Description
(1) 患者の関節窩唇の端に隣接した該患者の関節窩の外縁にアクセスするための器具ガイドであって、
遠位開口部を含む軸線方向ルーメンを有する細長いガイドチューブと、
前記遠位開口部に隣接して前記細長いチューブに枢動的に取り付けられている縁係合部材であって、第1の接触表面及び第2の接触表面を有し、前記第1の接触表面及び第2の接触表面のそれぞれが、前記ガイドチューブの遠位方向にあり、互いに離間され、かつ前記ガイドチューブの対向する側面上に配置されて、前記縁係合部材が前記関節窩の縁を覆って配置されることを可能にし、続いて前記ガイドチューブを角度的に位置決めし、前記ルーメンを通して器具を前記唇へと通過させる、縁係合部材と、
を備えるガイド。
(2) 前記縁係合部材が、前記ガイドチューブに関連した枢動軸を有し、更に、前記枢動軸から前記第1の接触表面に延びる第1のアームと、前記枢動軸から前記第2の接触表面に延びる第2のアームとを有するV字形を含む、実施態様1に記載のガイド。
(3) 無菌であり、耐細菌包装物内に包装されている、実施態様2に記載のガイド。
(4) 前記縁係合部材が、前記ガイドチューブに関連した枢動軸と、その軸を中心として−20〜20度の自由度とを有する、実施態様1に記載のガイド。
(5) 更に、前記縁係合部材がいつ前記ガイドチューブと枢動的に整合されたかを示す整合インジケーターを上部に備える、実施態様1に記載のガイド。
(6) 前記整合インジケーターが、前記縁係合部材と前記ガイドチューブとの間の戻り止めを含み、前記戻り止めが、前記縁係合部材が前記ガイドチューブと枢動的に整合された際に係合される、実施態様5に記載のガイド。
(7) 前記整合インジケーターが、前記縁係合部材及び前記ガイドチューブ上の可視指標を含み、前記可視指標が、縁係合部材が前記ガイドチューブと枢動的に整合された際に整合する、実施態様5に記載のガイド。
(8) 関節窩の縁内にアンカーを配置する方法であって、
軸線方向ルーメン及び遠位開口部を有する細長いガイドチューブを前記関節窩の縁に近接して配置するステップと、
前記ガイドチューブの遠位端に枢動可能に接続されている縁係合部材を、前記関節窩の縁を覆って係合させるステップと、
ガイドチューブを枢動させて、前記ルーメンを前記関節窩の縁と整合させるステップと、
器具を前記ルーメン内に通過させて骨孔を形成し、前記アンカーを前記骨孔内に移植するステップと、
を含む、方法。
(9) 前記器具がドリルである、実施態様8に記載の方法。
(10) 前記器具が突き錐である、実施態様8に記載の方法。
(12) 前記縁係合部材が、前記縁係合部材上の前記マークが前記ガイドチューブ上の前記マークと整合した際に前記ルーメンが前記関節窩の縁と整合する方向で、前記関節窩の縁を受容する形状を有する、実施態様11に記載の方法。
Claims (7)
- 患者の関節窩唇の端に隣接した該患者の関節窩の外縁にアクセスするための器具ガイドであって、
遠位開口部を含む軸線方向ルーメンを有する細長いガイドチューブと、
前記遠位開口部に隣接して前記細長いチューブに枢動的に取り付けられている縁係合部材であって、第1の接触表面及び第2の接触表面を有し、前記第1の接触表面及び第2の接触表面のそれぞれが、前記ガイドチューブの遠位方向にあり、互いに離間され、かつ前記ガイドチューブの対向する側面上に配置されて、前記縁係合部材が前記関節窩の縁を覆って配置されることを可能にし、続いて前記ガイドチューブを角度的に位置決めし、前記ルーメンを通して器具を前記唇へと通過させる、縁係合部材と、
を備えるガイド。 - 前記縁係合部材が、前記ガイドチューブに関連した枢動軸を有し、更に、前記枢動軸から前記第1の接触表面に延びる第1のアームと、前記枢動軸から前記第2の接触表面に延びる第2のアームとを有するV字形を含む、請求項1に記載のガイド。
- 無菌であり、耐細菌包装物内に包装されている、請求項2に記載のガイド。
- 前記縁係合部材が、前記ガイドチューブに関連した枢動軸と、その軸を中心として−20〜20度の自由度とを有する、請求項1に記載のガイド。
- 更に、前記縁係合部材がいつ前記ガイドチューブと枢動的に整合されたかを示す整合インジケーターを上部に備える、請求項1に記載のガイド。
- 前記整合インジケーターが、前記縁係合部材と前記ガイドチューブとの間の戻り止めを含み、前記戻り止めが、前記縁係合部材が前記ガイドチューブと枢動的に整合された際に係合される、請求項5に記載のガイド。
- 前記整合インジケーターが、前記縁係合部材及び前記ガイドチューブ上の可視指標を含み、前記可視指標が、縁係合部材が前記ガイドチューブと枢動的に整合された際に整合する、請求項5に記載のガイド。
