2つの重ね合わされた繊維を含むスクリーン印刷用スクリーンが使用され、繊維(I)は、他の繊維(S)より小さなメッシュ開口を有するスクリーン印刷される面に対向して位置されることが意図され、2つの繊維間のメッシュ開口の差は22〜65μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする方法を提案する。
この実施例において、パターンが、ラミネートグレイジングユニットを製造するために、2つの板ガラス間でそれを組み立てる前に、Solutia RF41タイプのポリビニールブチラールの荒い板上にスクリーン印刷された。
実施例1の手順後に、様々な二重織りスクリーン構成をテストし、各々は、メッシュ開口に差の特有の値を有する。
Claims (13)
- 層間接着板によって分離された2つの板ガラスからなる印刷されたラミネートグレイジングユニットを製造する方法であって、
(a)スクリーン印刷用スクリーンを使用して、プラスチックの板である層間接着板の面の少なくとも1つを印刷組成物でスクリーン印刷し、
(b)グレイジングユニットを構成する、その少なくとも1つがスクリーン印刷された様々な板を組み合わせることにあるステップを含み、
2つの重ね合わされた繊維を含むスクリーン印刷用スクリーンが使用され、スクリーン印刷される面に対向して配置されることが意図された繊維(I)は、他の繊維(S)より小さなメッシュ開口を有し、2つの繊維間のメッシュ開口の差は28〜43μmの範囲にあり、繊維(I)は60〜90μmのメッシュ開口を有し、繊維(S)は90〜130μmのメッシュ開口を有することを特徴とする、方法。 - 層間接着板がポリビニールブチラールの板であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 繊維(I)の糸が、繊維(S)の糸より小さな直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 繊維(I)の糸が30μm〜60μmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 繊維(I)の糸が40μm〜48μmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 繊維(S)の糸が50μm〜80μmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 繊維(S)の糸が55μm〜70μmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 繊維(I)の横糸が、繊維(S)の横糸に対して53〜83度の角度を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 繊維(I)の横糸が、繊維(S)の横糸に対して60〜75度の角度を形成することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 繊維(I)および繊維(S)がポリアミドからなることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 印刷組成物が、ポリスチレン当量で多くても50000に等しい値を中心にして、ゲル透過クロマトグラフィーによって測定された分子量を有するポリビニールブチラール樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- スクリーン印刷された層間接着板の少なくとも1つの面が、20μmより大きい輪郭の算術平均偏差の値Raとして定義された表面粗さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- スクリーン印刷された層間接着板の少なくとも1つの面の表面粗さRaが、30μmより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
