バランスに従った着用圧バランスを有し、十分な静脈還
流を行うために立位における大腿部の着用圧を9〜17
gf/cm、下腿部(ふくらはぎ)の着用圧を14〜
28gf/cm、足首の着用圧を17〜35gf/c
の範囲内としている。なお、かかる範囲における最
適バランスを例示すると、足首を100としたとき、ふ
くらはぎを80〜85、太ももを50となるように段階
的に減少させたものが挙げられる。なお、かかる着用圧
はエアパック方式の(株)エイエムアイ社製衣服圧変換
機AM13037を使用して測定したものである。ま
た、上記構成において、編成素材の少なくとも一部にセ
ラミックを練り込んだ繊維を用いると保温効果を高める
ことができ、また、心拍数の増大、静脈還流の促進にも
寄与する。以下、具体的にその構成について例を挙げて
説明する。

側となる部分)を表糸と裏糸の添え編みによるプレーン
編み組織(平編み組織)、膝部から大腿部にかけての後
半部(着用した際、後ろ側となる部分)、及び足首から
膝部にかけての前半部(着用した際、前側となる部分)
を1:1の交互針によるスパイラルミス編み組織、即
ち、コース方向に1:1の割合で表糸を交互にミス(飛
ばし編み)した編み組織とし、足首から膝部にかけての
後半部(着用した際、後ろ側となる部分)を1:1の同
一針によるスパイラルミス編み組織、即ち、ウエール方
向に1:1の割合で表糸を交互にミス(飛ばし編み)し
た編み組織として本発明レッグサポータを得た。このよ
うにして得た本発明のレッグサポータの構成を図1に示
す。同図において、1は膝部から大腿部にかけての膝上
部、2は足首から膝部にかけての膝下部であり、3は膝
上部の前面(前側)、4は後ろ側(背面)、5は膝下部
の前面(前側)、6は後ろ側(ふくらはぎ部)、7は履
き口、8は足首部である。かかる素材、編成により得た
本発明レッグポータの着用圧は、立位における大腿部が
14gf/cm、下腿部(ふくらはぎ部)23gf/
cm、足首28gf/cmと段階的にその値が増加
したものであった。なお、かかる着用圧はエアパック方
式の(株)エイエムアイ社製衣服圧変換機AM1303
7を使用し、20歳台平均体型のトルソーに立位で着用
させて測定したものである。評価において、これを着用
した際の1回心拍出量を測定した結果は、足踏み時素足
の場合37.97に対して48.82、椅座位安静の場
合素足44.98に対して52.65の値であり、対象
区として測定した市販の綿と合成繊維との混紡糸により
製造されたレッグタイツは前者が37.21、後者が4
