Description
The present invention relates to a disinfectant composition used for the hygiene management of equipment and utensils in food factories, kitchens, medical facilities and the like, and more specifically, has resistance to general bacteria and cationic disinfectants. The present invention relates to a disinfectant composition having disinfecting properties against bacteria.
The sanitizer composition that has been used for the hygiene management of food factories, kitchens, medical equipment, etc., is didecyl known as a quaternary ammonium type cationic surfactant having a strong sanitizing property. It is composed of an aqueous solution of dimethylammonium chloride, benzalkonium chloride, benzethonium chloride, etc., and in order to impart other functions such as detergency, a disinfectant composition that combines an anionic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant. Development has been attempted, and such disinfectant compositions include dilong chain alkyldishort chain alkylammonium salts and amphoteric surfactants (Patent Document 1), cationic surfactants, metal chelating agents, specific (Patent Document 2) containing an anionic surfactant is known.
However, if a disinfectant composition containing a quaternary ammonium type cationic surfactant such as didecyldimethylammonium chloride or benzalkonium chloride is used for a long period of time, a microorganism resistant to the disinfectant composition It is known that habituated microorganisms survive (Non-patent Document 1). In addition, these microorganisms are mixed in the food, thereby losing the product value, causing a large economic loss, and entering the infusion or catheter, resulting in the patient's death.
At present, in order to control bacteria having resistance to cationic disinfectants, sterilization is regularly performed with chlorine disinfectants and peracetic acid disinfectants. However, such sterilization is not only time-consuming, but also has problems of odor and corrosion, and is not sufficient. As a disinfectant composition capable of solving the above problems, a composition containing 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and a cationic surfactant (Patent Document 3) is known.
The disinfectant compositions described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 include Alkagenes bacteria, Burkholderia bacteria, Enterobacter bacteria, Klebsiella bacteria, MRSA, Pseudomonas bacteria, Staphylococcus Bacteria of the genus, Serratia, Erwinia, Flavobacterium, Proteus, and Xanthomonas, etc. There is a problem. On the other hand, the disinfectant composition described in Patent Document 3 containing 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one has an effect of disinfecting and suppressing the resistant bacteria of the cationic disinfectant. However, 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one not only has an adverse effect on the human body such as causing an allergic reaction, but also has an AOX value (concentration of organic chlorine, etc.) in industrial wastewater. Therefore, there is a drawback that its use is not desired from the viewpoint of industrial wastewater regulation. Furthermore, 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one is decomposed when stored for a long period of time, and there is a problem that an excellent sterilizing effect cannot be obtained at the time of use.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and the object of the present invention is excellent in sterilization against bacteria having resistance to general bacteria and cationic disinfectants, and is stored for a long period of time. Even so, there is a need to provide a disinfectant composition capable of exhibiting an excellent disinfecting effect with significantly less decomposition.
