- 組立体(20)であって、
互いに摩耗接触状態になった表面(26、32)を有する第1及び第2の構成要素(22、24)、を含み、
前記第1の構成要素(22)が、コバルト基合金で形成され、
前記第2の構成要素(24)が、固溶体強化ニッケル基合金又はクロム含有マルテンサイトステンレス鋼のいずれかで形成され、
前記第1の構成要素(22)の表面(26)が、前記第2の構成要素(24)の表面(32)と摩耗接触状態になるようになった耐摩耗性皮膜システム(30)をその上に有し、
前記耐摩耗性皮膜システム(30)が、TiAlN及びCrNの交互層からなる、
組立体(20)。 - 前記TiAlN及びCrNの個々の層が、少なくとも0.2マイクロメートルから最大約0.8マイクロメートルまでの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の組立体(20)。
- 前記TiAlN及びCrNの個々の層が、約0.3〜約0.5マイクロメートルの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の組立体(20)。
- 前記耐摩耗性皮膜システム(30)が、少なくとも6マイクロメートルの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項記載の組立体(20)。
- 前記耐摩耗性皮膜システム(30)が、最大約80マイクロメートルまでの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項記載の組立体(20)。
- 前記耐摩耗性皮膜システム(30)が、約30〜約50マイクロメートルの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項記載の組立体(20)。
- 前記第1及び第2の構成要素(22、24)が、枢軸継手を形成し、
前記第1の構成要素(22)が、枢軸線を形成し、また
前記第2の構成要素(24)が、前記第1の構成要素(22)に枢動可能に結合されて、該第1の構成要素(22)の枢軸線の周りで枢動するようになる、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項記載の組立体(20)。 - 前記第1の構成要素の表面が、その形状が円筒形である、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項記載の組立体(20)。 - 該組立体(20)が、フラッパバルブ組立体(20)であり、
前記第1の構成要素(22)が、ヒンジピンであり、また
前記第2の構成要素(24)が、フラッパバルブである、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項記載の組立体(20)。
