Description
The present invention relates to an antireflection sheet mainly provided on the surface of a display, and more particularly to a technique for improving the scratch resistance of the antireflection sheet surface.
Anti-reflection coatings are various display devices such as cathode ray tube display (CRT), plasma display panel (PDP), liquid crystal display (LCD), projection display, electroluminescence display (ELD), touch panel, optical lens, glasses. It is used in various fields such as a lens, an antireflection treatment in a photolithography process, and an antireflection treatment on a solar cell panel surface.
As such an antireflection sheet, a multilayer antireflection sheet in which a transparent thin film of an inorganic compound is laminated on a transparent support has been conventionally used. For example,
Further, a method of forming an antireflection film by a wet method instead of the dry method has been proposed. In
Further,
However, the multilayer vapor-deposited films of inorganic compounds disclosed in
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the low-refractive index layer is composed of a very simple two-layer structure of a wet method and a dry method. Since the film thickness is less than half, the object is to provide an antireflection sheet that improves productivity and exhibits better optical properties and scratch resistance.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a transparent substrate, a hard coat layer on at least one of the transparent substrates, and a first low refractive index layer having a lower refractive index than the hard coat layer formed by a wet method. And a second low refractive index layer having a lower refractive index than that of the hard coat layer formed by a dry method.
In the antireflection sheet, it is preferable that the first low refractive index layer contains organopolysiloxane and the second low refractive index layer is made of silicon oxide.
Here, it is desirable that the film thickness of the entire low refractive index layer including the first low refractive index layer and the second low refractive index layer is set to 80 nm to 110 nm. Furthermore, when the thickness of the first low-refractive index layer is set to 40 nm to 100 nm or less, and the thickness of the second low-refractive index layer is set to 10 nm to 40 nm, both the antireflection characteristics and the scratch resistance effect are excellent. Since it is obtained, it is suitable.
In addition, the antireflection sheet can also form a lubricant layer mainly composed of a fluorine-based lubricant having a silane coupling group on the surface of the second low refractive index layer.
The antireflection sheet of the present invention is a transparent substrate, and at least one of the transparent substrates, a first low refractive index layer having a lower refractive index than the transparent substrate formed by a wet method, and the dry method. It can also be set as the structure which has a 2nd low refractive index layer of a lower refractive index than a transparent substrate.
According to the present invention, the low refractive index layer is composed of a very simple two-layer structure of a wet method and a dry method, and the layer formed by the dry method has a thickness less than about half that of the conventional method, thereby improving productivity. Can be improved, and an antireflection sheet excellent in optical properties and scratch resistance can be provided.

These may be used as homopolymers, copolymers, or alone or as a blend.

The

[Low refractive index layer]

[First low refractive index layer]
The first low
The layer composed of organopolysiloxane is a layer obtained by hydrolysis and dehydration polycondensation using organosiloxane as a starting material according to a wet method, and forms a polymer network having a three-dimensional network structure based on a siloxane (Si—O) skeleton. It is configured.
Specifically, organic silane materials such as diethyldiethoxysilane, ethyltriethoxysilane, and tetraethoxysilane partially hydrolyzed and dehydrated and condensed with a predetermined volume of fluorosilane compound, methyl group, or ethyl group An organosilane material (organosiloxane material) is prepared. A paint prepared by blending this material with an alcohol-based organic solvent such as methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, or butanol, water, and hydrochloric acid to prepare a sol is used.
This paint is applied based on the sol-gel method so as to have a predetermined final film thickness by a coating such as a bar coating method or a gravure coating method. When the applied paint is dried, the first low
Alternatively, a sol obtained by dispersing an SiO 2 component using organosilanesiloxane as a starting material is used as a coating material. By applying and drying this paint based on the sol-gel method, the first low
The film thickness of the first low-
[Second low refractive index layer]
The second low
Specifically, examples of the material of the second low
Since the film thickness of the second low-
[Lubricant layer]
The low
The
In addition, among the silane compounds having the fluoroalkyl group or the fluoroalkyl ether group, the fluoroalkyl group in the silane compound is bonded to Si atoms at a ratio of 1 or less to one Si atom, and the remaining Is preferably a silane compound which is a hydrolyzable group or a siloxane bond group.
The hydrolyzable group here is a group such as an alkoxy group, for example, and becomes a hydroxyl group by hydrolysis, whereby the silane compound forms a polycondensate.
For example, the silane compound is usually reacted with water (in the presence of an acid catalyst if necessary) in the range of room temperature to 100 ° C. while distilling off by-produced alcohol. As a result, the alkoxysilane is (partially) hydrolyzed to cause a partial condensation reaction, and can be obtained as a hydrolyzate having a hydroxyl group. The degree of hydrolysis and condensation can be adjusted as appropriate depending on the amount of water to be reacted. However, in the present invention, water is not actively added to the silane compound solution used for the
Preferably, in the composition for forming a lubricant layer, the silane compound having a fluoroalkyl group is represented by the following general formula (1) and used as a solution in which the concentration of the silane compound is diluted to 0.01 to 5% by mass. be able to.

Here, m is an integer of 1-10. n is an integer of 0-10. Ra represents the same or different alkyl group.
In the compound represented by the general formula (1), Ra has 3 or less carbon atoms and is preferably an alkyl group consisting of only carbon and hydrogen, for example, a group such as methyl, ethyl, isopropyl and the like.
これら本発明において好ましく用いられるフルオロアルキル基またはフルオロアルキルエーテル基を有するシラン化合物としては、CF3(CH2)2Si(OCH3)3、CF3(CH2)2Si(OC2H5)3、CF3(CH2)2Si(OC3H7)3、CF3(CH2)2Si(OC4H9)3、CF3(CF2)5(CH2)2Si(OCH3)3、CF3(CF2)5(CH2)2Si(OC2H5)3、CF3(CF2)5(CH2)2Si(OC3H7)3、CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2Si(OCH3)3、CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2Si(OC2H5)3、CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2Si(OC3H7)3、CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2Si(OCH3)(OC3H7)2、CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2Si(OCH3)2OC3H7、CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2SiCH3(OCH3)2、CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2SiCH3(OC2H5)2、CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2SiCH3(OC3H7)2、(CF3)2CF(CF2)8(CH2)2Si(OCH3)3、C7F15CONH(CH2)3Si(OC2H5)3、C8F17SO2NH(CH2)3Si(OC2H5)3、C8F17(CH2)2OCONH(CH2)3Si(OCH3)3、CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2Si(CH3)(OCH3)2、CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2Si(CH3)(OC2H5)2、CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2Si(CH3)(OC3H7)2、CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2Si(C2H5)(OCH3)2、CF3(CF2)7(CH2)2Si(C2H5)(OC3H7)2、CF3(CH2)2Si(CH3)(OCH3)2、CF3(CH2)2Si(CH3)(OC2H5)2、CF3(CH2)2Si(CH3)(OC3H7)2、CF3(CF2)5(CH2)2Si(CH3)(OCH3)2、CF3(CF2)5(CH2)2Si(CH3)(OC3H7)2、CF3(CF2)2O(CF2)3(CH2)2Si(OC3H7)、C7F15CH2O(CH2)3Si(OC2H5)3、C8F17SO2O(CH2)3Si(OC2H5)3、C8F17(CH2)2OCHO(CH2)3Si(OCH3)3などがあげられるが、この限りでない。 These silane compounds having a fluoroalkyl group or fluoroalkyl ether group preferably used in the present invention include CF3 (CH2) 2Si (OCH3) 3, CF3 (CH2) 2Si (OC2H5) 3, CF3 (CH2) 2Si (OC3H7). 3, CF3 (CH2) 2Si (OC4H9) 3, CF3 (CF2) 5 (CH2) 2Si (OCH3) 3, CF3 (CF2) 5 (CH2) 2Si (OC2H5) 3, CF3 (CF2) 5 (CH2) 2Si ( OC3H7) 3, CF3 (CF2) 7 (CH2) 2Si (OCH3) 3, CF3 (CF2) 7 (CH2) 2Si (OC2H5) 3, CF3 (CF2) 7 (CH2) 2Si (OC3H7) 3, CF3 (CF2) 7 (CH2) 2Si (OCH3) (OC3H7) 2, CF3 (CF2) 7 (CH2) 2Si (OCH3) 2OC3H7, CF3 (CF2) 7 (CH2) 2SiCH3 (OCH3) 2, CF3 (CF2) 7 (CH2) 2SiC H3 (OC2H5) 2, CF3 (CF2) 7 (CH2) 2SiCH3 (OC3H7) 2, (CF3) 2CF (CF2) 8 (CH2) 2Si (OCH3) 3, C7F15CONH (CH2) 3Si (OC2H5) 3, C8F17SO2NH (CH2 ) 3Si (OC2H5) 3, C8F17 (CH2) 2OCONH (CH2) 3Si (OCH3) 3, CF3 (CF2) 7 (CH2) 2Si (CH3) (OCH3) 2, CF3 (CF2) 7 (CH2) 2Si (CH3) (OC2H5) 2, CF3 (CF2) 7 (CH2) 2Si (CH3) (OC3H7) 2, CF3 (CF2) 7 (CH2) 2Si (C2H5) (OCH3) 2, CF3 (CF2) 7 (CH2) 2Si (C2H5 ) (OC3H7) 2, CF3 (CH2) 2Si (CH3) (OCH3) 2, CF3 (CH2) 2Si (CH3) (OC2H5) 2, CF3 (CH2) 2Si (CH3) (OC3H7) 2, CF3 (CF2) 5 (CH2) 2Si (CH3) (OCH3) 2 CF3 (CF2) 5 (CH2) 2Si (CH3) (OC3H7) 2, CF3 (CF2) 2O (CF2) 3 (CH2) 2Si (OC3H7), C7F15CH2O (CH2) 3Si (OC2H5) 3, C8F17SO2O (CH2) 3Si OC2H5) 3, C8F17 (CH2) 2OCHO (CH2) 3Si (OCH3) 3, etc., but are not limited thereto.

The experimental results are shown in Table 1.
According to the results shown in Table 1, the
From this result, the silicon oxide layer of the second low
Moreover, the effect can be expected by setting the film thickness to 10 nm or more from the results of the examination of the film thickness of the second low refractive index layer 5 (silicon oxide layer) of the
When the film thickness of the second low refractive index layer 5 (silicon oxide layer) is 30 nm or more, a difference in scratch resistance hardly occurs. As for the function of antireflection, when the film thickness of the low
<Evaluation of antireflection characteristics due to difference in film thickness of second low
In order to evaluate the antireflection characteristic due to the difference in film thickness of the second low
According to the results shown in FIG. 2, in the

The
From the results shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, it was confirmed that the same reflectance was shown in all wavelength regions regardless of the presence or absence of the
In order to further evaluate the antireflection characteristics depending on the difference in film thickness of the second low-
