Description

The present invention relates to a body-worn device that is wound around a calf and is effective in preventing or improving symptoms such as fatigue, swelling, and coldness of feet.

In modern society, there are fewer opportunities to walk due to the automobile society, the amount of exercise tends to decrease, and there are many people who are engaged in long standing work or desk work, etc., such as leg fatigue, swelling, coldness, etc. An increasing number of people are suffering from symptoms.

Conventionally, various elastic garments for the lower leg such as stockings and leggings for enhancing the muscle pump action in the calf have been proposed for the purpose of preventing or improving symptoms such as fatigue, swelling, and coldness of the feet. For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses a pantyhose that can promote blood circulation of the leg by changing the wearing pressure in stages for each part of the leg. Further, in Patent Document 2, in a garment having at least a leg part including a lower leg part, the leg part is composed of a plurality of ring-shaped parts having different tightening forces in the foot length direction, and the wearer's leg surface when worn By setting the maximum pressure at the crus maximum diameter part and setting the crus maximum diameter part, standing thigh minimum part, and crus minimum diameter part within a predetermined range It is disclosed that leg swelling and blood circulation disorder can be reduced.

On the other hand, it is known that symptoms such as leg fatigue, swelling, and coldness are caused by increased venous pressure in the lower leg and worsening blood circulation. Therefore, in order to prevent or ameliorate these symptoms, it is important to enhance the muscle pump action that presses blood vessels by muscular contraction of the lower leg and promotes venous perfusion. In particular, since the muscle pump action in the calf greatly contributes to the promotion of venous perfusion, it is considered that effectively enhancing the muscle pump action in the calf is effective in preventing or improving the above symptoms.

However, the conventional elastic clothing for the lower leg developed for the purpose of preventing or ameliorating the above symptoms has a certain effect of promoting venous perfusion, but in recent years, the effect of preventing or ameliorating the above symptoms has become stronger. The user's desire to do so has increased, and the conventional elastic garment for the lower leg cannot always satisfy such a user's request.

With such a conventional technology as a background, development of a product that can effectively prevent or ameliorate the above symptoms by a simple method of wearing on the body is eagerly desired.

In addition, when the body wear device of the present invention is used at the time of wearing elastic clothing for the lower limbs in which the pressure applied in the lower limbs is changed stepwise, the effect of preventing or improving the above symptoms can be more effectively exhibited. it can.

In FIG. 1, the one aspect | mode of the apparatus for measuring the elongation hardness of a main-body part is shown. FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of an apparatus for measuring the contraction / relaxation pressure difference when the body wear tool of the present invention is worn. In FIG. 3, the front view of the body wear tool of this invention is shown. In FIG. 4, the state which mounted | wore the body wear tool of this invention is shown. In FIG. 5, the result of having measured the flow velocity of the total femoral vein in Test Example 1 is shown.

The body wearing device of the present invention is a body wearing device to be attached to the lower leg part, and a state in which the body part is brought into contact with the circumference of the lower leg part and the body part is brought into contact with the circumference of the lower leg part And an extension part of the main body part is 10 to 30%. Hereinafter, the body wear tool of the present invention will be described in detail.

In the body wear device of the present invention, the main body part is a part that comes into contact with the circumference of the lower leg of the wearer, and the shape thereof may be any shape that can come into contact with the circumference of the lower leg, It is set as appropriate according to the age and sex of the wearer.

In addition, the body part has an elongation rate of 10 to 30%, and by satisfying such an elongation rate, venous perfusion is effectively promoted to prevent symptoms such as foot fatigue, swelling and coldness. Or it becomes possible to improve. From the viewpoint of promoting venous perfusion more effectively, and further enhancing the effect of preventing or improving symptoms such as foot fatigue, swelling, and coldness, the elongation rate of the main body is preferably 15 to 30%, and more preferably Preferably 20-30% is mentioned. Here, the elongation rate was measured by measuring the elongation E when the test piece was pulled with a load of 4.0 kg at a tensile speed of 500 mm / min with a chuck width of 30 mm and a distance L between chucks of 100 mm. Using (mm) and the distance L (mm) between chucks, it is calculated according to the following formula (1).
Elongation rate (%) = (E / L) × 100 (1)

In the main body, the elongation hardness (stiffness) is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of more effectively promoting venous perfusion, the systolic / relaxation pressure difference is 12 to 15 mmHg, preferably 13 to 15 mmHg. More preferably, 14-15 mmHg is mentioned. Here, the elongation hardness means that the initial value of the pressure measurement does not exceed 10 mmHg at a site (periphery length: 21.5 cm) above the lower leg of the leg dummy based on the standard body shape data of women in their 20s. This is an increase (mmHg) in the compression pressure generated when the test piece (190 mm long and 480 mm wide) is surrounded and fixed and the circumference of the leg dummy is increased by 1 cm. Specifically, it is measured using the apparatus shown in FIG. 1, and the compression pressure is measured using a clothing pressure measuring device.

Further, from the viewpoint of more effectively promoting venous perfusion, the contraction / relaxation pressure difference when the body wearing device of the present invention is attached to the lower leg is 12 to 15 mmHg, preferably 13 to 15 mmHg, more preferably It is desirable to set it to be 14 to 15 mmHg. Here, the contraction / relaxation pressure difference is the difference between the compression pressure of the contraction phase and the relaxation phase on the inner side of the lower leg when the ankle joint maximum dorsiflexion is performed. This is a value obtained by performing ankle maximal dorsiflexion while wearing so that the pressure becomes 10 mmHg or less, and measuring the compression pressure during the systole and relaxation periods with a clothing pressure measuring instrument. Specifically, it is measured using the apparatus shown in FIG. 2, and the compression pressure is measured using a clothing pressure measuring device.

The material constituting the main body is not particularly limited as long as it can have the above-described characteristics. For example, synthetic fibers such as nylon, polyester, acrylic, rayon, polyurethane, and polypropylene; natural fibers such as wool, cotton, and silk Etc. These materials may be used alone or in combination of two or more.

Further, the knitting structure of the material constituting the main body is not particularly limited as long as it has the above-described characteristics. In the body wear tool of the present invention, the attachment part is a part provided on the main body part for the purpose of holding the main body part in contact with the periphery of the lower leg part. Specifically, the attachment portion is constituted by two members, a male attachment portion and a female attachment portion.

The installation portion of the attachment portion is not particularly limited as long as the main body portion can be held in contact with the periphery of the lower leg, but examples include both end portions in the circumferential direction of the main body portion.

As long as the attachment portion is detachable, the structure is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a hook-and-loop fastener, a hook, a snap button, and a zipper. Among these, the hook-and-loop fastener is preferable because the main body can be mounted so as to correspond to the size of the wearer's lower leg.

The body wearing device of the present invention is used by being attached to the lower leg by locking the male attachment part and the female attachment part with the main body part in contact with the periphery of the lower leg part. The

Since the body wear device of the present invention can promote venous perfusion, it can be used for the purpose of preventing or ameliorating symptoms such as foot fatigue, swelling and coldness. The frequency and usage time of the body wearing device of the present invention are appropriately set according to the degree of symptoms, the constitution of the wearer, etc., but are usually 1 to 2 times a day, preferably once a day, 1 1 to 8 hours, preferably 5 to 8 hours per cycle. Further, when the body wearing device of the present invention is worn, the venous perfusion promoting effect can be more effectively achieved by contracting or relaxing the calf muscles by performing a walking motion, a bending motion, and the like.

The body wear device of the present invention may be worn from the top of these clothing while wearing clothing such as socks, leggings, or stockings, or may be worn without wearing these clothing. .

In order to promote venous perfusion more effectively, elastic clothing for the lower limbs in which the pressure applied to the lower limbs is changed stepwise may be worn when the body wearing device of the present invention is worn. Examples of such elastic garments for the lower limbs include socks, leggings, and stockings.

3 and 4 show one embodiment of the body wear tool of the present invention. EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example is given and this invention is demonstrated, this invention is not limited to these Examples.

Test example 1
(1) Measurement of elongation rate and elongation hardness The main body of the five types of materials shown in Table 1 (20 cm long, 42-57 cm wide, provided with a male surface fastener at one end with a thickness of 1-3 mm, and the other The body wear device provided with a female surface fastener was measured for the elongation and elongation hardness of the main body using a hand stretcher (manufactured by Otake Seisakusho Co., Ltd.) with a chuck of 10 mm and a distance between chucks of 100 mm. The test piece (width 30 mm × length 100 mm) was measured by pulling it with a load of 4 kg at a pulling speed of 500 mm / min. Pressure generated when wearing on a part of the lower leg (peripheral length: 21.5 cm) within the range where the initial pressure measurement does not exceed 10 mmHg and increasing the circumference of the leg dummy by 1 cm The increase in pressure (mmHg) was measured with a clothing pressure measuring instrument (AMI 3037, manufactured by AIM Techno Co., Ltd.) For reference, the elasticity of the lower limbs was changed stepwise. For the high socks (trade name “Slim Walk Leg Leg Socks” (manufactured by Pip Co., Ltd.)), the elongation rate and the elongation hardness were measured in the same manner as described above, and the obtained results are also shown in Table 1.

(2) Measurement of systolic / relaxation pressure difference Swelling part of the subject wearing or not wearing elastic high socks (trade name “Slim Walk Leg Socks” (Pip Co., Ltd.)) with gradually changing the pressure on the lower limbs On the other hand, the body wear device of Example 1 is wound and fixed in a tightly adhered state with a compression pressure of 10 mmHg or less (within 20 mmHg when elastic socks are worn), and the ankle joint maximum dorsiflexion is continuously performed. In addition, by measuring the compression pressure during the contraction / relaxation period on the inner side of the lower leg with a clothing pressure measuring instrument (AMI3037 manufactured by AIM Techno Co., Ltd.) (see FIG. 2), the difference between the contraction / relaxation period was obtained (n = 22). For comparison, the pressure difference between the contraction and the relaxation period when only wearing the elastic socks was measured in the same manner without wearing the body wear tool.
The obtained results are shown in Table 2. From this result, it was suggested that the body wear device of Example 1 has a significantly large difference between the systolic and diastolic pressures as compared with the elastic high socks, and can effectively promote venous perfusion.

(3) Measurement of the flow velocity of the common femoral vein On the calf of the subject wearing or not wearing elastic high socks (trade name “Slim Walk Leg Socks” (manufactured by Pip Co., Ltd.)) with gradually changing the pressure applied to the lower limbs On the other hand, the body wearing device of Example 1 is wound and fixed in a tightly adhered state with a compression pressure of 10 mmHg or less (within 20 mmHg when elastic socks are worn), and the ankle joint is allowed to perform maximal dorsiflexion. The flow rate of the vein was measured with an ultrasonic examination machine (HI VISON Avius manufactured by Hitachi Medical Corporation) (n = 24). In addition, for comparison, the flow rate of the total femoral vein when not wearing the body wearing device and wearing only the elastic socks and when not wearing the body wearing device and wearing the elastic socks Was also measured in the same manner.

The obtained results are shown in FIG. From this result, it was confirmed that when the body wear tool of Example 1 was worn, the flow velocity of the common femoral vein was significantly improved. In particular, it was also found that the flow rate of the common femoral vein is further improved by wearing the body wear tool of Example 1 when the elastic high socks are worn.

Test example 2
A male hook-and-loop fastener is provided at one end of the main body (arch shape (center angle 40 degrees, inner diameter 50 cm, outer diameter 70 cm, thickness 1 to 3 mm)) of the five types of materials shown in Table 3, and the other is female The effects on foot fatigue and swelling were evaluated using body wear tools (Examples 2 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3) provided with hook-and-loop fasteners. Using the 16 females on the monitor, each body wear device was worn on the lower leg (both legs) for 8 hours, and daily life was performed. When wearing each body wear device, no socks were worn. The degree of tiredness and swelling of the foot after wearing each body wearing device was scored according to the following criteria.
<Criteria for foot fatigue and swelling>
5 points: Fatigue and swelling of the foot were hardly felt.
4 points: Fatigue and swelling of the feet were felt only slightly.
3 points: The feeling of fatigue and swelling of the foot is actually reduced compared to the normal time, but the feeling of fatigue and swelling of the foot is still felt.
2 points: The tiredness and swelling of the feet were the same as in normal times.
1 point: The tiredness and swelling of the foot were worse than normal.

From the result of scoring according to the above criteria, the percentage (%) of the monitors determined to have a score of 5 or 4 was calculated. The results are also shown in Table 3. From this result, it was recognized that when a material having an elongation rate of 10 to 30% was used to surround and put on the lower leg, the improvement effect on fatigue and swelling of the foot became remarkable.

Test example 3
A male surface fastener is provided at one end of the main body (arch shape (center angle 40 degrees, inner diameter 50 cm, outer diameter 70 cm, thickness 1 to 3 mm)) of the two types of materials shown in Table 4, and a female type is provided on the other side. At the time of wearing the high socks (trade name “Slim Walk Leg Leg Socks” (manufactured by Pip Co., Ltd.)) in which the body wearing tool (Example 3 and Comparative Example 3) provided with the hook-and-loop fastener is gradually changed in the pressure applied to the lower limbs. The effect on the tiredness and swelling of the legs was evaluated, specifically, 16 women who were concerned about fatigue and swelling of the legs were monitored and the pressure on the lower limbs was gradually changed. Each body wear device was worn for 8 hours on the lower leg wearing the high socks (trade name “Slim Walk Leg Leg Socks” (Pip Co., Ltd.)). Feeling of tired feet For edema was evaluated in the same manner as in Test Example 2.

Table 4 shows the obtained results. From this result, it was confirmed that the body wearing device of Example 3 can effectively improve the fatigue and swelling of the foot even if it is worn on the lower leg when wearing a high sock with a gradually changing pressure. .
