Description
・入口において実質的にガス状の熱力学的状態(流体のタイプ及び特定用途に応じて、入口圧力Pi、及び出口温度Tiにおいて)から中間の熱力学的状態(中間圧力P1及び中間温度T1)にまでプロセス流体Fを圧縮することができる第1の圧縮装置C。
・中間熱力学的状態(可能性のある損失を除く)から最終熱力学的状態(出口圧力Pf及び出口温度Tfにおいて)にまで流体Fを圧縮することができ、同じ駆動シャフトX1に沿って第1の装置Cに機械的に結合可能な第2の圧縮装置P。
・駆動シャフトX1に沿って機械的に結合されて圧縮装置C及びPを駆動するためのモータ装置M。

Claims (14)
- プロセス流体用の高圧組み込み圧縮ユニットであって、
実質的にガス状の初期熱力学的状態から、前記初期熱力学的状態より高密度の中間の熱力学的状態にまでプロセス流体を圧縮する第1の圧縮装置と、
前記第1の圧縮装置に機械的に接続され、前記中間熱力学的状態から液体又は超臨界状態までプロセス流体を圧縮するポンプと、
前記第1の圧縮装置および前記ポンプに流体連通し、前記第1の圧縮装置から出て前記ポンプに入る前のプロセス流体を冷却する外部装置と、
前記圧縮ユニットの始動中に、前記第1の圧縮装置により送給されるのと実質的に同じ熱力学的状態の前記プロセス流体で前記ポンプを少なくとも部分的に充填する外部供給回路と、
前記第1の圧縮装置及び前記ポンプを駆動するモータ装置と、
互いに機械的に結合された少なくとも前記第1の圧縮装置及び前記ポンプを密封する圧力ケーシングと、
を備える、圧縮ユニット。 - 前記モータ装置が、前記圧力ケーシング内に密封される、請求項1に記載の圧縮ユニット。
- 前記モータ装置が、前記第1の圧縮装置及び前記ポンプに直接結合される、請求項1又は2に記載の圧縮ユニット。
- 前記第1の圧縮装置、前記ポンプ及び前記モータ装置が、単一の駆動軸上で互いに機械的に結合される、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の圧縮ユニット。
- 前記圧力ケーシングが、外側に静的タイプの機械的シールのみを含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の圧縮ユニット。
- 前記ポンプが、前記第1の圧縮装置と同じ回転速度で作動する、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の圧縮ユニット。
- 前記第1の圧縮装置及び前記ポンプが、ステータチャンネルに関連するそれぞれの遠心インペラを含む遠心タイプのものであり、前記遠心インペラが、駆動軸線に沿って関連付けられ、前記駆動軸線と同軸の少なくともロータにより駆動される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の圧縮ユニット。
- 前記ポンプと前記機械の装置の1つとの間で 前記軸線に沿って配置された少なくともロータ用の少なくとも開口通路を備える、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の圧縮ユニット。
- 前記開口通路が、前記ポンプと前記第1の圧縮装置の高圧側との間に配置される、請求項8に記載の圧縮ユニット。
- 前記開口通路が、
前記ユニットの作動に有効な較正損失又は漏出が少ないように前記少なくともロータ上で作動する少なくとも第1の内部動的シールと、
前記少なくともロータの2つのペアを機械的にカップリングする少なくとも機械式カップリングと、
前記少なくともロータ用の少なくとも第1の機械式軸受と、
のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8又は9に記載の圧縮ユニット。 - 前記プロセス流体を用いて前記少なくともロータ用の1つ又はそれ以上の機械式軸受を冷却する少なくとも閉鎖形冷却システムを備える、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の圧縮ユニット。
- 前記第1の圧縮装置又は前記ポンプの連続する段間に流体接続でプロセス流体用の少なくとも冷却装置を備える、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の圧縮ユニット。
- プロセス流体を圧縮する方法であって、
機械の外部に向けて静的シール又はガスケットにより閉鎖される圧力ケーシングを提供するステップと、
実質的にガス状の初期熱力学的状態から、前記初期熱力学的状態より高密度の中間の熱力学的状態までプロセス流体を圧縮する少なくとも1つの第1の圧縮装置と、
前記第1の圧縮装置に機械的に接続され、前記中間熱力学的状態から液体又は超臨界状態までプロセス流体を圧縮する少なくとも1つのポンプと、
前記第1の圧縮装置および前記ポンプに流体連通して前記第1の圧縮装置から出て前記ポンプに入る前のプロセス流体を冷却する外部装置と、
前記圧縮ユニットの始動中に、前記第1の圧縮装置により送給されるのと実質的に同じ熱力学的状態の前記プロセス流体で前記ポンプを少なくとも部分的に充填する外部供給回路と、
前記第1の圧縮装置及び前記ポンプを駆動することができるモータ装置と、
を前記圧力ケーシング内部に設けるステップと、
前記プロセス流体を圧縮するように前記装置を作動させるステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記作動させるステップが、超臨界流体状態で前記中間熱力学的状態まで前記プロセス流体を圧縮するよう前記第1の圧縮装置を作動させ、前記プロセス流体を少なくとも1回冷却した後に、前記中間熱力学的状態から液体又は超臨界状態まで前記プロセス流体を更に圧縮するよう前記ポンプを作動させるステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
