Description

The present invention relates to a hot and cold water mixing valve device, and more particularly, a hot water and water mixing valve device which is incorporated in a hot and cold water mixing faucet and discharges hot water mixed with hot water supplied from a hot water supply source and water supplied from a water supply source. About.

Conventionally, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a hot and cold water mixing valve device that is incorporated in a hot and cold water mixing faucet and stops hot water mixed with hot water supplied from a hot water supply source and water supplied from the water supply source. It is known that it is built into the so-called single lever type hot and cold water mixing faucet, and can only discharge water with the operation lever in the front position of the faucet. ing.
In such a hot and cold water mixing valve device, a primary side water passage opening through which hot water supplied from a hot water source passes, a primary side water passage opening through which water supplied from a water supply source passes, and a primary side passage. The secondary side opening that is formed adjacent to the hot water opening and the primary side water passage opening and allows the hot water that has passed through each of the primary side water passage opening and the primary side water passage opening to pass therethrough. And a fixed valve body. A movable valve body that opens and closes the primary side water passage opening and the primary side water passage opening is provided slidably above the fixed valve body. Furthermore, this movable valve body includes a communication opening that communicates the primary side water passage opening and / or the primary side water passage opening and the secondary side opening when the valve is opened. In a state where the movable valve body is open, hot water that has passed through the primary valve passage opening and the primary water passage opening of the fixed valve body passes through the communication valve opening of the movable valve body. It flows into the secondary side opening of the body and flows to the water outlet of the hot and cold water faucet. Further, each of the primary side water passage opening, the primary side water passage opening, the secondary side opening, and the communication valve opening of the movable valve body has an opening that is closed independently of each other. Each is formed.

However, in the above-described conventional hot and cold water mixing valve device, the size of the fixed valve body and the movable valve body (for example, cross-sectional dimensions and thickness) due to restrictions on the layout inside the device in response to a request for downsizing of the device. Must be designed to be small, and the opening areas of the openings of the fixed valve body and the movable valve body must also be designed to be relatively small.
Also, for example, in order to allow only water to be discharged with the operation lever set at a substantially central position on the front side of the frequently used hot and cold water mixing faucet, the front position of the hot and cold water mixing faucet Therefore, it is necessary to maintain a state where the primary side hot water opening is closed and to open only the primary side water opening. As a countermeasure, it is necessary to devise such as designing the opening area of each opening of the fixed valve body and the movable valve body to be small, but as these opening areas are designed to be small under the same water supply pressure conditions, Since the pressure loss when hot water passes through the opening increases, the flow rate at which water can be discharged decreases, and it is difficult to ensure a sufficient flow rate of hot water.
Therefore, in the hot water / water mixing valve device incorporated in the single lever type hot water / water mixing faucet, the size of the device itself is designed to be compact to ensure a sufficient flow rate of hot water, for example, using an operating lever. Even when the frequency is set at the center position on the front side of the hot and cold water mixing faucet, how to increase the amount of water discharged has been a problem that has been conventionally requested.

Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and can ensure a larger flow rate of hot water with the same water supply pressure, and can reduce the size of the entire apparatus. An object of the present invention is to provide a hot and cold mixing valve device.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a hot and cold water mixing valve device that is incorporated in a hot and cold water mixing faucet and discharges hot water mixed with hot water supplied from a hot water supply source and water supplied from the water supply source. A casing provided on the upstream side of the water outlet of the hot water and water mixing faucet, and a fixed valve body fixed in the casing, for passing hot water supplied from a hot water supply source. The primary part is formed adjacent to the opening, the primary side water passage opening through which the water supplied from the water supply source passes, the primary side hot water passage opening, and the primary side water passage opening. The fixed valve body provided with a side hot water opening and a secondary side opening through which the hot water having passed through the primary side water flow opening is passed, and the fixed valve body disposed in the casing. By sliding against the opening for primary side hot water and the fixed valve body A movable valve body that opens and closes a side water passage opening, and when the valve is opened, the primary side water passage opening of the fixed valve body and / or the primary side water passage opening and the secondary side opening. And the movable valve body having a communication opening that forms a hot and cold mixing chamber for mixing hot water and water, and the hot valve mixed in the hot and cold mixing chamber while opening and closing the movable valve body. And an operation part for adjusting the temperature of the hot water discharged from the outlet of the hot and cold water mixing faucet by adjusting the ratio of water, and the secondary side opening of the fixed valve body has the fixed valve body It is characterized by being formed in a shape in which a part of the outer periphery of the fixed valve body is cut out so that a part in the outer direction is opened in a plan view.
In the present invention configured as described above, in the state where the movable valve body is opened by the operation section, the hot water that has passed through each of the primary side water passage opening and the primary side water passage opening in the fixed valve body. Flows into the secondary side opening of the stationary valve body through the communication opening of the movable valve body, and flows to the spout of the hot and cold water mixing faucet. At this time, the secondary side opening of the fixed valve body is formed in a shape in which a part of the outer periphery of the fixed valve body is cut out so that a part in the outer direction is opened in a plan view of the fixed valve body. As a result, the opening cross-sectional area (channel cross-sectional area) of the secondary side opening of the fixed valve body can be set larger, so that the pressure loss when hot water passes through the secondary side opening of the fixed valve body Can be reduced. Therefore, compared with the case where the secondary side opening of the fixed valve body forms a closed opening that is different from the shape in which a part of the outer periphery of the fixed valve body is cut out, more at the same water supply pressure. The flow rate of hot water can be ensured, and the entire apparatus can be downsized.

In this invention, Preferably, it has further the net | network member attached along the communicating opening part of the said movable valve body.
In the present invention configured as described above, in the state where the movable valve body is opened by the operation section, the hot water that has passed through each of the primary side water passage opening and the primary side water passage opening in the fixed valve body. Passes through the mesh member attached along the communication opening of the movable valve body and flows from the communication opening of the movable valve body into the secondary side opening of the fixed valve body, but this hot water passes through the mesh member. In doing so, the hot and cold water is rectified. Therefore, since the pressure loss when hot water passes through the secondary side opening of the fixed valve body can be reduced, a larger flow rate of hot water can be ensured with the same feed water pressure, and the entire apparatus can be made compact. Can be Moreover, compared with the case where the mesh member is not attached, the cavitation which arises during water flow can be suppressed, and the noise which arises by such a cavitation can be suppressed.

According to the hot and cold water mixing faucet device of the present invention, a larger flow rate of hot water can be secured with the same water supply pressure, and the entire device can be downsized.

Only the primary water passage opening 12b is opened, and only water flows from the primary water passage opening 12b of the fixed valve body 12 into the hot water communication opening 10a of the movable valve body 10 so that a hot and cold water mixing faucet device is provided. It is an operation area | region which discharges only water from the 2 spout 6a.

Further, the hot water / mixing operation region R3 is configured such that the operation handle 4 is moved from the substantially central operation position P3 on the front side of the hot / cold water faucet device 2 toward the hot water operation region R1 (arrow H shown in FIGS. 1 and 2). The movable valve body 10 is located between the hot water side operation region R1 and the water side operation region R2 and the primary side hot water opening 12a and the primary side of the fixed valve body 12 are rotated in the direction of The water passage opening 12b is opened, and hot water and water are transferred from the primary side water passage opening 12a and the primary side water passage opening 12b to the hot water communication opening 10a of the movable valve body 10 from the fixed valve body 12 respectively. This is an operation region for discharging hot water mixed with each flowing in from the water discharge port 6a of the hot water mixing faucet device 2.

In the present embodiment, the hot water / mixing operation region R3 side region in the water side operation region R2 is located in the front side region where the hot water / mixing faucet device 2 is frequently used, and the operation handle 4 is Even when it is operated to the operation position P3 at the substantially center on the front side, only water is discharged from the water discharge port 6a of the hot and cold water mixing device 2.

Next, the details of the hot and cold water mixing valve device according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing a hot and cold water mixing valve device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, the hot and cold water mixing valve device 1 according to the present embodiment has a lower casing member 14, a fixed valve body 12, a movable valve body 10, a net member 15, and a movable valve body guide member from the bottom to the top. 16, an operation lever lower holding member 18, a seal member 20, an operation lever member 22, an upper casing member 24, and an operation lever upper connection member 26 are provided.

Next, FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a lower casing member and a fixed valve body of a hot and cold water mixing valve device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the lower casing member 14 includes upper ends (downstream ends) of the hot water passage 2 a and the water passage 2 b that are formed in the hot water / mixing faucet device 2 so as to extend in the vertical direction. The fixed valve body 12 is fixed inside the lower casing member 14.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, on the rear side of the fixed valve body 12, a secondary side opening 12 c through which hot water and / or water that has passed through the hot water communication opening 10 a of the movable valve body 10 passes. Is formed so as to be adjacent to the primary side hot water opening 12a and the primary side water flow opening 12b. The shape of the secondary side opening 12c is not a hole shape whose entire circumference is closed, but a fixed valve body so that a part of the rear side of the fixed valve body 12 is opened in a plan view of the fixed valve body 12. 12 is formed in a shape in which a part of the outer periphery on the rear side is notched inward. Thereby, the opening cross-sectional area (flow-path cross-sectional area) of the secondary side opening part 12c of the fixed valve body 12 can be set larger than the opening part where the perimeter closed, and the fixed valve body The pressure loss when hot water passes through the 12 secondary side opening 12c can be reduced. Therefore, the secondary side opening 12c of the fixed valve body 12 can secure a larger flow rate of hot water with the same water supply pressure than the opening whose entire circumference is closed, and the hot water mixing valve device 1 The whole can be downsized.

Further, the secondary side opening of the fixed valve body 12 is located below the secondary side opening 12 c of the fixed valve body 12 in the lower casing member 14 and adjacent to the rear end portion 14 a of the lower casing member 14. A hot and cold mixing path 14b in the lower casing member 14 communicating with 12c is formed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, each of the primary side hot water opening 12 a and the primary water flow opening 12 b formed in the fixed valve body 12 is provided with a hot water passage in the hot and cold water mixing device 2. 2a and the water passage 2b are connected to each other.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, from the outermost position (the leftmost position of the primary side hot water opening 12a in FIG. 5) of the fixed valve body 12 to the primary side hot water opening 12a, the fixed valve body 12 is the maximum distance L1 to the position where the vertical line extends down to the central axis A2 extending in the front-rear direction, which is the outermost position of the primary side water passage opening 12b (the rightmost side of the water passage 12a in FIG. 5). Of the fixed valve body 12 to the center axis A2 of the fixed valve body 12 so as to be smaller than the maximum distance L2 to the position where the vertical line is lowered. The portions 12b are formed in different shapes and are asymmetrically arranged with respect to the central axis A2 of the fixed valve body 12.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the movable valve body 10 with respect to the fixed valve body 12 is a portion adjacent to the rear end portion 14 a on the inner peripheral side of the lower casing member 14 and above the fixed valve body 12. Guide protrusions 28 which are guide means for guiding the sliding and rotation of the protrusions are formed so as to protrude inward. The central axis 28a of the guide projection 28 is set in a direction inclined by a predetermined angle α in the horizontal plane with respect to the direction of the central axis A2 extending in the front-rear direction of the fixed valve body 12.
Further, the center axis A2 passes through the center O of the lower casing member 14 and the vicinity of the hot water side end 12d of the primary water passage opening 12b of the fixed valve body 12. Further, above the center O of the lower casing member 14, the center point of the connection portion 22 a of the operation lever member 22 in the water stop state attached to an attachment hole 16 a of the movable valve element guide member 16, which will be described in detail later. positioned. That is, the center axis A2 is a point where the center point of the connection portion 22a of the operation lever member 22 is projected on the center O and the vicinity of the hot water side end portion 12d of the primary water passage opening 12b of the fixed valve body 12. Has passed.

Next, FIG. 6 is a plan view showing the movable valve body and the movable valve body guide member of the hot and cold water mixing valve device according to one embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 6, a movable valve body 10 is slidably and rotatably provided on the fixed valve body 12.
A movable valve body guide member 16 for guiding the sliding and rotation of the movable valve body 10 with respect to the fixed valve body 12 is fixed on the movable valve body 10. The movable valve body guide member 16 has a guide groove 30 into which the guide protrusion 28 of the lower casing member 14 can be inserted and fitted with the movable valve body 10 together with the movable valve body 10 in the lower casing member 14. Is formed.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 6, a mesh member 15 is provided between the movable valve element 10 and the movable valve element guide member 16, and the mesh member 15 is provided with a movable valve element. It is attached along the upper edge part of 10 hot and cold water communication openings 10a. In a state where the movable valve body 10 is opened, the hot water that has passed through the primary side hot water opening 12 a and the primary side water flow opening 12 b of the fixed valve body 12 extends along the surface of the net member 15. Rectification is performed by passing through the communication opening 10 a of the movable valve body 10, and the rectified hot water in the communication opening 10 a of the movable valve body 10 is secondary to the fixed valve body 12. It can flow into the side opening 12c. Therefore, since the pressure loss at the time of hot water passing through the secondary side opening 12c of the fixed valve body 12 can be reduced, it becomes possible to secure a larger flow rate of hot water with the same water supply pressure. Compared with the case where the net member 15 is not attached along the upper edge of the hot water communication opening 10a of the movable valve body 10, the cavitation generated in the hot water passing through the surface of the net member 15 is suppressed. Such noise caused by cavitation can be suppressed.
In this embodiment, as an example, the movable valve body 10 and the movable valve body guide member 16 are separate members. However, the movable valve body 10 and the movable valve body guide member 16 are formed integrally with each other. The mesh member 15 may be attached as a single member between the movable valve element 10 and the movable valve element guide member 16.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 6, a connection portion 22 a formed in a substantially hemispherical shape at the lower end portion of the operation lever member 22 is inserted in the substantially central portion of the movable valve body guide member 16. A cylindrical projection 16b is provided which forms an attachment hole 16a to be attached and protrudes upward.
When the central axis A3 in the longitudinal direction of the operation lever member 22 coincides with the central axis A1 of the hot and cold water mixing faucet device 2 extending in the vertical direction, the movable valve body 10 is closed when the operation lever member 22 is raised. Thus, both the primary side hot water opening 12a and the primary side water passage opening 12b of the fixed valve body 12 are closed.
Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the lower surface of the movable valve body 10 is a sliding surface 10b that slides along the upper surface of the fixed valve body 12, and is in a plane perpendicular to the sliding surface 10b. By operating the operation lever member 22, the movable valve body 10 can be opened and closed.

Further, when the movable valve body 10 is closed, when the operation lever member 22 is rotated about its central axis A3, the connecting portion 22a of the operation lever member 22 is located with respect to the mounting hole 16a of the movable valve body guide member 16. The planar cross section S1 (see FIG. 6) of the mounting hole 16a of the movable valve element guide member 16 is formed in a substantially circular cross-sectional shape corresponding to the substantially hemispherical shape of the connection portion 22a of the operation lever member 22 so Has been.
On the other hand, when the central axis A3 in the longitudinal direction of the operation lever member 22 is inclined in a predetermined direction with respect to the central axis A1 of the hot and cold water mixing faucet device 2 extending in the vertical direction, the operation lever member 22 has a substantially hemispherical shape. The connecting portion 22a presses the mounting hole 16a of the movable valve element guide member 16 in a predetermined horizontal direction, and the movable valve element 10 moves together with the movable valve element guide member 16 with rotation relative to the fixed valve element 12. The valve body 10 is in an opened state, and at least one of the primary side water passage opening 12a and the primary side water passage opening 12b is opened.

As shown in FIG. 4, an operation lever holding member 18 is interposed between the operation lever member 22 and the movable valve element guide member 16.
In the central portion of the operation lever holding member 18, a fitting long hole 18 a into which a fitting portion 22 b formed in a rectangular shape is inserted and fitted is formed above the connection portion 22 a of the operation lever member 22. When the opening and closing operation of the movable valve body 10 by the lever member 22 is performed, the fitting portion 22b of the operation lever member 22 can move along the fitting long hole 18a.
Further, the operation lever holding member 18 has a predetermined rotation angle integrally with the operation lever member 22 when the operation lever member 22 is rotated around a central axis A3 in the longitudinal direction within a predetermined rotation angle range. It can be rotated in the range.

The seal member 20 shown in FIG. 4 is formed in the ball portion 22c of the operation lever member 22 formed in a ball shape above the fitting portion 22b of the operation lever member 22, and in the substantially central portion of the upper casing member 24. It is attached between the attachment holes 24a, and the inside and outside of the upper casing member 24 are sealed in a liquid-tight manner.
Further, the operation lever upper side connection member 26 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 is attached to the upper side of the operation lever member 22 so that the connection portion 4a of the operation handle 4 is attached from above.

Next, FIG. 7 is a side view showing a hot and cold water mixing valve device according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which the operating lever member is set to the operating position on the hot water and water mixing operation region side in the water side operation region, and the movable valve body. The central axis A3 in the longitudinal direction of the operation lever member 22 coincides with the central axis A1 of the hot and cold water mixing faucet device 2 extending in the vertical direction, and the operation lever member 22 is in an upright state.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, below the fitting elongated hole 18 a of the operation lever holding member 18, an oblong guide hole having an elliptical cross-sectional shape extending rearward from the lower central portion of the operation lever holding member 18. 18 b is formed, and the cylindrical protrusion 16 b of the movable valve element guide member 16 is guided by the guide elongated hole 18 b of the operation lever holding member 18.

A part of the rear region of the outer peripheral surface of the protrusion 16b is in contact with the rear region of the inner peripheral surface of the guide hole 18b of the operation lever holding member 18.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 9 and 10, the operation lever member 22 is set to the operation position P3 on the hot water / mixing operation region R3 side in the water side operation region R2 and the movable valve body 10 is closed. The outline of the movable valve element guide member 16 attached to the movable valve element 10 during the transition to the state is indicated by a chain line 16 ''. As shown in FIG. 13, the movable valve body guide member 16 ′ of the movable valve body 10 in the closed state reaches the movable valve body guide member 16 of the movable valve body 10 in the opened state. A portion of the sixteen guide grooves 30 move to the front side while abutting against the guide protrusions 28 of the lower casing member 14 and are within the horizontal plane in the direction indicated by the arrow B1 in FIG. With rotation, the movable valve body guide member 16 is moved from above with respect to a central axis A2 that moves in the direction of increasing the opening cross-sectional area of the water passage 12a of the fixed valve body 12 and extends in the front-rear direction of the fixed valve body 12. As viewed, it moves relatively to the hot water side (primary side hot water opening 12a side of the fixed valve body 12).

Further, in FIG. 14, the outline of the movable valve body 10 in the closed state shown in FIG. 10 is indicated by a chain line 10 ′, and the movable valve body 10 during the transition from the closed state to the open state is shown. The contour is indicated by a chain line 10 ''. As shown in FIG. 14, until the movable valve body 10 ′ in the closed state reaches the movable valve body 10 in the opened state, the movable valve body 10 opens the primary side hot water opening 12 a in the fixed valve body 12. While maintaining the closed state, the hot water communication opening 10a of the movable valve body 10 slides to the front side as a whole with respect to the fixed valve body 12, and the horizontal plane in the direction indicated by the arrow B2 in FIG. With the internal rotation, it moves relatively to the hot water side (primary side hot water opening 12a side of the fixed valve body 12).

Next, FIG. 15 is a side view showing a hot and cold water mixing valve device according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which the operation lever member is set at the most water side operation position in the water side operation region and the movable valve body is closed. It shows the state of valve.
16 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XVI-XVI in FIG. 15, FIG. 17 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XVII-XVII in FIG. 15, and FIG. 18 is taken along line XVIII-XVIII in FIG. It is sectional drawing along a line.

The outline of the 16 protrusions 16b is indicated by a chain line 16b ′.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 29 and 30, the movable valve element guide member 16 and the movable valve element 10 below the movable valve element guide member 16 are viewed as a whole from the front side of FIGS. 29 and 30 in the lower casing member 14. The movable valve body 10 is located on the left oblique front side, and maintains a state where the primary valve opening 12b of the fixed valve element 12 is closed, and only the primary water supply opening 12a of the fixed valve element 12 is partially provided. Is open to the public. Further, the hot water that has passed through the hot water communication portion 10c of the movable valve body 10 from the primary side hot water opening portion 12a of the fixed valve body 12 that has been partially opened passes through the secondary side opening portion 12c of the fixed valve body 12. It flows through the hot and cold mixing passage 14 b of the lower casing member 14.

In FIG. 29, the outline of the movable valve element guide member 16 attached to the movable valve element 10 in the closed state shown in FIG. 25 is indicated by a chain line 16 ′, and the valve is opened from the closed state. The outline of the movable valve element guide member 16 attached to the movable valve element 10 during the transition to the state is indicated by a chain line 16 ''. As shown in FIG. 25, the movable valve element guide member 16 ′ of the movable valve element 10 in the closed state reaches the movable valve element guide member 16 of the movable valve element 10 in the opened state. A part of the sixteen guide grooves 30 moves to the left oblique front side as viewed from the front side of FIG. 25 as a whole while abutting on the guide projections 28 of the lower casing member 14, and the arrow E1 in FIG. When the movable valve body guide member 16 is viewed from above relative to the central axis A2 extending in the front-rear direction of the fixed valve body 12 with rotation in the horizontal plane in the direction indicated by 12 to the primary side hot water opening 12a side).

Further, in FIG. 30, the outline of the movable valve body 10 in the closed state shown in FIG. 26 is indicated by a chain line 10 ′, and the movable valve body 10 during the transition from the closed state to the open state is shown. The contour is indicated by a chain line 10 ''. As shown in FIG. 30, until the movable valve body 10 ′ in the closed state reaches the movable valve body 10 in the opened state, the movable valve body 10 opens the primary side water passage opening 12b in the fixed valve body 12. While maintaining the closed state, the hot water / water communication opening 10a of the movable valve body 10 slides diagonally to the left front as viewed from the front side of FIG. With the rotation in the horizontal plane in the direction indicated by the arrow E2, it moves relatively to the hot water side (the primary side hot water opening 12a side of the fixed valve body 12).

Next, the operation (action) of the hot and cold water mixing valve device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention described above will be described.
When using the hot-water mixing faucet device 2, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the operation handle 4 of the hot-water mixing faucet device 2 is rotated around its central axis A1 to frequently use the hot-water mixing faucet. When the operation position P3 is set at the substantially central operation position P3 on the front side of the apparatus 2 and the operation handle 4 is operated in the direction of the arrow "open", the operation of the hot and cold mixing valve apparatus 1 is performed as shown in FIGS. By operating the lever member 22, the movable valve body 10 slides with rotation to the hot water side with respect to the fixed valve body 12, and the state where the primary side hot water opening 12 a is closed is maintained in the fixed valve body 12. However, only the primary water passage opening 12b of the fixed valve body 12 is opened. Then, the water that has passed through the mesh member 15 and the hot water communication opening 10a of the movable valve body 10 from the primary water passage opening 12b of the fixed valve body 12 passes through the secondary side opening 12c of the fixed valve body 12, Water is discharged from the spout 6a of the spout 6 of the hot and cold water mixing device 2.

Further, when the operation handle 4 is rotated to the water side (in the direction of arrow C shown in FIGS. 1 and 2) and set to the operation position P2, and the operation handle 4 is operated in the direction of the arrow “open”, 19 to 22, as the operation lever member 22 of the hot / cold water mixing valve device 1 is operated, the movable valve body 10 slides relative to the fixed valve body 12 with rotation to the water side, and is fixed. While maintaining the primary side hot water opening 12a of the valve body 12 being closed, only the primary side water opening 12b of the fixed valve body 12 is opened.

Further, when the operation handle 4 is rotated to the hot water side (in the direction of the arrow H shown in FIGS. 1 and 2) and set to the operation position P1, and the operation handle 4 is operated in the direction of the arrow “open”, 26 to 30, the movable valve body 10 slides with respect to the fixed valve body 12 with the rotation toward the hot water side by the operation of the operation lever member 22 of the hot and cold water mixing valve device 1, and is fixed. Only the primary side hot water opening 12a of the fixed valve body 12 is opened while maintaining the primary side water opening 12b of the valve body 12 closed. Then, the hot water that has passed through the mesh member 15 and the hot water communication opening 10a of the movable valve body 10 from the primary side hot water opening 12a of the fixed valve body 12 passes through the secondary side opening 12c of the fixed valve body 12, Water is discharged from the spout 6a of the spout 6 of the hot and cold water mixing device 2.

Further, the operation handle 4 is turned to the hot water side (in the direction of the arrow H shown in FIGS. 1 and 2) to set the operation position in the hot water mixing operation region R3 between the operation position P1 and the operation position P3. When the operation handle 4 is operated in the direction of the arrow “open”, the operation of the operation lever member 22 of the hot water / mixing valve device 1 causes the movable valve body 10 to rotate to the hot water side with respect to the fixed valve body 12. To open both the primary side hot water opening 12a and the primary side hot water opening 12b. And it flows out from each of the primary side hot water opening 12a and the primary side water flow opening 12b of the fixed valve body 12 and passes through the surface of the mesh member 15, and at the hot water communication opening 10a of the movable valve body 10. The mixed hot and cold water is discharged from the spout 6 a of the spout 6 of the hot and cold water mixing device 2 through the secondary opening 12 c of the fixed valve body 12.

According to the hot and cold water mixing valve device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention described above, in the state where the movable valve body 10 is opened by the operation lever member 22, the primary side hot water opening 12a and the primary valve body 12 are opened. The hot water that has passed through each of the side water passage openings 12b flows into the secondary side opening 12c of the fixed valve body 12 via the mesh member 15 and the hot water communication opening 10a of the movable valve body 10, and then the lower casing. It flows to the water outlet 6a of the hot and cold water mixing device 2 through the hot and cold water mixing path 14b of the member 14. At this time, the secondary side opening portion 12c of the fixed valve body 12 is not a hole shape whose entire circumference is closed, but a part of the rear side of the fixed valve body 12 in the plan view of the fixed valve body 12 is opened. In this way, a part of the outer periphery on the rear side of the fixed valve body 12 is formed in a shape cut out inward, so that the secondary side of the fixed valve body 12 is more than the opening whose entire circumference is closed. The opening cross-sectional area (channel cross-sectional area) of the opening 12c can be set large. Therefore, since the pressure loss when hot water passes through the secondary side opening 12c of the fixed valve body 12 can be reduced, the entire circumference of the secondary side opening 12c of the fixed valve body 12 is a closed opening. In comparison, it is possible to secure a larger flow rate of hot water with the same water supply pressure, and it is possible to reduce the size of the hot water / mixing valve device 1 as a whole.

Moreover, according to the hot and cold water mixing valve device 1 according to the present embodiment, each of the primary side hot water opening 12a and the primary side water passing opening 12b of the fixed valve body 12 in a state where the movable valve body 10 is opened. The hot water that has passed through can be rectified by passing through the communication opening 10 a of the movable valve body 10 along the surface of the mesh member 15, and can flow into the secondary opening 12 c of the fixed valve body 12. it can. Therefore, since the pressure loss at the time of hot water passing through the secondary side opening 12c of the fixed valve body 12 can be reduced, it is possible to secure a larger flow rate of hot water with the same water supply pressure. Compared with the case where 15 is not attached along the upper edge part of the hot water communication opening 10a of the movable valve body 10, the cavitation generated in the hot water passing through the surface of the mesh member 15 is suppressed, and the cavitation is generated. Noise can be suppressed.
