Claims (15)
- 一端にノーズ部が配置された円筒状スリーブ部材と、
前記円筒状スリーブ部材内に配置された強化部材と、
を備え、前記強化部材が、複数のスペーサ部材により接続された第1及び第2の離間したリング部材を含み、
前記第1及び第2の離間したリング部材の一方が、前記ノーズ部に隣接して位置付けられることを特徴とするゲートバルブスリーブ。 - 前記円筒状スリーブ部材がエラストマ材料から製造され、前記強化部材が金属から製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゲートバルブスリーブ。
- 前記スペーサ部材が、90度の間隔を空けることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のゲートバルブスリーブ。
- 前記強化部材が、第1の軸方向距離と前記ノーズ部の厚みの比率が約20%〜約50%になるように前記ノーズ部の表面から前記第1の軸方向距離だけ離れて位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゲートバルブスリーブ。
- 一端にノーズ部が配置された円筒状スリーブ部材と、
前記円筒状スリーブ部材内に配置された強化部材と、
を備え、前記強化部材が、T字形の断面を形成するように当接する第1及び第2のリング部材を含み、
前記第1及び第2のリング部材の一方が、前記ノーズ部に隣接して位置付けられており、
前記第1及び第2のリング部材の他方は、軸方向に延びる円筒状リング部材であり、
前記第1及び第2のリング部材の一方は、前記円筒状リング部材の前記ノーズ部側の端部に当接して前記T字型の断面を形成するべく径方向に延びていることを特徴とするゲートバルブスリーブ。 - 前記強化部材が、第1の軸方向距離と前記ノーズ部の厚みの比率が約20%〜約50%になるように前記ノーズ部の表面から前記第1の軸方向距離だけ離れて位置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のゲートバルブスリーブ。
- 一端にノーズ部が配置された円筒状スリーブ部材と、
前記円筒状スリーブ部材内に配置された強化部材と、
を備え、前記強化部材が、複数の軸方向に配向され互いに間隔を空けたスペーサ部材に係合するリング部材を含み、
前記強化部材が、第1の軸方向距離と前記ノーズ部の厚みの比率が約20%〜約50%になるように前記ノーズ部の表面から前記第1の軸方向距離だけ離れて位置することを特徴とするゲートバルブスリーブ。 - 前記円筒状スリーブ部材がエラストマ材料から製造され、前記強化部材が金属から製造されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のゲートバルブスリーブ。
- 前記スペーサ部材が、90度の間隔を空けることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のゲートバルブスリーブ。
- 一端にノーズ部が配置された円筒状スリーブ部材と、
前記円筒状スリーブ部材内に配置された強化部材と、
を備え、前記強化部材が、複数のピンにより接続された第1及び第2の離間したリング部材を含み、前記第1の離間したリング部材が前記複数のピンに固定され、前記第2の離間したリング部材が前記複数のピンと摺動自在に係合可能であり、
前記第1及び第2の離間したリング部材の一方が、前記ノーズ部に隣接して位置することを特徴とするゲートバルブスリーブ。 - 前記強化部材が、前記第1の軸方向距離と前記ノーズ部の厚みの比率が約20%〜約50%の範囲になるように前記ノーズ部の表面から前記第1の軸方向距離だけ離れて位置することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のゲートバルブスリーブ。
- 前記円筒状スリーブ部材がエラストマ材料から製造され、前記強化部材が金属から製造されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のゲートバルブスリーブ。
- 一端にノーズ部が配置された円筒状スリーブ部材と、
前記円筒状スリーブ部材内に配置された強化部材及び補助リング部材と、
を備え、前記強化部材が、複数の軸方向に配向され互いに間隔を空けたスペーサ部材に係合するリング部材を含み、該リング部材が、内面を形成する内側開口部を含み、前記補助リング部材が、前記内側開口部内に配置されて前記強化部材と前記補助リング部材の間に滑り嵌合構成を形成する外面を含むことを特徴とするゲートバルブスリーブ。 - 前記強化部材が、第1の軸方向距離と前記ノーズ部の厚みの比率が約20%〜約50%の範囲になるように前記ノーズ部の表面から前記第1の軸方向距離だけ離れて位置することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のゲートバルブスリーブ。
- 前記円筒状スリーブ部材がエラストマ材料から製造され、前記強化部材が金属から製造されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のゲートバルブスリーブ。
