Claims (14)
- シャフトであって、近位部と、遠位部と、シャフト内に少なくとも部分的に延びるルーメンと、縦軸と、を有するシャフトと、

を含む拡張型プローブであって、
前記第1および第2のアームが独立して前記縦軸から離れて延びることができ、
前記第1のアームは閉じた形態および拡張形態を含み、前記第1のアームは、前記閉じた形態において、前記縦軸に対して実質的に平行に延び、前記拡張形態において、前記第1のアームは前記縦軸から離れて延び、
前記第2のアームは閉じた形態および拡張形態を含み、前記第2のアームは、前記閉じた形態において、前記縦軸に対して実質的に平行に延び、前記拡張形態において、前記第2のアームは前記縦軸から離れて延び、
前記第1のアームの前記電極は、前記第1のアームの前記閉じた形態および前記拡張形態において、前記第1のアームの前記第一の表面が治療対象の組織の表面と接触して、該組織を前記組織の表面で焼灼するように動作可能であり、
前記第2のアームの前記電極は、前記第2のアームの前記閉じた形態および前記拡張形態において、前記第2のアームの前記第一の表面が治療対象の組織の表面と接触して、該組織を前記組織の表面で焼灼するように動作可能である拡張型プローブ。 - 前記第1のアームが前記縦軸から90°の角度で延びる、請求項1に記載の拡張型プローブ。
- 前記第1のアームが前記縦軸から90°未満の角度で延びる、請求項1に記載の拡張型プローブ。
- 焼灼対象となる組織にエネルギーを送達するために、前記第1のアームが前記拡張形態にあり、前記第2のアームが前記閉じた形態にある、請求項1に記載の拡張型プローブ。
- 前記第1のアームに動作的に接続された、前記第1のアームを前記拡張形態および前記閉じた形態に移動させるための制御ワイヤをさらに含み、
前記第2のアームに動作的に接続された、前記第2のアームを前記拡張形態および前記閉じた形態に移動させるための制御ワイヤをさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の拡張型プローブ。 - 前記第1のアームが第二の表面を含み、これが前記第二の表面の少なくとも一部を覆うように延びる電極を含み、
前記第2のアームが第二の表面を含み、これが前記第二の表面の少なくとも一部を覆うように延びる電極を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の拡張型プローブ。 - 前記シャフトおよび前記第1のアームに動作的に接続されたヒンジ部材をさらに含み、

前記第2のアームの前記電極が双極電極を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の拡張型プローブ。 - 前記第1のアームが透明材料または半透明材料を含み、
前記第2のアームが透明材料または半透明材料を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の拡張型プローブ。 - 前記第1のアームがエネルギー伝送材料を含み、
前記第2のアームがエネルギー伝送材料を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の拡張型プローブ。 - エネルギー源をさらに含み、前記エネルギー源がRFエネルギー源を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の拡張型プローブ。
- 前記1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の拡張型プローブと、
ワーキングチャネルを有する内視鏡と
を含む機器であって、
前記拡張型プローブが前記内視鏡の前記ワーキングチャネルを通じて組織部位に送達される、機器。 - 前記第1のアームの前記電極は、前記閉じた形態および前記拡張形態において、前記第1のアームの外周表面に沿って面状に延びており、
前記第2のアームの前記電極は、前記閉じた形態および前記拡張形態において、前記第2のアームの外周表面に沿って面状に延びている、請求項1に記載の拡張型プローブ。
