Description
Claims (2)
- 内燃機関に水素ガスを供給するための可搬型水素補給システムであって、
ハウジングユニットと、
前記ハウジングユニット内に取り付けられ、水を水素と酸素ガスに変換する燃料電池と、
前記ハウジングユニット内に取り付けられ、前記燃料電池に水を供給するように配置された水槽と、
前記燃料電池に電力を供給するための電源と、
前記内燃機関の作動を検出するためのエンジンセンサと、
オペレータ制御スイッチと、
を備える可搬型水素補給システムであり、
前記水槽は、前記水槽に水が入れられた時に、両方のセクションが水で満たされる少なくとも2つのセクションに前記水槽を分ける、少なくとも1つの槽仕切り部材を含み、
前記水槽はその上部に、それぞれ水素及び酸素ガスを集めるための少なくとも第1及び第2ガス収集キャビティを含み、当該ガス収集キャビティは、前記水槽の上面、前記槽仕切り部材、及び前記水槽の水位によって形成され、
各ガス収集キャビティはその上部に、前記水槽から水素及び酸素ガスのうちの一方を分配するための継手を含み、
前記内燃機関が作動し、かつ前記オペレータ制御スイッチが始動されたことを前記エンジンセンサが検出すると、前記電源は前記燃料電池に電力を供給し、
前記燃料電池は、電力が供給されると、前記燃料電池に供給される水から水素及び酸素ガスを発生させ、当該水素ガスが前記内燃機関の中で燃焼するために前記内燃機関に供給されるように、前記水素及び酸素ガスは、ガスが適切に分配されるように、前記水槽を通して前記水槽の上部にある前記ガス収集キャビティ内へと向けられ、
前記可搬型水素補給システムは、前記エンジンセンサと前記オペレータ制御スイッチとを含む電気回路をさらに含み、
前記電気回路は、前記可搬型水素補給システムの作動を制御し、
前記電気回路は、制御回路によって提供され、当該制御回路は、前記エンジンが作動している時に正の出力を提供する前記エンジンセンサと、前記オペレータ制御スイッチがオンの位置に動かされた時に、前記エンジンセンサから正の出力を提供するオペレータ制御スイッチと、車の速度が所定のレベルを超えた時に正の出力を提供する全地球測位システム(GPS)と、前記オペレータ制御スイッチと前記GPSの両方の出力が正である時に、正の出力を提供する論理回路と、当該論理回路が正の出力を供給した時に、前記燃料電池に電力を切り替えるスイッチとを含むことにより、前記エンジンが作動して車の速度が所定のレベルを超えた場合に、前記燃料電池を作動させる、
内燃機関に水素ガスを供給する可搬型水素補給システム。 - 内燃機関に水素ガスを供給する方法であって、
ハウジングユニット内に取り付けられた燃料電池によって、水を水素及び酸素ガスに変換することと、
前記ハウジングユニット内に取り付けられた水槽によって、前記燃料電池に水を供給することと、
エンジンセンサによって、前記内燃機関の作動を検出することと、
前記内燃機関が作動し、かつオペレータ制御スイッチが始動されたことを検出した場合に、電源によって前記燃料電池に電力を供給することと、
電力が供給された際に、前記燃料電池によって、前記燃料電池に供給される水から、ガスが適切に配給されるように、前記水槽を通して前記水槽の上部にあるそれぞれのガス収集キャビティ内へと向けられる、水素及び酸素ガスを発生させることと、
前記内燃機関の中で燃焼するように前記内燃機関に前記水素ガスを供給することと、
を含み、
前記水槽は、前記水槽に水が入れられた時に、両方のセクションが水で満たされる少なくとも2つのセクションに前記水槽を分ける、少なくとも1つの槽仕切り部材を含み、
各ガス収集キャビティはその上部に、前記水槽から水素及び酸素ガスのうちの一方を分配するための継手を含み、
前記可搬型水素補給システムは、前記エンジンセンサと前記オペレータ制御スイッチとを含む電気回路をさらに含み、
前記電気回路は、前記可搬型水素補給システムの作動を制御し、
前記電気回路は、制御回路によって提供され、当該制御回路は、前記エンジンが作動している時に正の出力を提供する前記エンジンセンサと、前記オペレータ制御スイッチがオンの位置に動かされた時に、前記エンジンセンサから正の出力を提供するオペレータ制御スイッチと、車の速度が所定のレベルを超えた時に正の出力を提供する全地球測位システム(GPS)と、前記オペレータ制御スイッチと前記GPSの両方の出力が正である時に、正の出力を提供する論理回路と、当該論理回路が正の出力を供給した時に、前記燃料電池に電力を切り替えるスイッチとを含むことにより、前記エンジンが作動して車の速度が所定のレベルを超えた場合に、前記燃料電池を作動させる、
内燃機関に水素ガスを供給する方法。
