sheet is attached, and a handle rotatably connected to the upper surface of the cleaning head via a joint portion. Yes. In general, these cleaning tools not only rotate the handle in the front-rear direction with respect to the cleaning head, but also can be rotated in the left-right direction, so that the cleaning surface of the cleaning head can be moved in any direction. Thus, it becomes possible to efficiently clean the surface to be cleaned such as the floor surface (for example, see Patent Document 1).

The structure of the joint part that allows the handle to rotate in the front-rear direction and the circumferential direction with respect to the cleaning head includes, for example, a bifurcated head-side yoke provided at the center of the upper surface of the cleaning head, and the lower end of the handle It is generally known that a bifurcated handle-side yoke portion provided in a portion is connected via a connecting member having a first rotation axis portion and a second rotation axis portion whose central axes are orthogonal to each other. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).

Special Table 2000-500677

In the conventional cleaning tool, the connection structure for connecting the first rotation shaft center portion of the connecting member to the bifurcated head side yoke portion is, for example, each of the pair of yoke protrusions constituting the head side yoke portion. A pair of pin protrusions that serve as first pivot shafts provided to protrude from the side portions on both sides of the connecting member are inserted into the pin holes formed on the opposing surfaces, using elastic deformation of the yoke protrusions. While expanding the interval, the connecting member is forcibly pushed and pushed in so as to be rotatably fitted and engaged. For this reason, it is necessary to suppress the protrusion length of the pin protrusion and to make the yoke protrusion easily elastically deformed so that it is not difficult to force the connecting member, so that the pin protrusion fits into the pin hole. For example, when the cleaning head collides with furniture or the like when a large load is applied when cleaning the floor surface or the like when the floor surface is cleaned, the head side yoke portion is easily detached from the connecting member.

On the other hand, even if the yoke protrusion of the head side yoke part is slidably mounted along the upper surface of the cleaning head, and the protrusion length of the pin protrusion is increased, the yoke protrusion is slid to move the pin protrusion. A connection structure has also been developed in which the head side yoke portion is easily removed from the connection member so that it can be easily inserted into the pin hole (see, for example, Patent Document 2). The structure for fixing the slidably moved yoke protrusion in a stable state becomes complicated.

The present invention can secure a sufficient and stable connection state between the cleaning head and the connection member by sufficiently securing the insertion length of the yoke protrusion into the pin hole by the pin protrusion of the connection member with a simple configuration. An object of the present invention is to provide a joint structure for a cleaning tool.

The present invention relates to a cleaning tool including a cleaning head and a handle, wherein the handle is connected to the cleaning head so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction. A two-rotating head-side yoke portion projectingly provided and a two-forked handle-side yoke portion provided at the lower end of the handle have a first rotation axis portion and a second rotation center axis orthogonal to each other. By connecting via a connecting member having an axial center part, a joint part that is rotatable in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction is formed, and the interval between the pair of yoke protrusions that constitute the head-side yoke part is increased. Pin holes are formed in each of the opposing surfaces disposed in the first and second connection members, and the connection member includes a pair of unit connection members, and one unit connection member is one of the pin holes of the pair of yoke protrusions. Inserted in a rotatable manner into the first A pin projection serving as a first pivot axis, comprising a pin projection serving as a pivot axis, and the other unit connecting member being rotatably inserted into the other pin hole of the pair of yoke projections And each of the unit connecting members includes a superposed engagement surface that is overlapped with each other at a portion between the pair of yoke protrusions, and the superposed engagement surfaces are overlapped to overlap the pair of pairs. By providing a joint structure of a cleaning tool in which the second rotating shaft center portion is disposed above a portion between the pair of yoke protrusions in a state where the unit connecting member is integrated as the connecting member. The above-mentioned purpose has been achieved.

According to the joint structure of the cleaning tool of the present invention, with a simple structure, the insertion length of the yoke protrusion into the pin hole by the pin projection of the connecting member is sufficiently secured, and the cleaning head and the connecting member are firmly and A stable connected state can be obtained.

A joint structure 10 of a cleaning tool according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is a joint that rotatably connects the cleaning head 11 and the handle 12 in, for example, the cleaning tool 13 including the cleaning head 11 and the handle 12 shown in FIG. The structure of the portion 14 is adopted. The cleaning tool 13 covers the cleaning surface 15 on the bottom surface of the cleaning head 11 and attaches a disposable cleaning sheet 16 so as to be detachable and replaceable. For example, the cleaning tool 13 performs a cleaning operation by gripping the handle 12 using the floor surface as a surface to be cleaned. Is. Further, the joint structure 10 of the present embodiment has a strong and stable connection state between the cleaning head 11 and the connecting member 19, particularly when the joint portion 14 between the cleaning head 11 and the handle 12 is formed via the connecting member 19. Can be easily obtained with a simple configuration.

And the joint structure 10 of the cleaning tool of this embodiment WHEREIN: In the cleaning tool 13 containing the cleaning head 11 and the handle | steering_wheel 12, the joint part which connects the handle | pattern 12 rotatably with respect to the cleaning head 11 in the front-back direction and the left-right direction. 2 to 5, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, a bifurcated head-side yoke portion 17 that protrudes from the upper surface of the cleaning head 11 and a bifurcated shape that is provided at the lower end of the handle 12. The handle side yoke portion 18 is connected via a connecting member 19 (see FIG. 4) including a first rotation axis portion 19a and a second rotation axis portion 19b whose central axes X and Y are orthogonal to each other. Thus, a joint portion 14 is formed that is rotatable in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction. Pin holes 23 are formed on the opposing surfaces 17b of the pair of yoke protrusions 17a constituting the head-side yoke portion 17 that are arranged at intervals. The connecting member 19 includes a pair of unit connecting members 20, and one unit connecting member 20 is rotatably inserted into one pin hole 23 of the pair of yoke protrusions 17 a and a first rotation axis portion 19 a. The other unit connecting member 20 includes a pin protrusion 21 serving as a first rotation shaft portion 19a that is rotatably inserted into the other pin hole 23 of the pair of yoke protrusions. Each unit connecting member 20 includes overlapping engagement surfaces 22a and 22b that are overlapped with each other at a portion between the pair of yoke protrusions 17a (see FIG. 3). In a state where the pair of unit connecting members 20 are integrated as the connecting member 19 with the overlapping engagement surfaces 22a and 22b being overlapped, the second rotation shaft center portion is located above the portion between the pair of yoke protrusions 17a. 19b is arranged (see FIG. 5).

Further, according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the connecting member 19 is inserted into the pin holes 23 of the pair of yoke protrusions 17a after inserting the pin protrusions 21 of the unit connecting members 20 into a pair. By overlapping and integrating the overlapping engaging surfaces 22a and 22b of the unit connecting member 20 of the unit connecting member 20, as shown in FIG. 5, the head side yoke is interposed via the first rotating shaft portion 19a by the pin protrusion 21. The portion 17 is rotatably connected, and the handle-side yoke portion 18 is rotatably connected via a second rotation axis portion 19 disposed above the portion between the pair of yoke protrusions 17a. ing.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cleaning head 11 constituting the cleaning tool 13 has a rectangular planar shape with a long side of about 200 to 500 mm and a short side of about 50 to 150 mm, for example. For example, the base body 11c, which is a flat plate member made of plastic, covers the lower surface of the head body 11b, and is attached with an elastically deformable base body 11c. The lower surface of the elastically deformable base body 11c is used as a cleaning surface 15, and the cleaning sheet 16 is mounted so as to cover the cleaning surface 15. Also, a known sheet holding portion 24 made of a flexible elastic material having engagement slits formed at four corners is provided on the upper surface 11a of the cleaning head 11 by the head main body 11b. After the cleaning sheet 16 is wound around the cleaning head 11 so as to cover the lower surface (cleaning surface) 15 of the base body 11c attached integrally to the lower surface side of the head body 11b from below, the end of the cleaning sheet 16 is By pushing and engaging the engagement slit of the sheet holding portion 24 on the upper surface 11a of the cleaning head 11, the cleaning sheet 16 can be easily attached to the cleaning head 11 so as to be detachable and replaceable (see FIG. 1).

On the upper surface 11a of the head main body 11b of the cleaning head 11, a head side yoke portion 17 is integrally provided by a pair of yoke protrusions 17a, with the central portion thereof raised with the base portion expanded. . In the present embodiment, the head-side yoke portion 17 is formed by cutting out the center portion in the longitudinal direction of the horizontally long raised portion provided at the center portion of the upper surface 11a of the cleaning head 11 with a notch width of about 30 to 60 mm, for example. Has a shape. As a result, the head-side yoke portion 17 has a pair of symmetrical yoke protrusions arranged with a gap width that allows the connecting member 19 to be installed, with a cut surface substantially perpendicular to the cleaning surface 15 of the cleaning head 11 as an opposing surface 17b. A portion 17a is provided.

A pair of symmetrical yoke protrusions 17a of the head-side yoke portion 17 are provided as part of a raised portion with an expanded skirt portion, so that the cleaning head 11 is loaded from the handle 12 via the joint portion 14. The cleaning load can be supported in a stable state by the cleaning head 11.

In the present embodiment, as the cleaning sheet 16 that covers the cleaning surface 15 and is attached to the cleaning head 11 and adheres dust, dirt, and the like, various known cleaning sheets such as olefin-based ultrafine fiber nonwoven fabrics are used. Can do.

The handle 12 constituting the cleaning tool 13 together with the cleaning head 11 is formed by connecting and integrating a plurality of pipe members made of, for example, an aluminum alloy or ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) resin in the axial direction via a known connection structure. For example, the entire handle including the grip portion provided at the upper end is assembled and formed to have a length of, for example, about 100 to 150 cm suitable for performing the cleaning operation. A yoke member 25 provided with a handle yoke 18 by a pair of yoke pieces 18a is integrally attached to the lower end of the handle 12 via a known joint mechanism.

In this embodiment, the yoke member 25 includes a cylindrical joint portion 25a and a yoke body portion 25b as shown in FIG. The yoke member 25 is fixed to the lower end portion of the handle 12 by inserting and locking the lower end portion of the handle 12 to the cylindrical joint portion 25a. The yoke main body portion 25b is a portion that extends downward from the lower end portion of the cylindrical joint portion 25a. The yoke main body 25b is formed with a transverse groove 25c having a considerably large groove width that is cut upward from the lower end side. As a result, the yoke member 25 includes a pair of strip-shaped yoke pieces 18a whose tip edges on both sides of the transverse groove 25c are chamfered in an arc shape and whose outer peripheral surface is a gently curved convex surface. A bifurcated handle side yoke portion 18 is provided.

The pair of yoke pieces 18a of the bifurcated handle-side yoke portion 18 are respectively formed with handle-side pin holes 26 penetratingly formed. Further, the pair of yoke pieces 18a has a transverse groove 25c formed between them, so that the thickness of the connecting member 19 obtained by superposing the pair of unit connecting members 20 is slightly wider than this. Provided with an interval. As shown in FIG. 6, the handle-side yoke portion 18 includes a pair of unit connecting members 20 integrated with a connecting member 19 rotatably connected to the head-side yoke portion 17 of the cleaning head 11. The handle-side pin holes of the pair of yoke pieces 18a are disposed at the tip ends of the second pivot shaft portions 19b that are respectively disposed above the portions between the yoke protrusions 17a and project from the outer surfaces on both sides of the connecting member 19. Each of the members 26 is connected to the connecting member 19 so as to be rotatable.

In other words, the handle of the pair of yoke pieces 18a is formed by forcibly pushing the portion of the transverse groove 25c of the handle side yoke portion 18 into the connecting member 19 while elastically deforming the pair of yoke pieces 18a to widen the space between them. The side pin holes 26 can be rotatably locked to the tip portions of the pair of second rotation shaft center portions 19 b protruding from the outer side surfaces on both sides of the connecting member 19. This also enables the handle 12 to be connected to the cleaning head 11 via the connecting member 19 so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction.

When the handle-side pin holes 26 of the pair of yoke pieces 18a are respectively locked to the distal ends of the pair of second rotation shaft center portions 19b, the second rotation shaft of the connecting member 19 is formed from the outside of the handle-side pin holes 26. A positioning cap 27 composed of a cylindrical portion 27a and a cover portion 27b is attached so as to be fitted into a circular groove 28 formed in a ring shape along the outer peripheral surface of the core portion 19b (see FIG. 2). As a result, it is possible to effectively prevent the second rotational axis portion 19b from being idle and displaced inside the handle-side pin hole 26 by the positioning cap 27, thereby forming the stable joint portion 14. In addition, the operability of the cleaning tool 13 can be improved.

In this embodiment, the connecting member 19 provided to be interposed between the head side yoke portion 17 and the handle side yoke portion 18 is, for example, a plastic molded product, and as described above, a pair of unit connecting members It is formed by overlapping and integrating 20. Moreover, in this embodiment, a pair of unit connection member 20 is a member shape | molded so that it may become the same shape, and, thereby, the number of the metal molds for shape | molding the connection member 19 and the unit connection member 20 is reduced. There is no need to increase the number of parts, and parts can be easily managed.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the unit connecting member 20 protrudes from a base part 20a having a substantially semi-oval end face shape with an arcuate portion disposed below, and one end face of the base part 20a. The pin projection 21 provided on the upper surface of the base portion 20a and the upper surface of the base portion 20a sandwiching the central axis X of the pin projection 21 upward and on the opposite side to the protruding direction of the pin projection 21 are provided. And a mating plate portion 20b.

In the present embodiment, the base portion 20a includes a top wall whose upper surface is a substantially rectangular flat surface, and an arc-shaped portion that extends downward from the short side portions on both sides of the top surface wall. A hollow box-shaped interior composed of an end face wall having a substantially semi-circular end face shape disposed on and side walls provided so as to straddle both end face walls along the long side portions on both sides of the top face wall The base portion 20a. The base portion 20a has a length slightly shorter than ½ of the interval width between the opposing surfaces 17b of the pair of yoke protrusions 17a in the head side yoke portion 17 of the cleaning head 11.

The pin protrusion 21 is provided so as to protrude in a cylindrical shape from the central portion of one end face wall of the base portion 20a on the side facing the facing surface 17b of the yoke protruding portion 17a. The pin protrusion 21 is provided so as to protrude with a length of, for example, about 5 to 15 mm as a considerable protrusion length that is difficult to extract from the state of being inserted into the pin hole 23 of the yoke protrusion 17a.

In this embodiment, the overlapping plate portion 20b has a substantially isosceles trapezoidal front shape in which the upper end portion is curved in an arc shape and the oblique sides on both sides are curved in a concave shape. Further, the overlapping plate portion 20b has a thickness of about 1/3 of the length of the short side portion of the top wall of the base portion 20a. The overlapping plate portion 20b has its outer surface aligned with the outer surface of the side wall of the base portion 20a, and the bottom portion of one half is integrally joined to the top wall of the base portion 20a. Thus, the base portion 20a is provided so as to project upward from the upper surface of the base portion 20a and to project the other half of the base portion 20a to the side opposite to the protruding direction of the pin projection 21.

Further, in the present embodiment, on the inner side surface of the overlapping plate portion 20b, the short side portion of the top surface wall from the inner side surface is connected to the base end portion of the base portion 20a of the substantially half portion on the top surface wall. The abutment engagement base 29 is integrally provided so as to project with a width of about 1/3 of the length of the contact. The overhanging end surface of the contact engagement base 29 is a first overlapping engagement surface 22a when the pair of unit connection members 20 are overlapped to form the connection member 19. Further, the contact engagement base 29 is formed with an engagement recess 30a by notching a part of the first overlapping engagement surface 22a into a concave shape. On the other hand, on the inner side surface of the overlapping plate portion 20b, the lower end region of the other substantially half portion that protrudes on the opposite side to the protruding direction of the pin protrusion 21 overlaps the pair of unit connecting members 20 to form the connecting member 19. The second overlapping engagement surface 22b is formed when forming. The second overlapping engaging surface 22b includes an engaging recess 30a provided in the contact engaging base 29 with the substantially equal isosceles trapezoidal frontal bisector line of the overlapping plate portion 20b as an axis of symmetry. Arranged at symmetrical positions, the engaging convex portion 30b is provided so as to protrude from the inner surface of the overlapping plate portion 20b.

Further, in the present embodiment, the inner surface of the overlapping plate portion 20b is depressed in the upper portion of the first overlapping engagement surface 22a of one approximately half portion joined to the top wall of the base portion 20a. An engagement hole 31a is provided. On the other hand, on the inner side surface of the overlap plate portion 20b, the overlap plate portion 20b is formed on the upper portion of the second overlap engagement surface 22b of the other approximately half portion protruding to the opposite side to the protruding direction of the pin protrusion 21. The substantially isosceles trapezoidal frontal bisector is arranged at a position symmetrical to the recessed engagement hole 31a with the symmetry axis as an axis of symmetry, and the engagement rod 31b protrudes from the inner surface of the overlapping plate portion 20b. Is provided.

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the overlapping plate portion 20b is disposed on the outer surface of the arcuate portion of the frontal shape having a substantially isosceles trapezoidal shape, and the insertion hole of the positioning cap 27 (see FIG. 2). 32 is formed. In the central portion of the insertion hole 32, the second rotation shaft center portion 19b is arranged concentrically with the insertion hole 32, and the tip end portion overlaps the outer surface of the plate portion 20b. It is provided in the state. A portion between the inner peripheral surface of the fitting hole 32 and the outer peripheral surface of the second rotation shaft center portion 19b is a circular groove 28 into which the cylindrical portion 27a of the positioning cap 27 is fitted.

In the present embodiment, the pair of unit connecting members 20 are arranged so as to face each other, for example, such that the inner side surfaces of these overlapping plate portions 20b are overlapped with each other. The engaging recess 30a of the connecting member 20 and the recessed engaging hole 31a are engaged with the engaging convex portion 30b of the other unit connecting member 20 and the tip of the engaging rod 31b, and the first connecting portion 20 of the one unit connecting member 20 is engaged. The first overlapping engaging surface 22a and the second overlapping engaging surface 22b are overlapped and brought into close contact with the second overlapping engaging surface 22b and the first overlapping engaging surface 22a of the other unit connecting member 20. . As a result, the pair of unit connecting members 20 are joined together to form a connecting member 19 as shown in FIG. The connecting member 19 is configured such that the base portions 20a of the pair of unit connecting members 20 are arranged side by side in the direction of the central axis X of the pin protrusion 21, and the pair of pin protrusions 21 are projected so as to match the central axes X. At the same time, the gap between the second overlapping engaging surface 22b and the overlapping plate portion 20b above the first overlapping engaging surface 22a is maintained as a spacer with the engaging rod 31b as a spacer. In this state, the overlapping plate portions 20b are overlapped.

In order to rotatably connect the connecting member 19 to the head side yoke portion 17 of the cleaning head 11, as shown in FIG. 3, a pin protrusion 21 serving as the first rotation shaft center portion 19 a of the pair of unit connecting members 20. Are inserted into the pin holes 23 formed in the opposing surfaces 17b of the pair of yoke protrusions 17a of the head side yoke portion 17, respectively. The operation of inserting the pin protrusion 21 into the pin hole 23 is easy while there is some play between the pin hole 23 and the pin protrusion 21, so that the unit connecting member 20 is slightly inclined to avoid mutual interference. Can be done. When the pin protrusions 21 of the pair of unit connecting members 20 are respectively inserted into the pin holes 23 of the pair of yoke protrusions 17a, they are arranged so as to face each other so that the inner surfaces of the overlapping plate portions 20b are overlapped. Thus, by narrowing these intervals, the first overlapping engaging surface 22a and the second overlapping engaging surface 22b of one unit connecting member 20 are connected to the second overlapping engaging surface of the other unit connecting member 20. By overlapping and integrating with the mating surface 22b and the first overlapping engagement surface 22a, as shown in FIG. 5, the second rotating shaft portion 19 is located above the portion between the pair of yoke protrusions 17a. The connecting member 19 is rotatably connected to the head side yoke portion 17 of the cleaning head 11.

Thereafter, as described above, the bifurcated handle-side yoke portion 18 provided at the lower end portion of the handle 12 is pushed into the connecting member 19 so that the space between the pair of yoke protrusions 17a of the head-side yoke portion 17 is increased. The handle-side pin holes 26 of the pair of yoke pieces 18a are rotatably locked to the distal end portions of the second rotation axis portions 19b disposed above the portions. Thereby, the joint structure 10 of the cleaning tool of this embodiment is formed in the joint portion 14 between the handle 12 and the cleaning head 11 (see FIG. 6). Further, when the handle-side pin holes 26 of the pair of yoke pieces 18a are respectively locked to the distal ends of the pair of second rotating shaft portions 19b, as shown in FIG. 6, from the outside of the handle-side pin holes 26, By attaching the positioning cap 27, the cleaning tool 13 is formed in which the handle 12 is connected to the cleaning head 11 so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction (see FIG. 1).

And according to the joint structure 10 of the cleaning tool of this embodiment provided with the above-described configuration, the insertion length of the yoke protrusion 17a into the pin hole 26 by the pin projection 21 of the connecting member 19 can be sufficiently increased with a simple configuration. It is possible to obtain a strong and stable connection state between the cleaning head 11 and the connection member 19 by securing the connection.

That is, according to the present embodiment, the connecting member 19 includes a pair of unit connecting members 20, and each unit connecting member 20 is a pin hole of each of the pair of yoke protrusions 17 a of the bifurcated head side yoke portion 17. 23 is provided with a pin projection 21 to be rotatably inserted into the first pivot shaft portion 19a, and overlapped engagement surfaces 22a and 22b overlapped with each other at a portion between the pair of yoke projections 17a. In a state where the pair of unit connecting members 20 are integrated as the connecting member 19 with the overlapping engaging surfaces 22a and 22b overlapped, the second time above the portion between the pair of yoke protrusions 17a. A dynamic axis portion 19b is arranged.

Therefore, according to the present embodiment, when the first rotation shaft center portion 19a of the connecting member 19 is connected to the bifurcated head side yoke portion 17 of the cleaning head 11, the connecting member 17 is connected to the pair of yoke protrusions. Since the elastic deformation of 17a is used to forcefully push into the head side yoke portion 17 and push it into the pin hole 23 of the yoke protrusion 17a, it is not necessary to engage the pin protrusion 21 with the first rotation shaft portion 19a. It becomes possible to provide the pin protrusion 21 having a considerable protrusion length, which is difficult to extract from the state of being inserted into the pin hole 23. This makes it possible to ensure a sufficient length of insertion into the pin hole 26. For example, even when the cleaning head 11 collides with furniture or the like and is subjected to a large load, it is firmly and stably connected. Can be obtained.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the pair of unit connecting members 20 of the connecting member 20 can be easily formed using, for example, a mold, and the cleaning head 11 provided with the head side yoke portion 17, As the handle 12 provided with the handle-side yoke portion, a cleaning head or handle similar to the conventional one can be used. For example, a slide rail or a slidably moved yoke protrusion is fixed to the cleaning head. The joint portion 14 between the handle 12 and the cleaning head 11 can be formed with a simple configuration without adding a complicated configuration.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, the pair of unit connecting members do not necessarily have to be formed into the same shape, and may be formed as members having different shapes. The overlapping engagement surface is not necessarily formed as a surface parallel to the axial direction of the pin protrusion, and may be a surface inclined with respect to the axial direction of the pin protrusion. The overlapping engagement surface may be a surface having irregularities such as a corrugated shape as long as the surfaces can be in close contact with each other. The portion between the pair of yoke protrusions where the overlapping engagement surfaces are overlapped includes the region immediately above the portion between the pair of yoke protrusions. The pair of yoke protrusions of the head-side yoke portion do not necessarily have to be provided as raised portions, and may be provided in the form of protruding ribs. It is not always necessary to maintain a gap between the overlapping plate portions above the overlapping engaging surfaces that are in close contact with each other using, for example, an engaging rod. It can also be brought into close contact as an overlapping engagement surface.
