Description

Claims (15)
- バルブであって、
入口と出口とを確定し、且つ前記入口と前記出口との間に配置されたバルブシートを有する本体と、
前記本体に動作可能に結合された流れ制御部材であって、前記流れ制御部材は、前記流れ制御部材が、前記バルブを通る流体の流れを制限するために、前記バルブシートと係合する閉鎖位置と、前記流れ制御部材が、前記バルブを通る前記流体の流れを可能にするために、前記バルブシートから離間されている開放位置との間を移動する、流れ制御部材と、
前記本体の内部において前記入口と前記出口との間に配置された筐体を有し、且つ前記流れ制御部材を前記閉鎖位置と前記開放位置との間に移動させるために流体圧に対応する、取り外し可能な作動機構と、
前記流れ制御部材と一体的に形成された流出ポートと係合するための圧力均一化部材と、を備え、
前記圧力均一化部材は、少なくとも、前記圧力均一化部材が前記流出ポートを通る前記流体の流れを制限するために前記流出ポートと係合する係合位置と、前記圧力均一化部材が前記流出ポートを通る前記流体の流れを可能にするために前記流出ポートから離間される離間位置との間を移動する、バルブ。 - 前記圧力均一化部材に動作可能に結合されたバルブステムをさらに含み、
前記作動機構は、少なくとも前記離間位置へ前記圧力均一化部材を配置するために、前記バルブステムと係合する、請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 前記取り外し可能な作動機構は、前記本体の前記入口と前記出口との間の流体の流れ通路内に配置された取り外し可能なアクチュエータを備え、前記取り外し可能なアクチュエータは、少なくとも前記離間位置へ前記圧力均一化部材を配置するために、前記バルブステムと係合する、請求項2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記流体の流れ通路はプロセス流体を受け取り、前記取り外し可能な作動機構は、前記プロセス流体とは無関係な流体圧に対応する、請求項3に記載のバルブ。
- 前記取り外し可能なアクチュエータは、前記本体の内部に配置された空気圧式アクチュエータを備える、請求項3又は4に記載のバルブ。
- 前記取り外し可能な作動機構は、前記筐体内に摺動可能に配置されたピストンを備え、前記筐体及び前記ピストンは第1の流体チャンバを形成するよう協働し、圧力源から前記第1の流体チャンバに供給される流体が前記ピストンを前進位置へ移動させ、前記流体の前記第1の流体チャンバからの除去が前記ピストンを後退位置へ移動させる、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記筐体及び前記ピストンは第2の流体チャンバを形成するよう協働し、前記第2の流体チャンバは排出孔に流体連通しており、前記ピストンは前記第1の流体チャンバと前記第2の流体チャンバとの間に配置されている、請求項6に記載のバルブ。
- 前記筐体は取り付け開口部を含むフランジ付きの端部をさらに備え、前記本体は孔を含み、且つ前記取り外し可能な作動機構は、前記取り付け開口部及び前記孔に受容されたねじ付き固定具を介して前記本体に取り外し可能に結合される、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のバルブ。
- 前記取り外し可能な作動機構は前記本体から取り外され、前記バルブステムに動作可能に結合されるカムを備える第2の取り外し可能な作動機構に交換される、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のバルブ。
- 前記第2の取り外し可能な作動機構は、第2の取り付け開口部を確定する第2のフランジ付きの端部を有する第2の筐体を備え、前記第2の筐体は、前記第2の取り付け開口部及び前記本体の孔に係合する固定具によって前記本体に結合されるように配置される、請求項9に記載のバルブ。
- 前記圧力均一化部材は、前記流出ポートを通る増加した流体の流れを可能にする、流れ増加位置に移動可能である、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載のバルブ。
- 前記取り外し可能な作動部材は前記本体の内部に配置された空気圧式アクチュエータを備え、
前記空気圧式アクチュエータは、
圧力源と流体連通する第1のチャンバと、大気圧と流体連通する第2のチャンバとの間に配置されたピストンを有する筐体であって、前記第1のチャンバ内の増加した圧力は前記ピストンを前進位置に移動させ、前記第1のチャンバ内の低下した圧力は前記ピストンを後退位置に移動させる、前記筐体と、
前記前進位置において、前記ピストンが、前記圧力均一化部材を少なくとも前記離間位置に移動させるように、前記アクチュエータステムの第1の端部において前記ピストンに結合され、かつ、前記アクチュエータステムの第2の端部において前記バルブステムに動作可能に結合されたアクチュエータステムと、を備える、請求項11に記載のバルブ。 - 前記ピストンが前記後退位置にある場合に、前記圧力均一化部材を少なくとも前記係合位置に移動させるために、付勢要素をさらに備える、請求項12に記載のバルブ。
- 前記取り外し可能な作動部材は、前記圧力均一化部材を前記流れ増加位置に移動させるよう構成されている、請求項12に記載のバルブ。
- 前記流れ制御部材の前記閉鎖位置は前記バルブの閉じた動作位置を含み、前記流れ制御部材の前記開放位置は前記バルブの開いた動作位置を含む、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
