Claims (13)
- 基準生理状態から逸脱した患者の生理状態を検出するためのコンピュータ・システムであって、Q個の周波数帯域のそれぞれにおいて、前記基準生理状態を表す基準電極PRq、q∈[1…Q]を決定した後、
該コンピュータ・システムは、
M個の時間区分において、n個の経路に沿ってp個の瞬間に患者の電子脳造影信号を測定することによって、m∈[1…M]に対してn×p個のサンプルを有するM個の測定行列Xmを生成するステップと、
それぞれの測定行列Xmを前記Q個の周波数帯域においてフィルタリングおよびセンタリングすることによって、M×Q個のフィルタリングされた測定行列Xm,qを取得し、次式(1)によってM×Q個の正規化空間共分散行列を決定するステップと、
それぞれの時間区分mに関して、それぞれの正規化空間共分散行列Cm,qと前記基準電極PRqとの間の距離dm,qを決定し、前記距離dm,qの関数として前記基準生理状態からの偏差emを決定するステップと、
前記基準生理状態からの偏差emのそれぞれを定められた閾値Sと比較するステップと、をループで反復して実行することを特徴とするコンピュータ・システム。 - 前記測定するステップおよび前記計算するステップは、リアルタイムで行われる、請求項1に記載のコンピュータ・システム。
- 前記測定行列を決定するのに使用される前記経路の少なくともいくつかの経路は、少なくとも1つの電子脳造影経路から時間勾配法によって再構築された仮想経路である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ・システム。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ・システムを含む監視装置であって、
患者の前記電子脳造影信号を測定する電子脳造影信号測定手段と、
前記基準電極および前記閾値を決定する手段と、前記基準生理状態からの偏差を計算する手段と、を少なくとも有する、リアルタイム信号処理手段と、
前記閾値のオーバーシュートに反応する反応手段と、を有する装置。 - 前記反応手段は、前記閾値のオーバーシュートを警告する警告手段を有する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記反応手段は、患者が接続されている医療補助装置用のセットポイントのジェネレータであって、前記閾値のオーバーシュートに応答して前記セットポイントを変化させることによって、患者を前記基準生理状態へ戻すよう前記医療補助装置の操作を補正するよう適応する、セットポイントのジェネレータを有する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 請求項10に記載の監視装置を有する医療補助装置。
