Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 誘導加熱装置との組み合わせで使用するためのエアロゾル形成基質であって、前記エアロゾル形成基質が、前記エアロゾル形成基質の加熱に伴いエアロゾルを形成することができる揮発性化合物を放出する能力を有する固体材料と、前記エアロゾル形成基質を加熱するための少なくとも第一のサセプタ材料とを含み、前記第一のサセプタ材料が前記固体材料と熱的に近接して配列され、前記エアロゾル形成基質が前記固体材料と熱的に近接して配列される少なくとも第二のサセプタ材料であり、前記第二のサセプタ材料が前記第一のサセプタ材料の第一のキュリー温度よりも低い第二のキュリー温度を持ち、また前記第二のサセプタ材料の前記第二のキュリー温度が第一のサセプタ材料の所定の最大加熱温度と対応する、エアロゾル形成基質。
- 前記第二のサセプタ材料が、誘導加熱される際に、エアロゾル形成基質の全体的な平均温度が240℃を超えないような第二のキュリー温度を持つ、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル形成基質。
- 前記第二のサセプタ材料が370℃を超えない第二のキュリー温度を持つ、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル形成基質。
- 前記第一および第二のサセプタ材料のうち少なくとも一つが、粒子、またはフィラメント、またはメッシュ様の構成のどれか一つである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル形成基質。
- 前記第一および第二のサセプタ材料のうち少なくとも一つが粒子構成であり、等価の球体直径10 μm〜100 μmを持ち、前記エアロゾル形成基質全体に分布されている、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル形成基質。
- 前記第一および第二のサセプタ材料が粒子構成であり、単一構造を形成するよう組み立てられる、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル形成基質。
- 前記第一および第二のサセプタ材料のうち少なくとも一つがフィラメント構成であり、前記エアロゾル形成基質内に配列される、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル形成基質。
- 前記第一および第二のサセプタ材料のうち少なくとも一つがメッシュ様の構成であり、前記エアロゾル形成基質内に配列される、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル形成基質。
- 前記第一および第二のサセプタ材料のうち少なくとも一つがメッシュ様の構成であり、少なくとも部分的に前記固体材料の枠を形成する、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル形成基質。
- 前記第一および第二のサセプタ材料が、前記エアロゾル形成基質の内側に配列されるメッシュ様構造実体を形成するよう組み立てられる、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル形成基質。
- 前記第一および第二のサセプタ材料が、少なくとも部分的に前記固体材料の枠を形成するメッシュ様構造実体を形成するよう組み立てられる、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル形成基質。
- 前記エアロゾル形成基質が管状ケーシング、好ましくはオーバーラップにより囲まれる、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル形成基質。
- 前記エアロゾル形成基質がマウスピースに取り付けられ、これが随意にフィルタープラグを備える、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル形成基質。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の誘導加熱装置およびエアロゾル形成基質を備える、エアロゾル送達システム。
- 前記誘導加熱装置に電子制御回路が提供され、これが前記エアロゾル形成基質の加熱の閉ループ制御用に適応される、請求項14に記載のエアロゾル送達システム。
