Claims (4)
- 直列に接続させた2台の真空ポンプによって内部が負圧に吸引される蒸発缶と、
前記真空ポンプのうちの少なくとも一方の吐出圧力を調整する圧力調整手段と、
前記蒸発缶にボイラー給水を給送する給水路と、
前記給水路の途中に配された熱交換器とからなり、
前記熱交換器に回収された単一、または複数の温度レベルの低温処理液を導入して、前記ボイラー給水を昇温させた後、内部が負圧にある前記蒸発缶内でボイラー給水を蒸発させて過熱水蒸気を生成し、この過熱水蒸気にボイラー給水を混合させて飽和水蒸気を生成し、該飽和水蒸気の一部を前記熱交換器に供給してボイラー給水の温度を上昇させることを特徴とする過熱水蒸気発生器。 - 前記真空ポンプにルーツ型真空ポンプを使用してあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の過熱水蒸気発生器。
- 前記真空ポンプの吐出側にエジェクター型の減温機を接続させ、該真空ポンプから吐出される過熱水蒸気を駆動蒸気とし、前記ボイラー給水を供給して飽和水蒸気を生成させ、該飽和水蒸気の一部を前記熱交換器に供給してボイラー給水の温度を上昇させることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の過熱水蒸気発生器。
- 前記熱交換器をプレートフィン方式の熱交換器を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれかに記載の過熱水蒸気発生器。
