Claims (9)
- タービンバケット用のダンパピン(38)であって、
第1のほぼ均一な断面形状を有する細長い本体部分(40)であって、該本体部分の両端部から延びる第2の相対的により小さい断面形状を有する軸方向整列前端部及び後端部(42、44)であってそれぞれのショルダ部(39)で該本体部分に接合した軸方向整列前端部及び後端部(42、44)を有する細長い本体部分(40)と、
前記前端部及び後端部の一方又は両方のショルダ部に設けられたシール要素(46、48)であって前記本体部分の外周全体にわたって前記本体部分から半径方向外向きに突出したシール要素(46、48)と
を備えるダンパピン。 - 前記本体部分(40)のほぼ均一な断面形状が円形であって第1の直径で形成される、請求項1記載のダンパピン。
- 各前記シール要素(46、48)の形状がほぼ円形であって前記第1の直径よりも大きい直径の外周表面(52)を有する、請求項2記載のダンパピン。
- 前記軸方向整列前端部及び後端部(42、44)の各々がほぼ半円形断面形状を有する、請求項2又は請求項3記載のダンパピン。
- 前記シール要素(46、48)がニッケル基又はコバルト基合金から成る、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のダンパピン。
- 前記シール要素(46、48)が、ほぼ円形ディスク形状を有しているとともに、前記軸方向整列前端部及び後端部(42、44)のそれぞれの端部に該シール要素を差し込むことができる開口部(56)を有している、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のダンパピン。
- 前記シール要素(112、114)が、前記本体部分(106)と軸方向整列前端部及び後端部(108、110)とのそれぞれの接合部の一方又は両方で前記本体部分(106)と一体に形成されていて、該シール要素(112、114)が前記ショルダ部を形成する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のダンパピン。
- 前記シール要素(46、48)が、前記ショルダ部(39)の1つと係合する、請求項6記載のダンパピン。
- 複数の円周方向に配置されたバケット(10)を備えるタービンロータホイールであって、各隣接する対のバケットの間に請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載のダンパピン(38)が挿入されている、タービンロータホイール。
