Claims (8)
- 電子機器に備えられるタッチスイッチ10において、前記タッチスイッチ10は、前面に複数のタッチボタン110が備えられ、縁部の各辺には少なくとも1つ以上の第1嵌合部材101が備えられたカバーパネル100と、前記カバーパネル100の後面に備えられ、前記タッチボタン110と対向する位置に形成されたライティング孔210と、前記ライティング孔210に隣接した静電パネルの一側に静電パネルとの直角方向に静電導体230が一体に備えられた静電パネル200と、前記カバーパネル100の縁部に設けられた第1嵌合部材101と対向する位置である縁部に第2嵌合部材301が備えられ、前記静電パネル200のライティング孔210と対向する位置にライティング孔310が形成され、前記ライティング孔310の近くに前記静電導体230が貫通するように貫通孔330が形成された支持パネル300と、前記支持パネル300の後面に設けられ、前記支持パネル300に形成されたライティング孔310と対向する位置に複数備えられた発光体401と、前記発光体401に隣接した一側に前記静電導体230が通過できるように貫通孔403が形成され、前記発光体401の裏面には前記貫通孔403を貫通した静電導体230の各端部と接続された1つ以上の感知手段410が備えられたコントロール基板400とを含むことを特徴とする静電容量感知型タッチスイッチ。
- 前記カバーパネル100の前面は、曲面又は平面のいずれかに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電容量感知型タッチスイッチ。
- 前記第1嵌合部材101は、中心部に四角形状の嵌合穴101bが形成され、前記第2嵌合部材301は、前記第1嵌合部材101の嵌合孔101bに挿入されて嵌合される突起301aからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電容量感知型タッチスイッチ。
- 前記突起301aは、前記嵌合孔101bに容易に挿入されるように、断面から見ると、一側から他側に行くほど傾斜が大きくなる直角三角形であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の静電容量感知型タッチスイッチ。
- 前記第1嵌合部材101は、前記第2嵌合部材301と容易に解除されるように、両側に切開部101aがさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電容量感知型タッチスイッチ。
- 前記静電パネル200はPC樹脂からなり、前記静電パネル200の直角方向に複数備えられた静電導体230は、ABS樹脂の表面及び前記ABS樹脂の表面上に導電性材料を含むめっき層を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電容量感知型タッチスイッチ。
- 前記静電導体230は、銀(Ag)、鉄(Fe)、アルミニウム(Al)、ステンレス(ST)、銅(Cu)、鉛(Pb)、金(Au)のうちいずれか1つからなる導電性金属であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電容量感知型タッチスイッチ。
- 前記静電パネル200は、前面が曲面又は平面であっても、前記静電導体230の端部は同一線上に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電容量感知型タッチスイッチ。
